Ok hotel, one of the more tired Hilton properties I've stayed at.

It's a very nice hotel. An upscale Hilton. Awesome location within walking distance of stores and street food. Courtesy shuttle boat across the river that runs every 20 mins.

Location wise it is ok - convenient for the grand Palace and the temple of dawn. Other than that for other attractions you will need to cross the river to get in the metro. Still rather weak elite recognition with a rather weak lounge offering during the evening hors d'oeuvre times. Staff are a mix bunch with the worst being the front desk staff and the best the executive lounge staff. The renovated rooms are good. Breakfast offerings at both the lounge and main restaurant is good.

Location is not ideal, not much facilities around the district and it's far from the shopping belt. The rooms are clean but not modern. Decent stay nonetheless.

It's good to enjoy the occasions, but not good for sightseeing.
Location is hard across the river.
The front desk staff is a bit clerical and everyone else who works is very friendly ~ Icon Siam It is good for walking on the 5 minute walk, but if you do not go all the time, there is no merit
I have to take a boat and go to Thapan Thaksin Station to change the boat
Asian teak is not going straight, but transfer from Saffan Thaksin station (free shuttle)
Every 30 minutes, it is inconvenient for one person. It is inconvenient to go to Sampan Thaksin Station.
The pool is small and the people are really crowded.
I checked the checkout and I could see the shower, but I went to the shower at 9:00 pm - the shower is locked.
If it is for sightseeing, shine. The swimming pool is also small, so not much to bring kids with.
But it was not bad. Loop top bar is really good.

This place is so dope! Amazing views and an awesome pool... the room service was amazing and the staff here are so nice and respectful... also very close to everything and only a 45 min drive to or from the bkk airport... I highly recommend this hotel!

Very good situation at the edge of the river, which is the best way to get around Bankog and surrounded by markets, typical restaurants and massage centers, especially that of Siam (very clean and unbeatable prices). Great quality. Spectacular views and fantastic breakfast.

Although transportation is limited far from the station etc., it is cheap for the facility service and cospa is good

Great Hotel with River View, Best Suitable for Family Vacation

Great location right on the river and access to public transport. The rooms have great views of the river and city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nevertheless, the hotel is now getting old and a renovation would be appropriate. The central air conditioning is very intrusive and only roughly adjustable. In some rooms it smells damp and slightly musty. Usually, the Hilton group has excellent beds, unfortunately, these are no longer the best and the mattresses are partly worn out. Some rooms try to fix this shortcoming with thick toppers. Conclusion: currently only partially recommended but hopefully it will change again soon.

The food was a Traum.Ein own cheese buffet. Shrimp on mountains of ice. That was the Hammer. Room o.k. No smoking room book.

Hilton just on a paper, it isn't real 5* hotel. To old and smelly. When was it build? Like it is frosen in time.

A wonderful hotel, the views from the top floor terrace are great and the cocktails are great and very well priced. The service is unbeatable. I recommend it without any doubt.

Modern spacious room overlooking to the river. Nearby public ferry station that takes you across the river to Chinatown area. Hotel boat ferries to closest boat station & BTS. It's convinient compared to taking taxi from hotel especially now it's a RLT construction which really caused heavy traffic. Walking distance to next door new IconSiam mall.

The view from the room was amazing. Enjoyed my stay there. They provide a buffet service at the rooftop lounge including free flow of beer. Apart from that, the hotel has their own boat shuttle service which goes to Asiatique as well as the Saphan Taksin BTS station. Convenient to get around as the traffic at the connecting bridge can be bad. Breakfast at the cafe on the ground floor was great. The spread was good. Overall the service and benefits provided match the room rates.

What a hotel! Very classy and with excellent staff. However the room cleaning didn't always top up ESSENTIALS like water and toilet paper.

This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel. The people here are so nice and give A+ service. The location is not as great since it's across the river but getting to the other side is super easy and pretty fast through the Si Klong ferry to Si Phraya. I really liked some of the extra perks of this hotel. They have a spa (where I got my first Thai massage). There's a rooftop deck as well as an infinity pool and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a Hilton. Besides that, they have an adorable coffee shop attached and they sell beautiful desserts!

There is a shopping mall next door so it is very convenient.
The view from the room was nice and comfortable. It was renovated and the room was beautiful. Breakfast is also substantial. The water bus stop was right in front of me, so it was very convenient to move around.

Good service. And now it operates with discount price because of the COVID-19 crisis, but not compromise its service. This place also comply with the government's rules regarding disease control.

Accommodation was good, food was average, lot of people got sick over a period of 5 days and I has given the same dish almost every day due to dietary requirements. Room for improvement.

It's a bit far from the city center, but if you can afford it, traveling can be a fun time. You can be sent to some convenient locations by hotel boat. The room was clean and the view of the night view was very good. The breakfast buffet is a no-brainer and no-budget.

Good luxury hotel, on the other hand there is nothing to welcome and for that you have to enter the restaurant (with very high prices). We arrived at 11 and had to wait until 2 to be able to move to the room. We slept 2 nights and the night before leaving (I guess it would be clean) when I saw my suitcase was broken by the material inside, as if he had been kicked. I did not want to claim anything because they do not know anything about Spanish and I would argue for Nothing. For everything else good.

Comfortable rooms with a great view of the river, friendly staff and some very neat local walkable experiences. Very worthwhile to walk next door to the *real* local market where food costs 1/10 of the price of the hotel food, and enjoy the authentic flavors and atmosphere of Bangkok. The restaurant/bar at the top has breathtaking views, worth visiting even if you're not a guest. Concierge was super helpful in point me to local restaurants outside the hotel, much appreciated! The swimming pool and "beach" with a view of the river is very cool as well. Finally, it's a GREAT place to host a large event, we did our APAC Android TV conference here and everything went PERFECTLY thanks to the hotel staff.

I liked the location of the room. The room was also remodeled and it was neat. This is a hotel with excellent views of the Chao Phraya River.

I had my worst hotel experience here - not because of the staff, food quality, or the views, but due to the poor air quality in the rooms. This was on multiple floors. Even though I changed from the 29th to the 19th floor, three rooms later, the overwhelming musty and old smell was evident. I had an allergic reaction to the moldy smell and a major sinus infection. Despite the staff going the extra mile to provide oils to infuse the room, three days was enough. I am a loyal Hilton customer, so I was sorely disappointed, not to mention ill. Three days stay that I had already paid for was all I could tolerate. I had to change hotels.

Good hotel for a short stay in Bangkok. The hotel has its own boat shuttle to the BTS station (Skytrain). The rooftop bar is a dream, perfect to end the evening. The pool is rather small by today's standards. The breakfast buffet is very rich. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Spacious, nice and quiet rooms without noise from any air vent great riverside view with good breakfast. Only minor drawback is taking a car to downtown which can take 1h. Very heavy traffic. The hotel is great.

Upscale resort on the river. The rooms are nice, modern and well maintained. The breakfast is very impressive and the rooftop bar is nice (if somewhat overpriced). The shuttle boat is very helpful as the location of the hotel makes it somewhat difficult to access the majority of places we were visiting while in town.

Room had views, was large and well maintained, they had good service and had no frills. Excellent location, the adjacent ICON SIAM is top notch with many shops in it.

Very good hotel, on the river, in a good central location in Bangkok.
We had a room on an upper floor, with a fantastic view. The rooms are nicely furnished, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is very good and varied, sometimes there can be short waiting times until a table is free.
The hotel's free ship shuttle has proven to be practical. This shuttles constantly between the hotel and the traffic junction where the Skytrain and public ships leave.

- The hotel room and service are excellent.
- The hotel closed to the big shopping centre where you can get food and stuffs easy.
- The hotel surrounding with local foods.

I give 4 stars because it's really a 3 star hotel with a 4 star lobby. it has a great location, right on the river with a very cool pool overlooking the river and city. also the breakfast was excellent. the rooms however are dated and small and very awkwardly shaped. we upgraded to a suite which was the only way to do it here. if you have more than a carry-on or if you're staying for a few nights you will feel cramped.

Room not clean, baggage handlers do not have the capacity to be in such an establishment without vigilance on our part we would have left with other people's luggage.
The reception staff and the buffet manager (evening) are very professional.
The hotel does not deserve 5 *
