Its always a delight to find a historic landmark to be so welcoming and still highly functional. I stayed here randomly and had a blast just exploring the space.

Room was good, employees were nasty at times and everything was a cost, they didn't even provide water bottles for the coffee maker in the room.
The service was amazing and the room we had was great! We lived in one of the club rooms and having access to the club lounge was a great plus
Last minute reservation. Will definitely recommend and visit again. Beautiful hotel and staff was excellent.
The Biltmore is a great bit of Los Angeles history. With one of the best lounges in downtown
Was not a good experience. No amenities. The staff was not friendly. The room was dirty and the hallways smelled horrible from other guests smoking weed.
The hotel is beautiful and historic. The rooms are comfortable but slightly small.it is definitely very expensive.
Gorgeous old hotel. Rooms still have old Hollywood charm. The hotel restaurants are solid if not revolutionary.
The hotel is beautiful, dorst of all; I had a drink at the bar & the staff was excellent, as are all the employees, throughout the hotel.
The bed was great, the view from my room was great but the pillows were very uncomfortable & the bathroom door would not shut properly.
Our stay was during GRAMMY Week. This hotel hosts audience members and more. The staff is very amenable to most any request. This is an old hotel that is well cared for so be prepared for quirks here and there. But the convenience of being downtown and not far from LA Live offsets the old bones of the property.
Big thank you to this iconic Los Angeles landmark hotel management and staff for accommodatimg so many marchers today. Will patronize and recommend friends and family do as well with lasting gratitude.
I love the Hotel Excele you service and attention of the staff !!!!
A LOT of paranormal experiences, great service and amazing food.
I didn't stay there. I went for an event. But the little workers who needed help if they treated me very professionally. The place is very luxurious.
Pretty old hotel, the standard rooms are good, but the windows seem to be the ones of the year of its opening, with which the street is heard a lot, even so it is a hotel show, good facilities, Super comfortable bed and the treatment of the staff is very good. In this hotel it is normal to see recordings of movies, TV ads or models, here was recorded part of the mythical movie GhostBusters !!
Sophisticated, stately with the elegance of times gone by ....
Best ceiling in LA. 10/10 would look at ceiling again. (Moorish, I heard.)
The lobby is really fancy. Rooms are good. Our bathroom door doesnt work tho lol.
Beautiful and well located in the heart of Los Angeles ... The room was not up to the hotel .... shame
Style is a little bit outdated. Food is kinda expensive, but rooms are spacious
The location of the hotel is good, but the hotel is already getting old. Too thin windows & the worn bathroom are in need of renovation. The ventilation in the courtyard is very loud and with the added traffic noise is not to think of a good night's sleep. Would not book the hotel a second time.
The Millennium Biltmore has a fantastic staff who are ready to help at any moment. The atmosphere in the building was also wonderful, and their ability to accommodate large parties is especially beneficial to their clients.
Loved every single moment of this Grand Hotel...very pleased. It is definitely haunted. If your into that thing...go!!! There's a little girl that roams the 9th floor. Sometimes wearing a red dress. Goosebumps just thinking about it.
The worst customer service from the front desk staff. Very rude and not willing to assist their customers. Definitely will not be going back.
Hotel with the most impressive lobby of Los Angeles. The lobby was used in various movies and music videos like Janet Jackson 'Son Of A Gun'. The rooms where nice, specially the bed!
Attending Labryinth Masquerade Ball! Most Amazing event in the History of Events!
Rooms are super fancy and so is the whole building.
The hotel is out of this world. Centrally located in downtown LA. Best French kiss cocktails I ever had. Excellent costumer service
We were going to Universal Studios Hollywood on a 3 day weekend well everything was sold out near the studio so we had to extend our search for a hotel. Well let me tell you that was the best thing that happened. Only about 15 minutes away from Universal and this hotel was Amazing so MUCH history even our 11 year old boy was so impressed and fascinated! Just love the history it has and its updated but there are still original stuff like the windows and door knobs just. Our room was clean, everyone was so nice . Just fyi parking is valet only. cost was $42 a nite BUT if you look at other hotels they also charge that and you have to park it!! I highly recommend this hotel... Oh and if your a GTA gamer pershing park in the game is right next door :) And they hosted the Academy Awards they have a hallway with so many pictures of the past.
It is a very beautiful hotel and very good place to go to places around
The very spectacular common areas, a return to the golden age of cinema
The hotel was gorgeous, with great history and a vintage luxury feel.
Los angeles baltimore hotel is nice easy to find event rooms and clean
The atmosphere was good and the staff were kind. It was convenient that supermarket and station were near and was easy to act. The cafes and restaurants in some of the hotel buildings were also very delicious! I will use it again
Didn't go in but looked nice from outside. Good location
They should really organize their mailing system. We asked for a package a few days ago and they said they didn't have it. We then asked the next day and they said that they've had it for "a few days now." Other than that the stay was great.
Super great hotel, very central, the staff are very helpful and friendly, my suite was a dream, the living room tastefully decorated, I can only recommend the hotel
Piece of los angeles history but run very, very efficiengly
Very accommodating and the staffs were nice people. The breakfast was so delicious and there's a lot of selection in the menu. I will come here soon for my next vacation. Thanks.
This nice, fancy hotel has a very artistic structure and their food is delicious
Popular hotel nice location friendly atmosphere delicious food
Such a great place. Dinner always delicious. Serve at the banquet was great.
The room was lovely, very spacious with lovely views. The shower worked well. The place is really great, very relaxing and enjoyable. Despite being busy, I never felt crowded. It was the nicest place I have ever been to. Our starter plates were barely taken away when the main was given to us. The staff was lovely and very accommodating. Excellent service!
This hotel is gorgeous, always clean, and the staff is wonderful.
Good size room, large comfortable beds.
Clean good.
Central location.
The concierge was very helpful, as was the front desk staff when I needed to borrow a plug adapter (they charged me $ 20 as they thought I would stay with it, but as soon as I returned there was no charge).
First right at check in they charged my catd $200 3x! And that wasnt even the total of the room which i paid beforehand online...it was for the deposit, ive been waiting for the money to be credited back on my account for over 2 weeks now and whwn is the deposit $237.00 ? Weird number. I love staying here but this last time really inconvenienced me. Any advice on how to get my money back? I definitely didnt destroy the room lol
Very good location very close to bus/ metro station(less than 4 minutes)
Bath room very small
House keeping can be more improved but maybe due to hotel is too much busy
We live in orange county and often drive through LA to go to the San Fernando Valley. We thought we would visit places in LA this weekend
Millennium Biltmore hotel has a wonderful lobby, ballroom, bar, etc... their customer service is fantastic, however the hotel is aging and they need to renovate. Our rooms heating did not work, but luckily we weren't in the room very long. There are very limited outlets in the room as well. If the hotel wants to stay relevant with millennials, they will need to redo the rooms in order to stay competitive with hotels in the area like the Sheraton, The Standard, etc. They can keep the classic lobby and common areas the way they are, but the rooms are in desperate need of a face lift.
Beautiful hotel. Huge and luxurious Hollywood glamour everywhere. Easy parking. Comfortable beds.
Awesome hotel i loved it shout out to our dear friend Albert from front desk lobby he deserves a raise we love you friend see you soon...
Very pricey! For the price it should have free breakfast, the rooms are clean.and they architecture in the lobby and around areas is very interesting.I just think some parts of the hotel should be updated
My family and I had enjoyed staying at your hotel because it was very cleaned and organized. The menu was large without being too hard to choose from. The quality and quantity were excellent. I will be returning! this was an example of a very nice hotel. Highly recommendable to all of my friends and family!
Staff we're friendly and helpful. First floor and lobby are classically ornate. My room was fairly plain, but clean. Breakfast room service was slow delivering my simple continental breakfast after the hour time window chosen. Order was placed the night before.
It was very spacious and the beds were ridiculously comfortable
I enjoyed staying at this hotel in downtown Los Angeles. I was there to be an audience participant for the wheel of fortune game show. The restaurant is delicious. I got a deal on orbitz as a package with a rental car and round trip flight frim Birmingham, Alabama. I had a room on the opposite side of valet over the restaurant. Valet was $20 a day to part and had concierge services. That week there was a ice skatung rink built across the street I sat in the window and watched the skaters. It definitely was as advertised grat that presidents have stayed. I went to the exhibit of human bidy. I went to the Disney Symphony downtown and a nice lady gave me a free ticket so I did bot have to buy a tucket in the amazing shaped building. I flew into Burbank airpirt because it was smaller than LAX but did not like the landing runway that led to a brick wall. It had grest brakes thank goodness. The plane was late so I had to call an open rental place at midnight to get a second car until I could get my original reservation and pay cab fare to pick it up. Extra not in my budget. My luggage was lost so that was another problem into that airport. I had a red carryin bag though with a set of clean clothes for emergency that trip I actually needed. Got inside and the driver had ellen degegeneres telling jokes on the radio but I was bot in a very goid noid. The reception desk was very nice to move me to another room at the Bilrmore. It has a seatung area with a pianist playing very relaxing. It has a sports bar eating area with televisions and food in there was good also. There was a grand ballroom very elegant wirh marble floors looked lke in wide and large hallways. I never made it to the tv recording arguing with my then husband on the phone back in Alabama rattled for unknown reasons I totally forgot. So later that day called my friend brenda and we went shopping on the street market. I bought sone toys fir the toys for tots show. Fcr the ellen show at nbc studios in Burbank California on olive ave but it was full so I left the gifts. The children's show taping at paramount studios by the secind roscoe hucken & waffle restaurant was full too when I git thete at a spirts talk show taping I left a sunset blvd tour with a group to try and get there on time. Pinks hotdogs was goid too. I luked the silent movie theatwr too and they gave free pipcoen clise by the canters restaurant I stopped to eat when I git hungry. Lots if slaostick physical comedy I enjoyed. No words but lots of sound emphasizing the action in silent movies. I was singing in the hallways of Biltmore with a gentleman who was a singer and hus family said they would be back in about 30 minutes . there was an accident on the helicopter rooftopip pad next doir to the Biltmore that week thankfully nobidy was gurt. I rwcommend rs very nice place to stay when in this ciry.
Great place and awesome rates for the great service provided
A bit expensive but so well located that it's worth it!
In DTLA, prompt service, rooms are a little small with small bathrooms, not enough towels, pool is nice along with the fitness center.
I haven t stayed but the hotel has a horrible background there has been a Murder that was the most famous murder of black Dahlia which had her blood drained check out Sam and Colby
Really dated room and no inclusions didn't make up for the opulent lobbies. No obvious drop off area for bags (main entrance was restricted to valet only - too expensive for us, parked nearby instead). Staff were distant and disengaged. Really nothing to recommend this hotel other than the opulent lobby. Suffers from the same disease as most other US hotels - only two double beds, no singles or bunk for the kids even in a huge hotel such as this. Seriously, how often do two couples stay in the same room?!?!
