I am from Syracuse, NY and my 2009 Honda Accord broke down in Binghamton yesterday, 8/6/14. Anyone who has had their car break down when they are out of town knows how nerve wracking this can be. I called Miller Honda and spoke with Mike Lidell who is the service manager there. Mike was very, very helpful and was able to get my car in right away which immediately put my mind at ease. Upon entering the service department of Miller Honda, I was greeted by Gail, the service advisor. Gail helped get all of my information and line up their shuttle service so that I could still get to where I needed to be for work. She was so friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting both of their shuttle drivers as well, Ron and Gene. They were wonderful. Overall, my experience at Miller Honda can be described with the following words; courteous, friendly, helpful, honest and knowledgeable. They turned my car around in a few hours and I called them back today to schedule the warranty work that needs to be done on my car. I will recommend Miller Honda to everyone I know, they are the best!
