Absolutely disappointing experience, especially I have purchased over 1 million dollars property at Randwick!!! Adrain was hard to reach over the phone and never appear on the final inspection. The key that we have received is in a very general letter, while my friend have much better packaging (I'm not expecting champion but come on !! I have purchased a property!!) Also, Natalia was being really rule over the phone, she was not listening to my enquires and start making up her assumption. I truely hope Mint360 could be able to improve their customer experience. As a purchaser, I will try to avoid dealing with this company anymore.
