I bought a sonata in Feb 2017. The salesman was thorough pleasant and always recognized me to say hello. That's the good news. The bad is I bought a service policy for oil changes, tires, etc. That was a huge mistake. I have been in the service department 4 times. I have had unnecessary problems with every visit. I tried to speak with different managers. They all make promises that their people don't deliver on. Shame, great car convenient to the work and home locations wouldn't recommend service there.....
