We have not stayed at this hotel. We went in for help. They were quite kind and helpful at the front desk, even though we did not stay at the hotel. The hotel seems to be very nice.

This is an excellent venue for a conference or seminar.
Room service failed to answer, most of the rooms had no towels so my friends weren't even able to take a shower. Other than that, the lobby and such were stunning. The rooms weren't all that great but livable.
Thank you for all your hard work The complex was also kept spotlessly clean. Plenty of sunbeds and no mad rush to get them first thing in the morning.
Service extraordinaire. Everyone attentive and courteous. LOVED the service. Bed comfy and nice architectural details in the room. The hotel is magnificent In architectural details and rich in history. The ONLY place to stay in LA and spend the money for the club floor-100% value for your money. Walking distance to restaurants and culture.
Beautiful, historic hotel right where i needed to be downtown. The best fitness center of any hotel i've stayed at which included an indoor pool. i thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay here.
Very nice hotel ... a perfect infrastructure very beautiful and good attention ...
Traditional hotel in central Los Angeles. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Subway Pershing Square can be reached in a few minutes.
It's very good and comfortable hotel in Los Angeles. The water is strong enough, wifi is free and fast. The breakfasts is variety and having food for Asian people. Moreover, you can easy to walk to Target, Walmart near the hotel. I enjoyed staying here.
Very beautiful hotel lobby, really worth a visit! Great location as well. Convenient to public transit. Restaurant is not great.
Beautiful hall rooms ..... nothing exceptional ... the cleanliness leaves something to be desired ...
Very beautiful hotel. Maintains all the glamour and design as it was originally built in 1923.
Good hotel for the price, but rather expensive valet parking.
A beautiful historic building. Afternoon tea service is top notch.
Right in the city of Los Angeles. Walking distance to all metro buses that travel to all other areas of Los Angeles. Quite a number of French restaurants, bistro and patisseries Walking distance Shopping mall and restaurant. Hotel has ornate lobby, ceiling and hallway. It's a very old and historical building in high society. Rooms are huge and beds comfortable.
Its was a fun expiriance my wife and I and a couple of friends had dinner and drinks here it was excellent
Wonderful place of a bygone era, provided one can find parking.
Lobby areas are nice but the rooms are quite old and not very good. Tons of noise from outside even on higher floors. Asking price too high for what you get. Internet slow and $15 per day.
Beautiful lobby!! However we checked in to weed and ashes on the night stand the room didn't feel or look very clean. Outdated look. View was great but the window was dirty. I liked it overall though. Very regal on the inside.
Staff was professional. Towards the end of the night, some of them were a little over zealous and bussed a drink that was pretty much in my hand
Good location. Pershing square parking lot is across the street.
Fantastic asthetic. It's a beautiful hotel with a rich history. It was a bit eerie how big it was, but if that's the only complaint then it must have been pretty nice.
Clean and good space for the whisky event held in 1 of the rooms . Plenty of parking around which was convenient
It is still a very beautiful hotel, but needs to be improved. The beautiful bar needs matching bartenders
Windows are old and not sound proof. Service is good and discreet. Room is spacious enough.
Love this hotel clean nice staff perfect location I will always stay here. The food was delicious and the look of the hotel very modern and bright love love love this place.
Attended theThai National Day and sang the National Anthem. Such a gorgeous hotel! Thank you so much for having me.
Very good location, very good services and very friendly
It is a boart-style building reminiscent of Italy in the 1920s and is famous for its extremely antique and colorful interior.
Filming locations for The Sting, Ghost Busters, Hitchcock, etc.
The years 1931-42 were also used as an academy awards ceremony.
Was here for loj. Beautiful hotel. Wonderful experience.
The 8th floor smelled like smoke. They switched my room and there was a blunt on the floor on the 10th floor. Beds were comfortable, but The hotel needs to be upgraded for the the extremely high charges.
Love the Biltmore. It's amazing to see such great architecture and amenities. Although the fitness area just got a little upgrade still needs a little work. First class staff. Fair prices for such an amazing hotel.
The hotel is a bit older but clean and spacious. Our bathroom had a bathtub and giant mirror along one of the walls. The staff was accommodating when we asked for a corner room and to be close with our other friends. There are plenty of cafes and food options nearby as well. I would stay here again.
Outstanding guest service been staying here for 8 years
First time I've been there and had a great time. Drinks were good and crowd was chill
At the first sight this place is looked so classic as my first hotel to stay in LA. It can be seen from it's interior and design. I was happy with the guest relation and customer service who brought up my day after it went down by a not good welcoming and no smile guy in a breakfast time. I used voucher for breakfast but they still charged me some extra bill. They supposed to tell a guest in advance on this situation.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and historic hotel.
Went to the Gallery Bar at the Millennium Biltmore Los Angeles. Service there was great, it is a prohibition era type bar with a lot of history. Plenty of good drink selections.
beautiful but old building. it was very noisy at night due to the lack of insulation.
I was at the Biltmore for a special event and found the accommodations and event spaces to be clean, beautiful, and very concerned with my enjoyment of my event. Everyone on the hotel staff I encountered was kind and helpful.
The hotel is very good, especially its interior decoration. It faces the same problem of parking as other downtown towns in the west.
The room is spacious and comfortable. The gym is alright. The atmosphere is very old school LA glam which is fun.
Beautiful!!! Very good location, and clean, but unfortunately some guests do not respect and smoke marijuana and the smoke enters your bedroom, it is very annoying although the hotel fixes the problem quickly, the other bad point is some employees like the security people see you with Less impression, that makes me not want to go back to ospedarme in this hotel
Awesome Hotel great food very friendly and helpful staff
A beautiful, classic hotel. Rooms are a little antiquated.
Hotel comfortable for traveling, aesthetically pleasing.
I like this place a lot. Reception was friendly, and the vibe so lovely. Wish I could have stayed longer.
Huge and historic place. Rooms are old needs renovation.
Beautiful, old hotel. Great location, helpful staff.
Every inch of this hotel is beautiful. Take yourself down to the indoor pool and swim with the mermaids
Best Downtown hotel to stay to be In The center of it all
Very busy hotel in a nice location, the rooms are just fine. The service is excellent and the restaurant is great with good choices of food
I felt like I'd time travelled. I adored the structures, interiors, decors and the team. I spent a lot of time while there looking and fascinated by the detailed artworks of the ceilings throughout this amazing hotel.
This hotel is frequented by celebrities. The photos on the walls tell its history.
Beautiful hotel outside and when you walk in but so ugly and small in the inside of the rooms!
Splendid structure, rooms a little less. In our room we could hear the noise of the air extraction system on the lower terrace.
Old rooms, creaky bed. A far cry from the hotel's former glory.
The hotel is very handsome, but I can't say the service and furnishings have kept pace. It's weird to have souvenir photos of movies filmed in the hotel placed in the rooms.
Location great. Room very outdated. Both hallway and room smelled like stale laundry. No power outlet anywhere near the bed. I asked for an extension cord. Nobody ever showed up despite being being told the contrary. Lobby check in staff was warm and nice.
Attended a conference at Millennium Biltmore. Venue was gorgeous and staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurants weren't the best but passable.
Very luxurious. Staff is nice and rooms are huge and clean.
Luxuriousness with friendliness and scrumptious meals, salads and desserts! Serving staff is on point.
Valet parking is extremely crowded. Hotel is very nice.
I have requested an invoice for my reservation several times and they simply DO NOT respond to emails.
If it is a business trip I DO NOT recommend it. Nefarious customer service.
