On Saturday September 1, 2013 I e-mailed Heritage Hyundai for information about a new Hyundai Elantra Limited at about 3:00 pm. In about 15 minutes I was contacted by Darren Gordon, one of the Sales Managers. Mr. Gordon asked if I could stop by the dealership by 6:00 pm to look at the car I had requested information on. I walked into the dealership at 4:45 pm and was greeted by Mr. Gordon. He introduced me to George Small, one of the New Car Salespersons. George was everything a salesperson should be and it was a pleasure dealing with him, not that we did a lot of dealing. I had a pretty good idea of where I wanted to be price wise with my trade in. I told George the offers I had received on the same car as well as the research I had done. Heritage made it worth while price wise to buy from them and by 7:30 pm I was driving home in my new Elantra. Fastest and most painless car purchase I have ever made, less than 3 hours. Special thanks to George and Claudio (Finance) for staying late and completing all the paperwork for my purchase. I'm really not a review posting kind of person, so you know I was happy with Heritage Hyundai. Great place to buy a car.
