Hi, so this is a bit of an unfair situation that happened a few weeks ago and I think about every day and just really feel like my husband and I missed out because this agent hooked up a friend for $10 more rent a week. My husband and I were going to do a transfer of lease with a friend, we got our application in early, she gave her notice, the agent liked are application, said everything looked good and we re just waiting for owner approval, then a few days later when we follow up, he tells us that he got another application (from who? Why? Where?). Then we had to follow up again and he told us he gave it to the other person. We found out he gave it to the person for only $10 more a week. I get it if it was significantly higher, I get that, do you, it s business. But $10, like he couldn t say to us offer $10 more to match?! Nope just wasn t ours anymore. And this was 5 weeks ago and we still haven t found a place, we LOVED this place, you know when you walk in and just feel home. I guess some people think this might just be business, but I don t know, it seems unfair, and I don t how to get over loosing this apartment. I thought maybe writing this would help, if you go with this agency, just know they may not have you the clients best interest. I wonder if we could have chatted with the owner or if they knew he did this what they would have done. I ve never left a review and my name is public on here so it's a big deal, just be aware!

Genuinely couldn't recommend anyone else. From the get go we knew we'd stumbled apon a good thing. Our initial dealings with Kiki showed her to be attentive, switched on, considerate & understanding. Our property was supposed to go to auction but thanks to the diligence & hard work of Kiki & her team we signed contracts, with an amazing result, less than a week after our 1st viewing. Despite being on holiday Kiki was on the phone to us from a Tokyo subway to let us know what was going on, and at no point did we ever feel that we weren't in safe hands. If we were to sell again we'd be giving Kiki and her team a call without hesitation. Big thanks also to Tobias who really went the extra mile in securing us a great result.

Craig was professional, transparent, always contactable and optimistic yet realistic throughout our campaign. He guided the sale of our apartment through a down turn, a federal election and a public holiday weekend. Not the simplest of market situations. The result however was a buoyant campaign, with highly attended open for inspections and a solid sale result prior to auction. Couldn't have asked for a more professional, reliable and personable agent.

Dealing with Sera from Mint360 was great! She's super responsive & made the process of getting our new home really smooth :)

I first reviewed Mint360 immediately after I d moved in and I couldn t rate them highly enough. Up until that point, I d received fabulous service from Ruby (who showed us the property initially) & Sera (our property manager) and I couldn t fault the experience.

Unfortunately, this changed almost immediately after we moved in. Sera became incredibly difficult to contact and, at some point, we ended up in regular contact with a Senior Property Manager Tim. There was no communication about why this change in property manager had happened, and Sera remained cc-ed on all emails. Between them, Sera and Tim were almost impossible to contact on email or over the phone. It got to the point where the office manager actually recognised me by voice alone because I had to phone so often to try and get a response to any issues.

The emails I received from Sera were incredibly brief, but Tim was outright rude on several occasions. His emails were short, patronising and infrequent. On one occasion when a repair was required, despite my suffering financial hardship and him being aware of this, he tried to lecture me on my responsibilities to pay for the repair out of pocket - this was incorrect according to the law, which I pointed out. I didn t receive an apology or even a response after the fact. After once trying to contact Tim and Sera for three weeks, via phone and email including multiple calls to the office, I received an abrupt one line email which did not answer my question. I d be happy to share any emails with the Mint360 team so please do reach out.

On the day we moved out, despite booking a time to hand over the keys, Tim was 1.5hours late with no contact or explanation. I phoned the office, who tracked him down and apologised profusely. Surprise surprise, no apology from Tim when he eventually showed up.

For full transparency, the office manager is absolutely lovely, and Ruby/Ryan who showed us the property initially and held viewings when we left were really fantastic too.

All I can say is, in my experience, they only care about getting you into a property. Once you re in, they don t care at all and will actively avoid contact.

One of the most professional property manager teams ever dealt with a gentleman by the name of Paul help me every enquiry I had and if I couldn't reach him someone in the office was always there to assist me would recommend to everyone

Kiki Bermudez is a fantastic real estate agent! We recently purchased a property and Kiki was the agent involved. We had placed offers on 3 properties in parallel and the difference came down to how well Kiki and her team managed the transaction and facilitated a very short settlement.

The first thing my wife commented on after her first telephone conversation with Kiki was on her professionalism that agent is very professional . Kiki always follows up on actions with a call so you are always informed.

From now on, when we want to purchase a property we will go straight to Kiki.

Kiki approached us to sell after she made a recent sale in our building and still had 4 potential buyers that were interested in our block. Within 3 days on the market we had a done deal. Kiki was professional in all aspects. Clear in communications, prompt in supplying information, knowledgeable, a straight shooter, very easy to work with and all with a great smile. Kiki has a strong team behind her, all of whom made us feel that little extra special. Very professional and we hope we get to work with them again. Kiki made the entire experience memorable for all the right reasons. She understood our position and didn't rush for a quick sale. It was refreshing to have an agent do more listening than talking at us. In the lead up to the auction, Kiki informed us of what would happen on the day itself and made us feel as comfortable as one can be during the Auction itself.

Selling our apartment within 6 days of advertising on the market- What else matters!?

Actually, as well informed and high maintenance clients, we took our time to select an agent that had the same attention to detail as we did, the same passion for our humble apartment and its locality, the appreciation of the Prize not the Price approach to selling and someone we felt had our interests wholly at heart. A hard ask when agents have two clients to satisfy - buyer and vendor.

Our engagement with Kiki and Mint360 was rather atypical in the fact we had already commenced working with tradespeople, a conveyancer, photographer and stylist, therefore the usual Team Kiki 'above and beyond' logistical services were not required nor utilised.

In fact we had met with 4 agents including Kiki, and despite her passion, energy, charisma and deep knowledge of her chosen market, we decided not to engage with Kiki or any of the other agents, as we intended to sell our apartment directly as the Vendor. However as the days moved on, the uncertainty and impact of Covid-19 on viewings and the limited pool of buyers in the market increased the fragility of the situation, which drove us to engage a strong, speedy negotiator for our camp- Kiki.

Kiki's communication style and ability to clearly articulate the process including managing high expectations, are probably the stand outs in our experience, hence why we came full circle with Kiki and asked her to be our selling agent. What a great move that was for us!

Combining the great support staff in 'Team Kiki' with her knowledge of the market, Kiki's ability to build interpersonal trust quickly, and her passion and tenacity to get the best result are the reasons why people engage her services and continue to refer her also.

Service received from Mint360 was very professional for the 18 months they have assisted us. Communication was particularly good, even when our lease not being renewed due to owner selling. This was a good experience for a first time renter in Sydney.

Plus as expected many things quoted at the inspection turned out to be complete lies (though probably not unique to mint).

One benefit is they seem cheap which is good.

We were very nervous about selling out apartment in Pyrmont, particularly with the market dropping a little. With changes with investment loans & the growing needs of our teenage children, we unfortunately had to sell our first & probably only investment property. For us, it was the once in a lifetime opportunity to get a few extra dollars together - hopefully more than less, but it was all dependant on the outcome. Our apartment was situated in the beautiful Woolstore in Pyrmont, in which the Building Managers had dibs on selling units as they also ran a realestate business as part of the building management agreement, so most sellers defaulted to them. However, a few years back, our neighbours sold their unit through Kiki & the outcome was fantastic, way more impressive than what than previous sales had been. As a result, 2-3 years on & we contacted Kiki & asked if she could sell our apartment, thankfully she said Yes! I can not begin to tell you how amazing she & her team were. Down to earth, honest & hard-working, we new immediately that we had made the right decision. She advised on reno's, which resulted in getting $100K more than we would have if we sold as is, she arranged all the reno work, got all the quotes, good prices & did it all via 'Whats-App', it was so easy. The outcome was more than we could have hoped for. The apartment sold before auction, with a very very attractive offer after the first open house. Within the week it was done and dusted. Hand on heart, I don't know what else Kiki could have done to get the best outcome for us & present our property in a way that looked 110%. We listed our property with Kiki through the COVID period, naturally we were quite hesitant and had a few questions like how much we should spend on marketing. It always seemed as though Kiki and the team had a plan and process in place and were a step ahead whether it be with pushing us along to keep that ball rolling or if it was a new rule or restriction that was put in place with COVID, Kiki didn t ever let any obstacle get in the way of selling our property. Mint360 Property Randwick - WORST real estate agents EVER! I m peacefully sleeping and hear a knock, I ignore it and then hear keys in my door! They scheduled an open home without telling me so I had to half asleep get some clothes on and walk out of my house with people staring at me! So angry! Few more days and I ll be out of this place and hopefully the new real estate is better! They also took almost a year (my entire lease term) to fix things that I requested to be seen to MULTIPLE times through email and phone calls!
