Good buffet food but quite high price. Not much people even in XMas eve night. You can use shuttle boat to travel to Sathorn pier too. On special event, firework is great.

This is a hotel with a sophisticated design and a sense of luxury and calming interior. I use it well because I can relax. There is a swimming pool, a sauna, a massage, a lounge, and a fitness gym in the hotel even if you don't go out especially.

Amazing hotel experience. Choose it if you want to stay near Chaopraya river. Truely 5 star experience.

The hotel is beautiful, the service staff are very good, along the river. The view took 10 points.

My reservations stated our room would be ready for 2.. got here from being in airports for 24 hours, at 1, only to be told that no room is available and ready and that we need to wait until 3. It s 3 right now, and our room is still not ready. Not a very good first impression. Hotel lobby looks nice and clean.

Nice Hotel, good quality, rooms are very clean. Only 4 Stars because there is problem to get late at night to hotel, a lot of taxi drivers do not want to go to that area. For sure this is not a problem of the hotel but for me as a guest.
In most of the rooms there is a nice city and river view. Never the less...I will come back.

Bit too formal and the pool was a joke, but expect for that this was a very good hotel with good service.

What to say? It's the Hilton. The rooms are clean. The views are great. The pool is amazing to relax. The service is average. The bellboys are way more polite and kind than the receptionists and concierge.

I came here for a corporate meeting and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a hotel boat service to BTS sky train so it's very convenient!

Nice view, next to iconsiam, less than a hundred meters walk On the other side, it attracts lots of good sales.

Very nice hotel, downstairs is the Mekong River, ferry 3.5 baht, it is really worth the experience! The breakfast for the team is average, it would be better if you experience it yourself! The waiter at the door enthusiastically called a taxi, but the price was slightly more expensive! But it is acceptable. Overall very good!

Hotel that meets all expectations of price versus hotel services and facilities

I don't understand why the hotel is rated so highly. I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels. But in this hotel the price / performance ratio is not so good at all. The check-in took over half an hour. The rooms are outdated, the breakfast in the executive business area is quite manageable, the rice is burnt, the selection is very small. At the egg station you have to wait a long time until someone finally comes to fry an egg and so on and so forth.

I do not recommend this hotel!

The hotel is clean and the surrounding scenery is too good.

All you could expect and more. And now, it's right next door to the IconSiam. You are right on top of the New Years Eve fireworks on the river.

Except for a few exceptions in the service quite good! If you have booked a city break, but it can also be quite well for a few hours by the pool endure.

Really enjoyed the restaurant and good lobby spaces for business meetings. Relaxing view of the river makes the hotel more interesting than those in Sukhumvit area.

The staff were really friendly and the food was excellent. Definitely stay here.

Personally I liked the bed because it was fluffy and the facilities were neat and clean.

The pool was also good. But the flavor that is spread throughout the hotel is not my preference, and the gel is across the bridge, which is important, so it takes some time to move out during the day.

The room is adequate, the bathroom is quite large compared to other hotels, close to the new mall ICONSIAM

Good location with free river boat to main river boat station. Room and facilities were not at all as nice as depicted in the pictures on the hilton website. Wifi was poor in the room on 6th floor. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the package and had a wide buffet selection.

What can I say I would have expected more for a Hilton. The location is perfect the staff was great and also the breakfast buffet was great. But the rooms are very dark and musty. But afterwards we learned that the rooms upstairs are better we were on the 12th floor. What else to mention is the pool is also very nice especially the location of the pool is great you can watch the ships in the river.

The ballroom is a little small for a wedding. The food and drinks were good.

Call for a glass of wine The employee said the new regulations incur Sir Chartres. Easy to understand is Borrowing costs 67 baht a glass of wine ...... or too time required to carry a glass of wine to 555.

The waiter is very nice, courteous, the view is good, the second floor is good, the shortcoming is very traffic jam

Great location, friendly staff and fast service! The view from 28th floor was amazing and i loved the large windows in the rooms! Breakfast was also great, there were lot of different options what to eat and the staff were always asking if you liked to have something. If i have to say something that didn't please me, it would be the tiny swimmingpool and really expensive food in the hotels own restaurants. Overall one of the best hotels i've stayed in!

It was so nice to be welcomed back. Next door, Siam Icon, finally finishing and worth popping in.

Great hotel with excellent service. Really impressed with the building and its location, easy to get around with shuttles across the river. Great views of the river from the bar on the top floor. Will definately stay here whenever in Bangkok.

I would like to give it actually 4.5 stars.
It has one of the biggest tree in Bangkok and I love the view from the rooftop bar. For the view, here is the best place in Bangkok, and it is less expensive than le bua and banyan tree.
They can improve on their wine list, definitely, cocktail list and quality.
The service was lovely and quick.

Check in was the worst I have ever experienced. Initially my booking for 2 rooms could not be traced and I was told that I should check it out myself, the person serving me then walked away and started other work. I had to call her back and ask for a manager, who was also most unhelpful. When I told them the service was unacceptable the server simply laughed and walked away. They said they could not find my Hilton Honours membership number either even though I showed them my email containing the details. Eventually I was told to go and sit down with again no explanation, when she did eventually come to find us and give us the room details, she could offer no exanation as to why the problem had occurred, did not offer any apology and did not even tell us where the breakfast room was or about any other of the hotel facilities. Overall I found this experience most embarrassing, most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with and this has given me a very bad impression of this hotel. This was a real shame as I have in the past always enjoyed staying with the Hilton group.

I was there for buffet lunch on Saturday. The handicap parking was available underground for two cars only. The venue was Flow where the Chao Praya river was in the background. The menu variety was limited. Stew beef was too tough. However, Thai food taste was about average. No sashimi was available except sushi. The staff was friendly. The price per head was 1,000 baht net excluding beverages except tea or coffee. I ordered a big bottle of sprinkled water for three hundred something bath including tax. Luckily, I used a membership free voucher; otherwise, I would say 500 baht was the amount I'd feel comfortable to pay.

Fast reception service and dedicated check-in counter. Splendid executive floor with spectacular views of thr city. Highly recommded hotel to stay agsin.

World class one, truely enjoyed..Food was greatly served..

Very stylish Hilton undergoing a rooms renovation at time of this writing. Staying on the executive floors worth the extra $ for use of 31st floor lounge and the generous breakfast, tea time and happy hour that comes with it. Fun to take hotel boat across river, but can be a time suck if you don t plan for its schedule. Overall very happy with stay here and would choose again.
