Lovely hotel with great service and spacious rooms. Amazing executive floor with fabulous benefits

The bed is very comfortable. Not so convenient location but it has a beautiful view.

The hotel buffet food is located too high. The swimming pool was under construction.

Great hotel with bonus of shopping centre next door

There are free shuttle boats, the people I met are also very enthusiastic, and the excutive lounge is spectacular.

I don't feel like 5 star here, I just got nescafe in my room. a jar a glass in restaurants is poor don't feel luxury as the payment

The hotel is quite old. The staff is not very friendly. Those. when you carry a denyuzhku you all are happy, but it is worth asking for help with changing the reservation and you seem to stop noticing - you will be alone with your problem.

Great location and the beds are so soft! The room service is wonderful-the sushi/salmon is amazing.

Although the facilities are generally outdated, it is an optimal place to go to Asia teak or icon Siam. When I want to use the bathtub shower, the head part falls off and there is no place except the soap shelf inside the shower booth.

My family and I stayed in the hotel for about a total of 12 days. We first checked in for 5 nights before we left to go to Phuket and returned. From the moment we arrived the driveway to entrance hotel was emmaculate along with a breathtaking holiday theme, which was 1:30 in the morning, the front desk person was very friendly and pleasant at all times. The breakfast buffet and waitresses was great!!! Wonderful assortment of food to make any person happy. The room had a great view of the river and the Iconsiam mall. The FREE water taxi was great and we took it every morning to get to BTS station. At night they have the FREE water taxi to go to and from Asiatique. The concierge desk was great. We sent up 2 different tours and arranged for transportation to and from the airport. The bell boys were great room was tidy up nicely and very helpful at any occasion. My kids love the pool and spa amenities I would stay there again in a heart beat.

As it was 2580 bass ++ / night by reservation from HP, it was cheap and liked the atmosphere of the lobby.

Lunch buffet is below average for the price of 1,800 baht++ Both menu list and taste.
Even crab stick is not available, although request for.

The hotel is good, but taxis are very expensive when you come here for sightseeing, not near business meetings. Refusal to ride or additional charge required.

I choose this hotel because it s panoramic rooftop bar. But today it is totally inaccessible to their guest without any notice : the grand bar (indoor) is reserved for a private event, and terrasse side is also closed because of the rainy weather. I m really disappointed of their policy.

We spent one week in a panoramic river suite. Magnificent view, top class hotel, very kind personnel ( I must mention their Director of Operations, who went out of his way to make me and my family feel at home). However... the devil is in the details!!! The first night the lights did not work and I had to spend the night in a pitch black room, the second one they forgot to make my room until I called housekeeping. They moved us to another suite where they forgot to add to third bed for our daughter, the furniture was lously assembled, the air conditioning did not work properly, the telephone did not work at all, there was no cold water ( only hot and very hot..), they put a wine bottle in my room but no glasses at all until I called housekeeping again... minor details, for sure, that I would gladly accept in a youth hostel or in a one-star hotel...but definitely NOT in the self-appointed "five stars" Millenium Hilton!!!!

The location is beautiful and the room service is excellent

All were very friendly and kind.
The view was great and boating along the river was fun!

I had to try very hard to call the hotel.
I had made more than 10 calls.
The male receptionist used pilote words but very rude expression.
His name is Nitus. (I am not sure about the spelling and not sure whether he told me his real name or not) He asked me to wait on the phone for very long and suddenly ended the call. I had to call again and he did the same thing again.
I called back many times but he didn't pick up my phone. A few seconds later, I use different number to call, he picked up immediately. (I have an evidence) I think this is very rude for 5 star Hotel or even for a little cafe'
I am 100% sure that I was very polite. I just needed some help from the receptionist about my booking.
I just hope that this will not happen to another guests. Honestly, I am disappointed.

Love this hotel.. one of my favourite Hiltons worldwide. The breakfast selection is one of the key reasons I keep coming back, it's absolutely huge with amazing variety. Second key point is the proximity to the new massive mall. 3 mins walk. You will truly enjoy staying here..

Stayed here in 2018 with 2 friends. We didn't even realise it was a 5 star hotel because it was so cheap when we booked it, but as soon as we arrived outside, a swarm of staff came and took our luggage. The lobby of the hotel is huge and absolutely spotless. The bar on the top floor is an absolute must of staying there. Its expensive, but the views are worth it! Amazing hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone else staying in Bangkok.

Perfect city centre base for exploring Bangkok on foot. Hotel is located 2 mins walk from the marina and iconsiam shopping centre. Exceptionally helpful staff, comfortable bed, room was spacious and clean. Pool with great views of the city skyline. The poolside restaurant is good, but as spicy as what you would find downtown.

Hotel is in the cost saving mode. Service level has substantially decreased. Most staff speaks poor English. While, Breakfast buffet in the Flow restaurant is good, the Executive lounge cocktails are below standard, plus closing already at 19:30!!!Housekeeping offers poor service. We had to complain daily for missing things or insufficient amount of amenities in the bathroom. Have to order everything for supplies, every day. Used tea pot/tea cups not cleaned next day. Stationary has to be ordered. Wanted even to charge for herbal teabags....unbelievable.

Hotel along the Chaophraya River. Next to shopping mall, Icon Siam. Food is not that good though.

Very nice hotel, easy access. Very clean, quiet and well-kept. Great breakfast with outside terrace. Taxis are called and also checked that you are not cheated. Ferry pier in front of the door, as well as a large mall. Great!!!

It is a hotel along the Chao Phraya River near my house. A lot of foreign customers.

The persistent noise of a rotary drill above your room gets annoying but the staff is nice.

One of the best hotel in Bangkok. Room is clean with good river view. Bed is middle soft and very comfortable. Price is fair and has its own shuttle boat accessed to the opposite of the river, which connected to BTS station. A hotel which I will re-visit for sure. Not giving full 5 stars because the traffic outside of hotel is crazily busy.

A gem in the rough. Bangkok is fast and loud, but when you're here time slows and you can unwind and relax as you choose. Amazing views from the pool and rooftop bar. Enjoy!

From the pool level only the 3 Jacuzzis are worth visiting

The price is right for this hotel. Sign up as a member and the rate it pretty good. Best for a hotel of it's size. Room service food is served almost like fine dining. The pool on 4th floor is nice to relax in sun and swim. Convenient location for getting around. Uber picks up here, free ferry to other side of river.

Room condition is good with renewal, but facilities such as lobby and entrance are slightly old feeling. The view of the Chao Phraya River is good and the view is good. Breakfast is average. Icon Siam and the market are close.

The location is right next to the icon siam, so it's great to have a meal. I think the room condition is satisfactory and the price is appropriate.

Beautiful hotel with great swimming pool. But you need a boat ride to get to shopping malls and some tourist attractions.

This is the best hotel in bangkok next to the hotel we have siam mall in walking distance.We got our suite at floor and literally the place is just wow!I would recommend to visit it.But the mall only have branded items like lv prada and more but just wow!

Before my current stay at the Millenium Hilton Bangkok, I had been there several times and had always booked a smoking suite with a view of the Chao Praya. Last two years ago. Before my current stay, I made a written request for booking as a smoker under the same conditions through my travel agency in good time, three weeks before the start of the trip, but unfortunately it was only answered after full payment, one day before the start of the trip, with the information that Hotel only have non-smoking rooms?!?
There were only two ways to reach a designated smoking area on site. One possibility was to cross the entire ground floor.
Unfortunately, this area was several times without an ashtray or seats and also blocked by events and not accessible.
The only alternative was the roof terrace, which also invites you to a breakfast buffet inside the building.

This place was superb, on the river so a bit cooler, easy access via the river to places of interest. Staff helpful, rooms immaculate. Skybar worth a visit for views (obviously expensive drinks) but worth it. Breakfasts covered everything. Every nationalities' favourites if you want to try something different.

Worst Hilton I ever I have opportunity to stay. Starting from missing towels in the room and multiple issues during the stay. Place worn out and needs renovation.
