A magnificent hotel that honors the chain that gives it its name
Convenient location, luxury, scenic views, beautiful Chao Phraya River
Nice entrance welcomes me to see you again for the reception he does not give up a smile
By cons extraordinary breakfast choice of choice and quality
All rooms were very nice with river view. Bedding is fluffy and the counter is kind. It seems that it is common in Thailand hotel that card key does not do well. But he kindly fixed it again. The pool is beautiful. But do not give toothbrush and swab. Give me a call. There is a shuttle boat going to Asia teak for free, so it is good to use those who go to the night market. We can not use it because of the deadline because of the time relationship.
The only thing that makes this property still be the Hilton brand is Location. Other that is worse than a cheap hotel in Bangkok.
Excellent Location by the riverside.. Excellent views from top floors.. Excellent staff and service.. free boat rides to the Asiatique and to BTS station.. 7 eleven conveniently located just across the street.. all in all we had a very good experience in this 5 star hotel during our 5 nights status over the new year in Bangkok. Highly recommended.
Best hotel I have ever stayed in and affordable for Europeans
Prosperous downtown. MRT connection. Hong Kong-style five-star. Confidence.
Very good location, good breakfast, the pool is a no visit except for the Jacuzzis
Good service, perfect hospitality and fantastic viewing make a recommendation here.
It's a fantastic hotel with amazing location and one of the best service.
Great hotel and location friendly staff with good executive lounge
Super nice hotel, with the special requests were no problem!
Insufficient sanitation facilities, pool rental to others, not used by tenants
Came to have a sundowner drink at the rooftop bar during happy hour. Advertised as 2-for-1. Only informed after the drinks were served that this applies per person, so we were charged double. Will not visit again
Typical Hilton hotel: very high quality furnishings, great view and great breakfast offer. Great infinity pool with a clear view of Bankgok and an impressive skyline view from the roof terrace of the hotel bar at night. Worth a visit just for that.
A bit out of the way but very nice hotel right next to the flagship Einkufszentrum Siam Paragon with hotel own jetty and a great SkyLounge.
Renovation facility is good, pool is good, and location is good, too.
I had a really pleasant experience at the Hotel.
Positive aspects:
- It's an elegant and high-class that deserves its 5 stars.
- The decoration is delicate but harmonious.
- It has amazing views facing the river.
- They have luggage delivery.
- There's a swimming pool, spa and even a terrace where you can take amazing pictures.
-There's a brand new shopping center that just opened next to the hotel and it's worth a visit!
- There are restaurants, corner shops, supermarkets and a 711 right in fornt of the hotel. Taxis are always at the front of the hotel.
Negative aspects:
- You are asked to leave a deposit fee, whic for us was a hundred Euros, or it's aquivalent in Bahts.
- International calls are so expensive. Around 300 Bahts a minute!! If you have to call abroad make sure you go to a call center or buy a telephone card at the nearby 711.
- Their ATM swallowed my card and we couldn't call the technitian because it was a Sunday. So I had to call abroad and it wa so expensive. But that's just to say something. It didn't make a difference regarding my experienced at the hotel.
- IMPORTANT! The Hotel is almost an hour away from Suvarnabhumi Airport.
All together, it was a nice experienced. The staff was really cordial. Their English is advanced. I really enjoyed sitting by the pool. We even had the chance to meet a K-pop group. That was interesting!
Great hotel but you need to walk up a hill to get there. Staff attentive and subway not far away. I enjoy the lounge access as well.
We were here for a conference, Indian food was not good.
great place for a rooftop drink at sunset but they are pricey
The room is old. Breakfast is good but not special. Top lounge bar recommended. You can enjoy Bangkok night view. Location is not in the city center, so there are not many facilities around.
What was good
Among the hotels on the 5-star riverside
Cospa is good
Iconsiam is convenient near by
View from the lounge terrace and room
Zero
It was about that.
I use the club room, but the BONCAFE capsule coffee maker in the room is too small and bad.
The quality and variety of afternoon tea and cocktail time was not good, probably because of the corona sickness. I could have expected that there would be no liquor, but I wanted consideration to make the minibar in the room free.
Nice hotel. Good rooms and good view. Has a big mall right next door. Food is good too
Worn rooms, staff nice, hotel disco reserved for weddings
Good customer service. Room smelled musty, coffee machine and some of the lights did not work. Great food at the Prime. River view room faces construction site - just not the quality expected.
It's a Hilton 5 star resort, beautiful. As of Oct 2018 a new luxury shopping mall opened next door for the wealthy. It is the most luxurious shipping mall in Bangkok.
Great hotel for Vacay nearby Shopping mall (Icon Siam) Kids are loving to play at the Beach Pool area!! Breakfast were not wow! Kids at age 6 and above have to pay for the breakfast. The view are stunning riverside view. Next door to the hotel have a market selling local product such as Food clothes etc. Must go check it out. The room is small however it s felt cozy!!!
We were just an overnight guest, but it was a great experience. The room was great, the beds felt good and the breakfast in the morning was fabulous! We also happened to be in for the Super Blue Blood Moon, so we hit the roof top for drinks and to catch the lunar eclipse. Oh I almost forgot, we swam in the infinity pool too! Great way to realax after a long day of travel.
Good hotel- well located- but the mold in the bathroom
is not good for a hotel of this standard
Staying for two days, the more satisfied you are, the more convenient the environment is, but it seems to be a bit far from the city center.
Always happy here. However, one or the other should be renovated.
Great hotel! The entire staff is outgoing, helpful and friendly and, with a few exceptions, fluent in English. The breakfast was superb and the executive lounge had a delicious selection of food throughout the day. Also due to the hotel's own shuttle ferry, which runs one for free to the Skytrain, one is fast at the hotspots of Bangkok. Within walking distance of the supermarket, ATM, Streetmarket and smaller restaurants. Best of all, however, is the view of the skyline of Bangkok. Definitely recommended!
Good buffet for the price if you book through eatigo
Impressed when walking into the room because of the very pleasant smell Hotel Aroma ever come. Bathroom appliances are Crabtree & Evelyn. Good aroma. The bed is very good, but the Topper is comfortable and does not sink without back pain. It is a 5 star hotel with beautiful river view. Stick to the Siamese walking icon The only disadvantage is the late payment Use paper towels to western Thai people like us are not good.
Nice.. Comfortable room.. They should let the guest know about the free boat ride to ASIATIQUE and other side of the river..
The room is very good, the reception staff is good. Room prices are not expensive, food is not expensive, delicious food.
The hotel is good and it offers free boat service to BTS Saphan Taksin. The only downside is, the hotel's restrooms doesn't have bidet.
Distance from Golhang
Good swimming pool
The facility feels a bit old or not bad
Rooftop okay. The interior is more pleasant than the outdoors and the night view is good.
Breakfast is weak for a hotel
I don't want to recommend banquet food
It seems like a Chinese restaurant is better. Convenient with a boat shuttle
Easy to visit astick
It is a bit ambiguous to walk to enjoy the surrounding facilities.
There is a market right next to it.
Nice property in the mid of city.
Excellent view of River.
Built to face the Chao Phraya vertically, almost every room overlooks the Chao Phraya River.
However, since it is on the south side of Chao Phraya, to be honest, transportation is inconvenient. It is a relief that there is a free delivery boat every 20 minutes from the hotel to the BTS station, but it takes quite some time to get out of the city and back again. There are not many shops for travelers around. There is usually no taxi lined up in the carriage. It seems that taxis don't want to get too close.
The rooms are not very large, but with large windows overlooking Chao Phraya, you will not feel so cramped.
The service and food are not bad, I say it is not good.
If you want to stay along Chao Phraya, you will also want to visit Oriental on the other side, Shangri-La, and Sheraton. On the other hand, it seems that the price setting is considerably cheaper than the surrounding luxury hotels.
Went there for Sunday Brunch with family and everybody loves it.So many kind of good qualities tasty food.Sea food consist of Akaska king crab, many kind of shell fish imported, shirmp, fresh cutting tuna and salmon, foegras, roast beef, salad bar,Western foods,Thai foods,Indian foods,Chinese foods, made to order dishes, noodle stand they even have separat cheese room and separate room for cakes, ice cream, chocolate, makaron, good coffee too.Surprisingly the place is not so crowd so you can relax and take your time enjoying lunch with a nice river vtew.I'll certainly go back this place is a must for Sunday brunch.
Hotel is generally well maintained with comfortable rooms and great facilities. The view onto Bangkok is inspiring.
However staff has no clue: cleaning is very lacklustre and waiting times in the restaurant are unacceptable.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. So friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself TIRED.
But I will keep coming back because the views, pool and location make it worthwhile.
3 days with internet issue get 2 stars from me. Otherwise it was a good stay.
Have never been to stay here seriously and have never been to a restaurant here as well, but with the opening of the ICONSIAM shopping center, I had to come here.
In the morning of the 10th which is open day The first day of ICONSIAM shopping center for the general public made me queue here, which the Apple Store provided a place to wait for the opening of the first store in Thailand at the Hilton. Because usually never entered here, but only saw through the boat journey.
The building itself is quite unusual, but with the Hilton chain making it a 5-star, number-y rating, the most striking feature for this building is probably the restaurant on the top floor. That can see 360 degrees view and if anyone comes to stay here, I can assure you that your skin is beautiful if viewed from The corner of ICONSIAM where the event is held
The service of this hotel. Say it is really great. Because on the day of visiting ICONSIAM, we have done Lost items at the hotel Which we contacted the hotel And able to find it and help keep and coordinate Efficient and very professional even though I didn't stay here.
Travel may be long in some periods. But can sit down And can cross the shore Or going to the skytrain is not far away Or can walk across the Chao Phraya River on the Somdet Phra Chao Taksin Bridge
The views are nice, the location is good, and the staff is friendly. However it s also quite expensive, and the lounge is so so. The rooms are fairly modern, the bathroom was loaded with amenity kits, and the family suite I stayed in featured a great view of the sunset. The lounge also features great views, has an outdoor seating area, and the staff make a point out of knowing who you are. However the snack/food selection was no good, and I don t think they serve alcohol. It was quite crowded during my stay, but the hotel was also fully booked. I didn t try the lounge breakfast but the downstairs one is quite good, and has outdoor seating on the river, as well as a smoking area tucked off to the side. They offer airport pickup (2400 baht for BMW5, etc), and they offer a ferry service every 30 minutes to the other side of the river where most of the action is.
Even the hotel was partially temporary closed for renovated, the rooftop lounge called 360 lounge still open for drink and enjoy sunset here. The bird eyes view on the rooftop was billions!!! I could saw Grand Palace / Hua Lumphong Train Station / Golden Mountain and many highlights places in Bangkok. The views s so great and the moctails so good. Please check it out!!
We arrived the pool was under maintenance so we could not enjoy it without it being marked before booking. The TV channels are practically not watchable so the quality is zero. The cocktail on the roundup are really not so good ....
Convenient and near to the latest shopping mall named Icon Siam. Currently the main road is under construction for the sky train. Very jam during day time. Luckily still can use boat to access other places
just visited 2 days ago best hotel they also provided late check out by 2 thanks
Wonderful views with a shuttle that can take passengers across the river. A little far from the airport but once in Bangkok its location on the river is hard to beat! Great location for seeing local attractions. Has a beautiful rooftop bar and a sand beach outdoor swimming pool.
This place is mostly known for two things, the rooftop steak house that I have yet to visit and their easily 30sqm cheese room for the Sunday brunch that I have literally ransacked not cheap but if you re in need of cheese and wine it makes a hell of a lot of sense to try it :)
Hotel has a great location. The rooms are small but nice. The beautiful large window in the room is an eye-catcher. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired.
Adjacent to the Chao Phraya River, has a large banyan tree, surrounded by colored fabrics, looking magical, traditional Thai style.
The charter boats are highly recommended. Great breakfast. The Sky Bar also fits, although the beer costs about 8 euros.
Attended a conference at the hotel accompanied with a 3 night stay. The rooms are basic but match the relatively low price point. Food throughout the stay was good and good selection of bars and restaurants. Good access to the River City shopping mall via boat transfer (4.5THB)
The location, views, rooms, facilities are great. But staffs and foods are lower from expectations when compared with the other branches of Hilton group or other brand in the same level.
Come to the wedding The catering staff is well maintained.
Bridal room by the Chao Phraya River The evening view looks very beautiful.
