Hotel is in the cost saving mode. Service level has substantially decreased. Most staff speaks poor English. While, Breakfast buffet in the Flow restaurant is good, the Executive lounge cocktails are below standard, plus closing already at 19:30!!!Housekeeping offers poor service. We had to complain daily for missing things or insufficient amount of amenities in the bathroom. Have to order everything for supplies, every day. Used tea pot/tea cups not cleaned next day. Stationary has to be ordered. Wanted even to charge for herbal teabags....unbelievable.
