We were disappointed by the service department. They would not provide a loner vehicle since we did not purchase the vehicle from them. Our 2013 odyssey was missing a $27 part from the front end in my opinion from the Pennsylvania roads that we drove on all winter. I was told since the car has over 12,000 miles, and since the front fender was not original (due to a deer running into the car that was strictly cosmetic and required no mechanical repairs) that they would not cover the repair. They also stated that since the part was missing there was no way to prove it was defective. Of course, had it not been defective wouldn't still be there? I've purchased 7 Honda vehicles in the past 14 years and currently own 3. I gave Miller a chance but will gladly drive further away for a better experience. Hope the $80 was worth it.
