Noel is the best! I bought a used throttle body online and had them install it cause a sensor in mine was bad and it's all one piece. They actually found a bad part off the used one and used mine to fix it and basically had 2 used ones make a new one lol and charged me only 1 hour of labor these guys(and girls) really know how to make their customers come back!

Recently bought a Honda HRV from here. Terrell assisted me with all my questions and concerns and made the whole process easy and smooth just like my new ride.

When my insurance company messed up and put the wrong date on my new insurance card Terrell offered to come in the next day which was his day off in order to make sure I was able to get my car.

When buying a new car/suv check the tires. They sell them with cheap tires that last only around 25k miles. They will blame the weather and roads if you question it later on.

After searching for a specific Honda Accord Sport, black with manual transmission, and numerous bad experiences with other dealerships, I was contacted by David Howard with Miller. With him and Danny Chansavath, I was able to tell them what my target monthly cost was. We negotiated zero money down and they took my trade in sight unseen.

I can't say enough about the Miller Auto Team. I first interacted with them in Summer 2013, when I saw an online ad for a pre-owned Subaru Forester. I took the hour drive south from Syracuse to check out that vehicle, and while all the information was accurate and fair, I decided that wasn't the car for me. But I was so impressed with my salesperson, Nolan, and the entire dealership, that I kept a close eye on their website for other cars that might be good for me. On a Friday night in September, I saw a posting for a 2005 Honda Pilot that had been sold and serviced at their dealership, and I drove down the next morning. They offered an extraordinarily competitive price, and I purchased the vehicle that day. I've also had the opportunity to work with their service dept (because of the extreme cold, a hose broke in January--nothing mechanically deficient with the car itself), and they (and their service manager, Mike Lidell) were also outstanding. I only wish that I lived closer to them so that I could have them perform my regular service. I do know one thing, though: I'll always make the trip down to Vestal for my cars in the future.

Came to Miller for an airbag replacement, due to a recall. Only spoke to two different gentlemen within my, less than half hour, visit and both were as nice and pleasant as could be. Very quick, very courteous, and they even gave me the benefit of an expired promo. Very happy customer here....

I hate writing bad reviews and I really wish I could put 5 stars. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Honda Civic, and my girlfriend leased a 2016 Honda HRV. Nick Tomoras was my salesman and he was also my girlfriend's. My girlfriend and I both bought brand new cars from Nick the same day!! He was very nice and very professional when it came to telling us about the vehicles we were interested in buying! The day we went over pricing and finances we were sent to Bob Austin. Bob told me that my credit was great and everything was good to go for me. Bob told us that my girlfriend on the other hand might need me to cosign for lack of credit history and she had never had a car loan before. I was okay with it and said yes to cosigning. We were both told our cars would be ready for us on Monday. Monday came along and everything got all flipped around!! Neither one of our cars were ready to take home at the time they said. We also found out that I did not need to cosign for my girlfriend, BUT that she would have to cosign for me! I was told on the previous Saturday that I was GOLDEN and that my credit score was great and I will have no problem buying the car. Bob Austin also told me that he had tried calling me ALL DAY and could not reach me so it was my fault that my car wasn't ready! He said that if he could have reached me in time they could have had my car ready for me. It was all a LIE!!! I just so happened to have upgraded my phone the previous day on Sunday and my phone was in perfect working condition.... We found out Bob Austin never called my phone through out the day. He assumed that my girlfriend and I had the exact same phone number, so he called her instead of going into my folder and pulling MY phone number. And it was not "all day" either, he had called her three times! Bob Austin had also told me on Monday that he still wasn't sure if I would get approved for the loan even with my girlfriend cosigning for me!!! This was after he had already told me I was good to go on Saturday!! He reassured me that he was "95%" sure that the bank would approve the loan. After Monday flopped on me and I found out I could not drive my new car home that day, I went to get into my own vehicle and found out that my license plates were taken off! I'm glad that I had noticed it before I got in my car otherwise I more than likely would have been pulled over by a Police Officer and then I would have to drive all the way back to retrieve my license plates. The next day came and I went to Miller Honda to pick up my brand new car that seemed to be nothing but headaches through out the whole process. When I got there, I was then told by Nick that my prices had gone up a LITTLE because when the bank settled on the loan, they apparently wanted to make the term of the loan shorter. He sent me over to Bob to talk about this so called "little" bump in the price and found out that it was going to be $41 MORE a month! I said it was unacceptable and that he should lower the price of the car or do something for me because everything they had put me and my girlfriend through. His response was that there was nothing he could do... until I said that I found it extremely unprofessional and that I did not appreciate him LYING to me!!! He then suggested taking off my 7 year 100,000 mile warranty to lower the price... WHAT?!?!? NO!!! He finally then decided to take off a whopping $300 off the price of the warranty to bring the price down about $5. Bob then stated that after making several payments I could come back in to talk to him about refinancing the car to lower my payments! We shall see!! Other than the lying and all of the hoops I had to jump through to purchase my car I was finally able to drive away with it Tuesday afternoon. The car is amazing, but I can honestly say that I don't feel too comfortable referring my friend's and family to them, or possibly even going back to them to do business. I guess we will see when I go back to refinance my car to lower my payments. I wish I could rate each person I dealt with, Nick Tomoras would have received 5 stars.

Mike & I looked at and drove both new and used Hondas, before purchasing one, working with both Nick Tomaras and Nolan Denton on different days. We appreciated their knowledge of the cars, down to intricate details, their friendliness, and their attention to our matters. We felt no pressure and a willingness to work with us. We also came to appreciate the dealership and how it is run - a very friendly, professional, but down to earth, group of folks. We highly recommend both Nick and Nolan, as well as the Miller Honda team, if you are ever looking for a Honda. This was the most pleasant car purchase we have ever had.

My husband and I recently went to Miller Honda to look at leasing the CRV. We worked with Danny and had a great experience start to finish. Danny was easy going and didn't rush our decision making process. We were in the market for a cross over and had visited the other major dealerships in the area, and as Honda was our last stop for the day we had braced ourselves for the typical haggle and pressuring that we received at other dealerships. Again, there was very little pressure and minimal haggling- their first offer on our trade in was fair market price and there was no pressure about needing to get a commitment before proposing our deal to the sales manager. I would highly recommend both Danny and Miller Honda to anyone who asks. Should have started there and could have saved ourselves hours and hours of back and forth with other dealers just trying to get a fair price! Even if their prices were higher than other dealers, which they are not, I would return and pay a little more just to be treated the way we were at Miller.

At first, I received emails from Nick. He seemed to be the kind of salesman I liked -- forward, but not pushy; knowledgeable, but not arrogant. Then we talked on the phone. We set up an appointment to meet. He knew his product thoroughly. Then he drew up the contract and gave us a very good deal--very fair. We will definitely deal with him again AND encourage others to do so, also.

My daughter and my son-in-law both purchased cars from Matt Schechter at Miller Honda. They told me to see Matt for a great deal when I was ready to buy a new van. Matt was very patient yet attentive as a salesperson. I take a l-o-n-g time to decide what I want and Matt helped me with my decision. I've been a Toyota customer for the past 13 years and after test driving the Highlander I was unimpressed with both the vehicle and the lack of attention at the dealership. The moment we walked in Aaron greeted us with a smile! He explained all the trim levels to us and then went through to figure out what our family would need in a vehicle, I test drove two pilots and an Odyssey. I ended up going with the EXL pilot and I'm in love! I was able to get it and the color and interior that I really wanted. I will definitely go back to work with Aaron I will gladly refer friends and family.

My wife and I went Miller Honda on Tuesday to see what kind of a deal they would give us. We where looking for prices on that day, Knowing we had to go back to Binghamton on Thursday, where we would discuss what they offered on Tuesday. Well that didn t happen. This is where Nick Tomaras, my wife and I sat down to go over figures. Wow did he give us a great deal.I said when can we have the Honda Ridgeline. He said give him 3 hours and we could have that day. That Is what kind of guy Nick is. If your looking for a Honda Nick Tomaras is the salesman to have.

The experience was excellent. We were torn between the Honda CRV and another brand small SUV. It was the knowledge about the Honda product and the personable nature of Nick Tomaras at the Miller Dealership that determined our decision. Since we had a very positive relationship working with Nick when we purchased a 2014 Honda Accord last year, we went to Nick twice to help us in making our decision.
