I was visiting The Binghamton area. I purchased my Honda in NC. I had a problem with my shift lever.
I contacted the service department at 4:00pm. I spoke with Tom, the Service manager. I was advised to bring my CRV in first thing the next morning. They repaired my Honda quickly! I was impressed with exceptional service and professionalism. What a great experience. I was able to enjoy the rest of my visit.
