Just bought our 2nd car from them. Up until now we had nothing but praise for their customer service. Unfortunately we purchased a 2015 Honda CR-V, and it turned out it has a bad vibration problem. Miller's/ Honda's answer is " We know it is a problem, We are working on it, you'll just have to wait."
