Stan The Man!!!!!
My new car purchase at Heritage Hyundai of Towson was beyond fantastic. My salesman was Stan Gabrovski who I d contacted online and proceeded to come in for a test drive. It s important to note that I m a previous car salesman and have a thorough knowledge of the business, gimmicks and all the extra nonsense which causes me to be extremely cautious. After spending time with Stan during the test-drive and talking about what was important regarding my new car purchase his enthusiasm and integrity had those cautious walls I built crashing down. I came to the dealership during the week and was going to delay my visit being I had my 2-year old daughter with me who was full of energy and during that time my wife was working so I had her all to myself, lol. Stan was extremely patient and made sure my daughter was ok with snacks, drinks and of course she made artwork out of some paperwork but he kept her busy and actually put her needs over our transaction. During the test drive he helped me put in her car seat and more. He even let me take the car to grab her something to eat. At one point I had an extremely hard time deciding whether to get a 2016 Sonata in Silver or Blue. The Blue Sonata was located at another lot where they hold some of their cars being they have a massive selection. Stan drove me to the lot and I checked out the Blue Sonata and still couldn t make up my mind, lol. He insisted that he pull out the Blue Sonata and park it side-by-side with the Silver, I really didn t want to trouble him but he had no problem at all and took the initiative to ensure that I was more than happy with my selection. It helped me choose which color I wanted-silver. Stan has what a lot of car salesman lack and that s patience and integrity. Most are always on the move putting money before the customer but Stan was patient and never got distracted by other customers coming into the dealership while we were working. He also pushed to get me the deal I wanted. I also have to say, I know the golden rule as a previous car salesman which is to wait until the end of the month to purchase and I made my purchase on June 1st. I told Stan, you give me a deal I can t refuse and I ll buy this today and I have to say, that he made me a deal that I couldn t refuse on the car price, my trade and financing even with my negative equity. This all happened without the cringe worthy back and forth bull right there in the dealership with my 2-yr old daughter. I normally work all of my car purchases out online but Stan and Heritage take the cake. This is the only dealership I trust to actually come in and get a good deal without all the dang games! Do yourself a favor and go to Heritage and ask for Stan Gabrovski.
