I can't say enough about the Miller Auto Team. I first interacted with them in Summer 2013, when I saw an online ad for a pre-owned Subaru Forester. I took the hour drive south from Syracuse to check out that vehicle, and while all the information was accurate and fair, I decided that wasn't the car for me. But I was so impressed with my salesperson, Nolan, and the entire dealership, that I kept a close eye on their website for other cars that might be good for me. On a Friday night in September, I saw a posting for a 2005 Honda Pilot that had been sold and serviced at their dealership, and I drove down the next morning. They offered an extraordinarily competitive price, and I purchased the vehicle that day. I've also had the opportunity to work with their service dept (because of the extreme cold, a hose broke in January--nothing mechanically deficient with the car itself), and they (and their service manager, Mike Lidell) were also outstanding. I only wish that I lived closer to them so that I could have them perform my regular service. I do know one thing, though: I'll always make the trip down to Vestal for my cars in the future.
