We spent one week in a panoramic river suite. Magnificent view, top class hotel, very kind personnel ( I must mention their Director of Operations, who went out of his way to make me and my family feel at home). However... the devil is in the details!!! The first night the lights did not work and I had to spend the night in a pitch black room, the second one they forgot to make my room until I called housekeeping. They moved us to another suite where they forgot to add to third bed for our daughter, the furniture was lously assembled, the air conditioning did not work properly, the telephone did not work at all, there was no cold water ( only hot and very hot..), they put a wine bottle in my room but no glasses at all until I called housekeeping again... minor details, for sure, that I would gladly accept in a youth hostel or in a one-star hotel...but definitely NOT in the self-appointed "five stars" Millenium Hilton!!!!
