We are from out of state and were visiting family....

We are from out of state and were visiting family. Our windshield washer fluid froze. We did not have an appointment and arrived 20 minutes before the Service shop closed. The technicians still welcomed us and got to work! We needed a new pump. They didn't have it in stock so they took it out of their Courtesy Vehicle so that we could get back home to NC before the New Year. Every person with whom we interacted was overwhelmingly professional, courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to help us and stayed late to do it. I highly recommend this dealership and wish we had this level of service at our local Honda!

Very helpful service department. I had a broken muffler and warranty ran out a few weeks before I brought it in they ordered the part and It specially delivered gave me a lift to a shopping center to wait had my car back within hours. Excellent customer service and people!

We have owned four Honda vehicles to date and when we were considering trading in our Odyssey there was no question we were going to get another Honda. We were so fortunate to meet Nick Tamaras at Miller to help us finalize our decision on a Pilot Touring. From initial contact through to delivery Nick was superb with listening to our needs as well three children and all of their questions.
At delivery, although he was very busy he took his time with us working through all features of the vehicle. He even stood respectfully to see us pull out safely...
Nick is a prime example of what service is all about and there is no question who we will go back to next time we need a vehicle.

Called Maguire in Ithaca and got the service department on the phone within seconds. Booked a service appointment on the spot. Easy peasey. If you buy a vehicle from Miller you will overpay and get terrible service.

We are not the easiest people to deal with when it comes to buying something, especially a vehicle. Nick Tomaras understood this completely and worked with us 150%, not only showing us new cars but used ones, as well. He went above and beyond and even outshined some of the service people who should really watch what they say when customers are around because regardless of if someone has one speed or not, there's a reason Nick is where he is and you're where you are! Kudos, Miller Honda, you have a customer for life!

Went in to New car Hyundai to trade in 2015 accent for 2017 accent asked them many time toonly run my creditors report once got into manager and he said hed call that day or next morning let me no about Liam never heard back two days later called talked to Mr Miller himself and manager calls back and says didn't get Liam no ideas why him or sales mancouldnt call me when they said then he tells me he found me another loan for higher interest I said no I don't want another high interest loan like they got me two years ago so now I no he was putting my creditors in many places so to lower my creditors more after they said they wouldn't and he hung up on me I would never recommend this dealer to no one ever even though threw the years my family has bought many cars from them they are not the dealer they were and that's all I have to say so if you want to get screwed go if not go somewhere else

I contacted the service department at 4:00pm. I spoke with Tom, the Service manager. I was advised to bring my CRV in first thing the next morning. They repaired my Honda quickly! I was impressed with exceptional service and professionalism. What a great experience. I was able to enjoy the rest of my visit.

Drove over an hour to come look at a car and upon arrival the car I wanted was gone, however I'm thankful for that. Upon returning from a test drive a sales associate Nick offered me the same car but with more features for a discounted rate similar to the price of the lower model I was looking at without me even asking for the discount. Overall very pleased with the experience and have had the car for about 3 months with no problems. Nick was a very nice to work with, wasn't pushy at all and truly seemed to care about his customers and wanted a pleasant experience for all his customers. By far best dealer I have ever dealt with.

This was our first experience buying a Honda and working with Miller Honda and we were very happy with our overall service. Nick Tomaras was a pleasure to work with in the process of test-driving and ultimately buying our CRV. He was very knowledgeable about the many features of the car and not only explained everything, but talked me through actually using them. Furthermore, he took the time to make sure both mine and my husband's phones were all integrated and ready to use in our new car (all of the updated technology was new for us) and also walked us through how to seek out services (oil changes, etc.) in the future. We would definitely recommend Nick and Miller Honda and look forward to working with him again in the future.

For maintenance. To simplify, if there is a " sweat" of oil around the engine, they will tell you to do a 800$ worth to fix it while it is not necessary to do so at all. As any dealership, a 5$ problem would be fixed for 500$ so the customer says my car works like new. YEAH, you paid for what shouldn't be fixed.

So grateful to Miller Honda for helping me with one of life's important purchases. I was fortunate to have Nick Tomaras as my sales associate. He was knowledgeable on the features of the cars and took care of all the details to make this a stress free purchase. I was able to stick to my budget without compromising and that allowed me to feel good when driving away in my 2017 Honda Accord. Absolute joke. Everything was nice and smooth unti...

Absolute joke. Everything was nice and smooth until the second they got my signature on the paper and my money. Ended up getting a 2017 HRV lease with multiple defects. The place literally unscrewed my license plates from the car I traded in and put them onto the new car without filing any DMV paperwork!!! The DMV threatened to suspend my license multiple times after they found out I wasn't driving my old car...... Customer service is a joke. I've had to travel there 10+ times within the first 4 months of owning the vehicle and have been there 3 more times after that for silly repairs. Technicians that work there are not smart enough to diagnose the multiple electrical problems with the vehicle. I've had to take multiple days off of work, take long drives to Vestal to have it looked at...and best of all, when they finish a lousy repair they don't even have the decency to call to tell you the car is done. So I end up waiting multiple extra days thinking that my car is still being worked on..... I haven't even put 6000 miles on the car yet, but I have invested 5 days off from work to take drives to both the DMV and the dealer, 17 days of letting it sit there for repairs because they don't know how to call, and over $3500 in payments on this lease so far. Not to mention I traded in a perfectly fine vehicle as a down payment on this lease. If this car has one more issue after I take it in next time for repairs I am suing. Complete incompetence all around....buy your car elsewhere!!!

Not pushy, just listened to what I wanted and delivered! Set me up with Dave in finance who was also a huge help for me setting up my warranty. Purchasing a vehicle from Miller Honda was a pleasant experience. We had located the vehicle on line, spoke to the sales consultant (Nolan Denton), and drove the 82 miles to view the unit. When we arrived Nolan had kindly, warmed the interior of the car since it was a chilly evening, and had knowledge on all the options of the unit. We purchased the car for the price we wanted, received no pressure to purchase after market add ons.
We would purchase from Miller Honda again.

We were disappointed by the service department. They would not provide a loner vehicle since we did not purchase the vehicle from them. Our 2013 odyssey was missing a $27 part from the front end in my opinion from the Pennsylvania roads that we drove on all winter. I was told since the car has over 12,000 miles, and since the front fender was not original (due to a deer running into the car that was strictly cosmetic and required no mechanical repairs) that they would not cover the repair. They also stated that since the part was missing there was no way to prove it was defective. Of course, had it not been defective wouldn't still be there? I've purchased 7 Honda vehicles in the past 14 years and currently own 3. I gave Miller a chance but will gladly drive further away for a better experience. Hope the $80 was worth it.

I can t say enough about Miller Honda. The only thing that stands out more than the business itself is Derek Smith and my technician Craig Wilkins. Recently had work done on my old Honda Odyssey with 190,000 miles. They took me seriously, did what was best for my family financially, and helped us in many ways. They embody hard work, patience, understanding, and everything I know Miller wants to be.

I can only speak to my buying experience, having just purchased a new Honda. Dealing with Nick Tomaras was my first EVER pleasant experience in car buying. Nick was very knowledgeable, agreeable, and his demeanor actually resulted in my purchase of a more expensive car than initially planned, because I felt very comfortable that I was dealing with an honest individual. If you go to Miller, ask for Nick and you'll be very pleased.

The salesperson that answered ALL my questions plus more, Nick Tomaras, was extremely patient and helpful, made my decision very easy. No pressure great guy! My first experience with Miller was in 1955 when I when with my dad to pick up our 1956 Dodge. In 2017 I bought my latest car, a Honda CR-V. Love the car. The purchase experience was pleasant and simple. The support after the sale had been really excellent. The entire service crew has been great to deal with, especially their service manager Mike. Communication has been excellent and the service outstanding.

I went to Miller out of frustration over Toyota not fixing the oil consumption issue in my 2007 Rav4. They claimed burning up to 1 quart of oil per 1,000 miles was acceptable, and would not do the TSB calling for new piston rings. Utterly fed up with dealing with them I took my lunch break to go look at what Miller offered. As I wandered around looking at Honda Pilots and anything that might have 3rd row seating for 7 or 8 Nick Tomaras came out to greet me. He was busy helping some other customers, but while he was waiting on paperwork he grabbed keys to open up 3 SUV's for me to poke around in by myself. I was able to video chat with my wife at home and go over most of the features of each vehicle, pros and cons, and what we liked best. We decided the Pathfinder suited us best, and came back the next day to test drive it. After falling in love with it Nick was able to get my trade value bumped to cover the Rav's remaining loan, and 4 new tires on the Pathfinder to get us through winter. While doing the tires the Miller team noticed the wrong size had been put on, and corrected that! These are nice all terrain tires that should get my wife anywhere she needs to go as well! Adam in finance checked several providers to get the lowest rate, and by our pickup date had lowered the rate to almost half of what had been estimated during my credit check! So when we picked up the truck we had a nice surprise of lower interest rate and lower monthly payment! Wife is happy, kids love it, I didn't get a headache, no hassles. Have to say this was my best car buying experience thus far, and I've bought 4 cars before this.

We just bought a vehicle for my wife from Miller's Used Cars since we had such a good experience with buying our new Honda a few years back. Sam was a great sales person to work with; besides helping my wife through the process, he made sure that we were happy with the cars performance even after we left the lot. We had an unforeseen dry rot in the tires and Sam got us right in to the service department courtesy of Miller to swap them out.

The service team was not helpful at all. My 2015 CRV has a 3 yr 36k mile warranty. My family took it on a 5k mile road trip and a 12V outlet failed. The fuses are not bad. The other outlet works. We got back within the date of warranty but 2k miles over, due to not being able to see a dealer on the trip. The rep said it would be difficult but not impossible to work it in as a warranty claim in the start of the conversation. Then when he heard I got it from another dealership, his tune immediately changed to helping under the tranferrable factory warranty is impossible. Instead I have to pay $120 to diagnose plus any fees and repaira if Honda 99.9% likely wouldn't approve the dealer warranty submittal. This is why people don't trust dealerships and stick with a reputable local mechanic. Last time I go there for anything other than a recall or a OEM part.

Do not go here if you are trying to service your vehicle with out of state plates. I recently went here to get my A/C fixed. After diagnostics was ran to find the problem. I was quoted $1,500 to fix the compressor that they claimed to be broke and was spraying oil all over. My car is only 4 years old and knowing that the compressor still turned over before bringing the car in. After being quoted this price I decided to take my car elsewhere to get a few more opinions. Turns out that the compressor is fine and the condenser needed to be replaced which falls under a recall. THIS PLACE IS TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUT OF STATE VEHICLES.

Nick Tomaras has sold us our last four Honda's out of the 7 we have purchased from Miller through the years. Nick is very well versed in the sale and operation of Honda's, he is friendly and always ready to assist in any way he can. In fact, I had a question about a new option a week after I purchased my 2017 Accord and he took the time to walk me though the process as courteously and as patiently as if I had been at the dealership. Our daughter has also purchased two Honda Pilots from Nick over the past three years. Miller has a tremendous asset in Nick and we wouldn't purchase a car from any other dealership or from any other salesperson.

My old lease was about to expire, and was very satisfied with both the Miller Honda sales and service departments, so I stopped into the dealership to look into a new lease for a Honda HR-V. Amanda Hill had been recommended to me and fortunately was available to talk to. Her professionalism and overall friendly demeanor meant as much to me as the features on the HR-V EX-L Touring model. The entire process was handled quickly, and she understood what I wanted to spend monthly including no money down, and she was able to get very close to the number I had in mind. Well done, Amanda! Love the car!

My husband and I recently purchased a 2009 Honda Pilot the car was in mint condition but it was time for the timing belt to be replaced we took it to another service center and they were unable to perform the timing belt change. We called around to our local dealer and they were not very helpful, slightly evasive. So then we called Miller service team just to see if they may have a solution to the problem and indeed they did they were able to get us the appointment the same week. Perform the job plus went the extra mile for us. We are so grateful that they were able to give us the Peace of Mind that we were looking for with our new purchase. Thank you so much to Mike and his team for getting the job done we really appreciate it!

I am from Syracuse, NY and my 2009 Honda Accord br...

I am from Syracuse, NY and my 2009 Honda Accord broke down in Binghamton yesterday, 8/6/14. Anyone who has had their car break down when they are out of town knows how nerve wracking this can be. I called Miller Honda and spoke with Mike Lidell who is the service manager there. Mike was very, very helpful and was able to get my car in right away which immediately put my mind at ease. Upon entering the service department of Miller Honda, I was greeted by Gail, the service advisor. Gail helped get all of my information and line up their shuttle service so that I could still get to where I needed to be for work. She was so friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting both of their shuttle drivers as well, Ron and Gene. They were wonderful. Overall, my experience at Miller Honda can be described with the following words; courteous, friendly, helpful, honest and knowledgeable. They turned my car around in a few hours and I called them back today to schedule the warranty work that needs to be done on my car. I will recommend Miller Honda to everyone I know, they are the best!

I called 3 times about replacing my sideview mirror and it took forever for someone to answer and I received horrible communication over it. I still don t have my mirror even though I was told it would be in today and I would receive a phone call.

Nick Tomaras was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Helped me explore all of my options, even took me over to Hyundai to check out the lower cost lease deals available. Ultimately, nothing else measured up to the Honda HRV that I test drove first, and Nick offered a favorable trade in for me. I had to wait about 5 weeks for delivery due to delays with DMV Title processing, but Nick was patient and not pushy when checking in periodically for updates. This was my first new-car experience and I found Nick and the Miller team are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and really care about getting people in the right car at the right price.
