i must say, i have never gone to a dealer twice to get a new car. But Pat, who sold me my first Hyundai (Santa Fe 2011), was so magnetizing, i just had to come back for another release on a new car. Pat was fantastic and personable. Actually the entire dealership is awesome. The service department always and i mean always treats me with utmost respect. And Gwen...oh my goodness Gwen...such positive upbeat energy. Loved this entire experience and always talk to my firiends about how great a Hyundai is.

On Saturday September 1, 2013 I e-mailed Heritage Hyundai for information about a new Hyundai Elantra Limited at about 3:00 pm. In about 15 minutes I was contacted by Darren Gordon, one of the Sales Managers. Mr. Gordon asked if I could stop by the dealership by 6:00 pm to look at the car I had requested information on. I walked into the dealership at 4:45 pm and was greeted by Mr. Gordon. He introduced me to George Small, one of the New Car Salespersons. George was everything a salesperson should be and it was a pleasure dealing with him, not that we did a lot of dealing. I had a pretty good idea of where I wanted to be price wise with my trade in. I told George the offers I had received on the same car as well as the research I had done. Heritage made it worth while price wise to buy from them and by 7:30 pm I was driving home in my new Elantra. Fastest and most painless car purchase I have ever made, less than 3 hours. Special thanks to George and Claudio (Finance) for staying late and completing all the paperwork for my purchase. I'm really not a review posting kind of person, so you know I was happy with Heritage Hyundai. Great place to buy a car.

My husband and I met with Stan Gabrovski today for a test drive. We are a returning customer of his and again, he never failed to provide us with an outstanding service. We were planning to get an AWD SUV and after walking us through with all the necessary details, we got hooked. The test drive went very smoothly. Stan covered all the features that I needed to know and made me feel confident that it's the right car. As a matter of fact, I just don't like it, I LOVE it! The overall process with him was a wonderful experience, you would not feel rushed nor pressured. He will make sure you get your money's worth and best suited your needs. Call Stan and you won't regret it.
All the staff in the dealership has always been great! They treat you professionally and with great care. Highly recommended!

Car shopping is never really fun or easy but Tom Hamme made it a better experience. I got prices from 8 other businesses and his was the best from the start. Also, he made sure all the paper work was completed and keys in hand in a timely manner. Very nice, personable, and respectful. Wish I started my search at Heritage Hyundai Towson.

The person who assisted me with my car issues went above and beyond to make sure I'm accommodated well. I had my car serviced here thrice now but due to my engine failure they granted me an engine replacement. I'm happy with car now after the issues been resolved. Thanks again Shawn, you are awesome! I appreciate you! Will be back here for sure.

Stan The Man!!!!!
My new car purchase at Heritage Hyundai of Towson was beyond fantastic. My salesman was Stan Gabrovski who I d contacted online and proceeded to come in for a test drive. It s important to note that I m a previous car salesman and have a thorough knowledge of the business, gimmicks and all the extra nonsense which causes me to be extremely cautious. After spending time with Stan during the test-drive and talking about what was important regarding my new car purchase his enthusiasm and integrity had those cautious walls I built crashing down. I came to the dealership during the week and was going to delay my visit being I had my 2-year old daughter with me who was full of energy and during that time my wife was working so I had her all to myself, lol. Stan was extremely patient and made sure my daughter was ok with snacks, drinks and of course she made artwork out of some paperwork but he kept her busy and actually put her needs over our transaction. During the test drive he helped me put in her car seat and more. He even let me take the car to grab her something to eat. At one point I had an extremely hard time deciding whether to get a 2016 Sonata in Silver or Blue. The Blue Sonata was located at another lot where they hold some of their cars being they have a massive selection. Stan drove me to the lot and I checked out the Blue Sonata and still couldn t make up my mind, lol. He insisted that he pull out the Blue Sonata and park it side-by-side with the Silver, I really didn t want to trouble him but he had no problem at all and took the initiative to ensure that I was more than happy with my selection. It helped me choose which color I wanted-silver. Stan has what a lot of car salesman lack and that s patience and integrity. Most are always on the move putting money before the customer but Stan was patient and never got distracted by other customers coming into the dealership while we were working. He also pushed to get me the deal I wanted. I also have to say, I know the golden rule as a previous car salesman which is to wait until the end of the month to purchase and I made my purchase on June 1st. I told Stan, you give me a deal I can t refuse and I ll buy this today and I have to say, that he made me a deal that I couldn t refuse on the car price, my trade and financing even with my negative equity. This all happened without the cringe worthy back and forth bull right there in the dealership with my 2-yr old daughter. I normally work all of my car purchases out online but Stan and Heritage take the cake. This is the only dealership I trust to actually come in and get a good deal without all the dang games! Do yourself a favor and go to Heritage and ask for Stan Gabrovski.

I could never imagine that you can get a brand new...

I could never imagine that you can get a brand new car so quickly, but thanks to Stan Gabrovski from Hyundai in Towson it became possible. One day we went to the dealership and spent fourty minutes with Stan to test drive a car and take a look at our paperwork and he showed me and my girlfriend the best options for us. Later that day he called me with a great offer that we couldn't refuse. We went back the next day to finish all of the paperwork and in the end we left with a brand new Hyundai Elantra in less than 2 hours. I'm very thankful to him and all Hyundai team for their help.

I came in for check engine light and oil light flickering, I waited about 2.5hrs. The customer service was good and they fixed the problem with my engine and oil light. However once I left about 10 minutes from leaving on the highway, I noticed my passenger headlight was out, which was fine before I went in for service. So now having already gone to service I'm left with another problem. I wont put full blame on them for not checking my headlights after what they did because they at least fixed the problem I initially came for and its possible this was random, however this has happened before with my car and they claimed the bulb was loose. It is extremely frustrating to have to again go back for service for another problem that wasnt a problem before service...

When we went to Hyundai Towson dealer, a sales rep immediately approached and welcomed us and asked us about what do we need. She invited us to sit down and do business with her. For me, this gesture really reflects professionalism with the customer. We've talked about what we want for a specific car and she checked the availability of the car for us to see and test the condition of the car. She's easy to get along with and we had no problem dealing with her. On that same day, we purchased the car through the help of this sales rep. I definitely recommend her to my friends. Her name is Ms. Lisa L. Truly, a remarkable sales rep and a big asset to her company.

However today I came in for service and I can tell you that the service department is extremely knowledgeable extremely nice and extremely compassion and most importantly they are extremely quick at their job. My husband and I have been car shopping for several months now. After dealing multiple times with CarMax, we decided to comparison shop here, to test drive a used car. The General Manager, Scott, immediately greeted us when we walked in. We told him what we were looking for and what we had been looking at. He brought us in his office and spoke with us about our options. He explained how a new car was a much better option, and he would be able to work a deal that would allow us to purchase a new car, at a better rate, with the same payment we would get for the car we were planning on purchasing at CarMax. In the end, we left the dealership, keys in hand, having purchased a brand new car as promised. Scott and his staff were absolutely wonderful! We were in and out of the dealership in 4 hours! This was the easiest car buying experience we had ever done! We will never buy from anyone else, and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car!

I had a great experience buying a car for the first time from Heritage Hyundai. Stan Gabrovski did an excellent job with helping me find a car that best suited my needs. He was honest from the beginning to the end, and never pressured my mother and I to make any decisions. It was obvious that he was genuinely interested in helping us pick the right car at a good price rather than making a quick deal. Stan also showed me practically every spec of my new car and easily answered any and every question I had about it. Dealerships and salespeople can certainly be intimidating for a first time buyer, but I never once felt that way at Heritage Hyundai. I am very pleased with my experience here, and I will definitely be a returning customer when the time comes.

They sold me a car that had the check engine light...

They sold me a car that had the check engine light on but they had cleared it before selling it to me. I drove away from the dealership and it immediately came back on.I left work early to drive back during their hours and they just cleared it again, no diagnostic or anything. It came back on. I left work early and came back AGAIN and they just cleared it AGAIN. It wasn't until the third time they actually tried something to fix it.

On top of that they sold me the car with only ONE of the original two key fobs, meaning someone is still out there with a key fob that will unlock and start my car. They offered to charge me extra to sell me a second key when it should have came with two in the first place.

The salesperson, Art Talansky, was rude and condescending and kept asking me to check with my "daddy" about the purchase. The only person involved in this transaction was me, and there is no reason to treat me like a child just because I am a young woman. He assumed that my parents were somehow buying this car for me even though I was financing it in my own name. He kept going on about how he bought luxury cars for all his children, like he was showing off how much money he was ripping people off for.

Stay away from this location. They have sleezy, underhanded salespeople and service people who do not care to fix your car.

After I left this review their phone number called me, and when I answered with my name they hung up on me. Real nice customer service.

By far the BEST car buying experience. I went thru several disappointments and met with a few people that left me not even wanting to buy a car anymore. I worked with Scott, Jennifer and Gwen. They made me feel welcome and did everything in their power to put me at east thru this very stressful process. I actually didn't mind being there! I went in after work and drove my new car home that evening. Jennifer (sales) was extremely down to earth and worked with me thru all of my many questions. She took a highly stressful situation and made me feel at ease. It takes a certain type of individual to do that. Felt like she really wanted what was best for me! Scott made things happen! Gwen (financing) was a sheer pleasure to spend time with and I can totally see why Jennifer said she is one of her favorite people. I would recommend this crew to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I intend to make my next auto purchase with these guys!!

I recently leased a 2015 Sonata Sport from Rudy Raley at Heritage Hyundai in Towson, MD. Rudy was very helpful and through every step he was patient, paid attention to what I was asking for and was very accommodating in helping me find the right car, at the right price, to fit my personal financial requirements.

I went with a lease for my own reasons, one of which is to have bumper to bumper warranty on the car and future trades for next lease. I purchased an additional warranty package that only increased my payments by $20/mo. This will cover all those little items like new brake shoes, or rotors, etc., that are part of normal wear and tear and not covered by straight warranties. Having spent close to $3000, in repairs over the past 6 months, on my trade-in, I was tired of money going down the drain and am very glad I went to Heritage.

I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. It was comfortable and at no time did I get the feeling I was being taken advantage of, being a woman purchasing on her own.

I will likely be a lifetime customer because I feet that the overall business is reliable and trustworthy!

This location sold me a pre owned 2012 Hyundai Acc...

This location sold me a pre owned 2012 Hyundai Accent with 4 bad tires (over $500 to replace). One of them even had illegal plugs in it that I discovered AFTER bringing the car in for evaluation on the tires. They told me horror stories about people becoming paraplegic from these alterations and then let me drive off in the vehicle without telling me. When I brought this to their attention, the only response I received was "it's not covered under warranty" and they even blamed me for plugging the tires myself because I didn't notice the plugs in the first 3 months of having the vehicle. Even worse, the belts on the vehicle needed to be "adjusted" ($100) after 3 months of having the vehicle... and now, go figure, my check engine light is on. I can only imagine what this is going to be. I will never buy a Hyundai again... and certainly never buy a vehicle from Heritage again. Strongly suggest you find another dealership that shows accountability and responsibility for service failures if you have your heart set on a Hyundai.

Heritage Hyundai Towson is by far the best dealership I have dealt with. I highly recommend this dealership for all your vehicle needs. John the Sales manager, William the sales person and Amin the Finance manager have gone over and beyond what a normal dealership staff would do. They kept their word on the things which were agreed on. John & William both very professional and friendly and great customer service. Truly enjoyed the purchase and would definitely come back in the future for all my vehicle needs. Thank you once again guys.

For a while now, I have been wanting to buy the limited Hyundai Sonata 2020. It has been a struggle in the past, however this month, I worked with Ibrahim and he made sure this time around that I get the car I wanted. Karl Smith is a knowledgeable, down to earth, and honest sales man. My car died which put in the market for a new vehicle. I contacted Heritage to see if they had any Santa Fe or Tucson models in stock. Upon arrival I was introduced to Karl who quickly matched me with a fully loaded certified 2017 Hyundai sport. I got a great price!! Karl worked with Roman in financing to get me a payment that I could live with. Karl is so kind, funny, and professional. Roman also educated me and provided me with some excellent advice and tips on my new purchase. I love my car and I love that they made my car buying experience stress free and obtainable. Went in for a routine oil change and inspection. They found a couple things that needed to be replaced which I agreed and paid for them to do. This visit included an inspection in which they should have inspected the battery to see if it needed to be replaced, however the car battery went dead about a week later. I have always had great service from this dealership and have bought both of my family's new cars from them, so I'm a little confused on how that could have been missed.

He made sure to find the vehicle I wanted and when he found it he made sure to explain everything about the car. He educated me on all the safety features of the car and showed me to how to navigate all the features on the dash board. My overall experience with the dealership was pleasant. I live over 300 miles from the dealer. They were excellent in working with me in getting all the paperwork completed for financing and even purchasing in a different state. We flew over to pick up the car and the dealer even met us at the rail station on our car. The dealer did not have the vehicle in the color we wanted but within 15 minutes they located one. Since we had a long drive home the dealer was checking on our progress. Afterwards we have had some questions about the car and every time they were able to find the answer for us. I have never had a dealer and sales person treat us like they did at Heritage Hyundai Towson.If I could give more that 5 stars to this dealership I would.

The bad is I bought a service policy for oil changes, tires, etc. That was a huge mistake. I have been in the service department 4 times. I have had unnecessary problems with every visit. I tried to speak with different managers. They all make promises that their people don't deliver on. Shame, great car convenient to the work and home locations wouldn't recommend service there.....

I was initially drawn to Heritage because although I'd been dealing exclusively with Antwerpen Catonsville for over 6 years and several brand new cars they had been dishonest, always played good cop/ bad cop sales approach and this time tried to bait & switch a new car without the features I paid for to get the color I wanted. Last straw. So I went to see what Heritage would offer.

I had looked at their inventory online, so when I arrived I found out I was already assigned to Tom - nice! And he showed his no BS sales approach from the start. LISTENED to what I wanted. Made EFFORTS to find one. And ultimately worked to GET ME what I wanted for the price I wanted!!!!

His Finacial Director Garrett was also direct, helpful, never played the game "can you at least put down....?" Or the double team "Garrett wont let me sell it for..." etc etc etc.

They were legit, to the point, no games, worked to get my numbers on the car I wanted, brought it from another location, etc. etc etc. They also explained everything in great detail with patience.

Polite. Professional. Great deal. THEY EARNED THIS NEW CUSTOMER!!!

I reached out to Hyundai Heritage at Towson in short notice since I finally found my dream car:)
They were able to pick it up from a different Heritage store and have my car ready to buy in the very next day. My salesman was Stanley and he responded very quickly to my request. He made sure my car was in a great condition, it had all the futures that I wanted, and it fit my expectation! I was very happy to work with an amazing guy like Stanley since he did the process smoothly and without any glitches. He went on and beyond to satisfy my needs as a costumer!
I highly, highly recommend Stanley and everyone who worked with him to make that deal easy on me!

This was a great experience working with heritage hyudai dealership. The workers were very nice and thorough with explaing the different warranties and services they offer. We were there for almost a full shift but they made the experience very pleasant and jack and brain were very knowledgable and helped me learn to drive manual as well. 5 stars hands down.

I lease a new vehicle every 3 years and this is my first time working with Heritage Hyundai Towson and Stan Gabrovski. In all of my years leasing cars, this was one of the easiest experiences I've ever had. Working with Stan was an absolute pleasure and I would definitely recommend him to others. I started off emailing with Stan (my preferred method of communication) and he was always fast to respond to my questions. I am amazed at how difficult it is to get a car salesman to interact with you via email! Stan never bugged me via telephone and gave me space when I needed it (I started shopping for a new car about a month and half before I was ready to lease). When I was able to drop by the dealership, it was a very spur of the moment appointment and Stan was there to help me. The day I leased my new car (a beautiful Genesis G70), I explained to Stan that was I under a time crunch and really need to hurry through my paperwork. Stan and everyone else at the dealership moved as fast as possible (possibly the fastest signing process I've ever experienced) to get me in/out the door. To be honest, I dread the car buying/leasing process because of past experiences, but Stan and Heritage Hyundai helped to change my mind about what the process can really be like.

I just bought my first car yesterday, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The salesman (named Bristol) was extremely helpful, he was quick to answer any questions I had & it never once felt like he was trying to push me into a car. I was very hesitant to purchasing a car & I've been putting it off for months trying to avoid the stress of car buying, but Heritage made a stressful situation much easier. I would highly recommend buying a car from Bristol if you want a great car buying experience.

I had a great experience buying my 2016 Tucson from Heritage. I actually gave up a slightly better deal from another dealership because the treatment I got from the folks at Heritage was so much better. I did a lot of research on the car beforehand, told them what I wanted to pay and got a really fair and great deal on the car I wanted. They even brought in the color and model I was looking for from a dealership in Pennsylvania to make sure I got the Tucson with the features I was looking for.

Every dealership wants to make money and sell cars and warranties but the people at Heritage had a no pressure/low pressure manner which I really enjoyed.

After dealing with a rude disrespectful experience at another dealer. I received a better car, a better more realistic deal, and awesome customer service from Perry at Heritage Hyundai Towson. I went in confused,distraught, and car less. I left amazed,happy,and with a new set of wheels. Very pleased.

I had a very bad experience with this Towson location. They bought my car and didn't give me my tags. (Unbeknownst to me at the time, returning your tags to MVA is a really big deal here.) When I tried to retrieve them days later, they dodged my calls for two days, gave me erroneous instructions on how to handle the MVA (twice) and the manager literally bolted from the showroom when I showed up in person. The service department has always been fine, so no complaints there, but do not trust the sales team with your time or money. Go elsewhere.

The dealership is cramped for space and I was there for Genesis, which consequently is a beautiful brand and the G70 3.3 is AMAZING, but the lack of space needs to be addressed. Great staff, sales, Ibrahim was excellent, as was his manager Jason. Great service and people rating that I am leaving at 5 because that overwhelmed the space issues, but be aware for parking.

I had a fantastic experience with Heritage Hyundai Towson!

I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from them, and Rudy Raley (salesman) and Scott Feinstein (sales manager) were great to work with. Both are very knowledgeable, diligent, and personable. They care about the customer. I can say, for sure, that they put my interests and concerns above all else. When I asked them for a quote, they give me the real quote. No fee hiding or price changing on me...I loved that! I need to mention that their pricing is very competitive. Rudy and Scott worked very hard to get me the best value for my money. When it came to signing the deal, Randy was great, too!

I totally recommend this dealership. If you want a great car buying experience, stop by and talk to Rudy or Scott. They will take great care of you.

Services recommended that were recently done at other service center. Unnecessary service suggested and declined. Recent email with same services recommended. Was told mechanic based services on mileage and not actually seeing anything necessary. Seems like just wanted to see if I would agree to unnecessary repairs. Car was there for recall update..not happy with suggestions based on mileage and not neccesity.

Ask for Stan in sales for your new Hyundai purchase at Heritage. He took care of us when we got to the dealership at 8PM. Even though it was 10PM (they close at 9PM) by the time we were ready to leave, Stan really took his time explaining the details of the new vehicle and how to work the electronics and the buttons. I also feel as if Stan was being fair and upfront with us from the start. Great price, service from Stan.

I experienced top customer service during my visit with Heritage Hyundai. I had a car in mind that I was considering purchasing and the associate, Jennifer, was kind, non-abrasive and friendly. I never felt like I was being pushed into purchasing a car and I never received pressure from her, or any other employees. They knew I was considering other options of cars, but never put down the other car companies. When I finally decided on purchasing the Hyundai, Jennifer did all she could to get me the best price. Everyone who I dealt with was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome and final pricing of everything. Even when we were under a time crunch to get out they offered to bring my car to the location I had to be at. I was overly happy with that kindness and customer service. It was never about them trying to sell a car. It always felt like they wanted the customer to be happy in whatever decision they made. I will highly recommend Heritage Hyundai to anyone and everyone who needs a car.

I had a great experience at Heritage Hyundai Towson. Lisa Lescalleet was an amazing sales rep. She made the experience enjoyable, she gave excellent advise and her genuine personality was evident. It was my first time purchasing a new car and it is a big financial decision, but with the help of Lisa and the team at Heritage Hyundai it was a pretty painless process. They say that the dealership you choose is a huge part of how pleasant your car buying experience will be and it really is true. I highly recommend Lisa and Heritage Hyundai Towson as a great team when considering a car purchase. And of course, I love my new car!!
