What every was going on with my case someone contacts me and give me an update on what is going.

I really like the way they handle my case and now im getting my check

This company did everything they could to help with my needs they definitely were very professional and very understanding very respectful they never treated me like just a case they treated me like I was one f their family if you're needing them for help I would strongly recommend them.

I was very happy with all the staff the out come of my 4 year wait was worth the end results. My lawyer was very informative and helpful the day of my hearing. I am very grateful for all their help

The office was very helpful with my case. The attorney did everything that was needed for me to win my case. She was very pleasant when i met her. Very easy to work and talk to. The firm always kept me posted on my progress. I would recommend midwest to everyone.

They got me approved for my disability in just 4 months. Very professional and caring!

So far, less than impressed. I live one block away and I can't get an appointment to speak to a lawyer. They haven't called me in 3 months, except to play occasional phone tag with me. I never get a human being, only a damn answering machine. I may revise this after my hearing, and depending how it goes but for now my recommendation is to avoid them. Update: go with someone else. You'll be glad you did.

It s pretty pathetic that these people don t even know what a gastroenterologist is let alone anything about Motility Disorder trained staff what a joke , this Organization is a sham that doesn t help and is part of the problem with our U.S. welfare program. Don t expect any help if you need it unless you re a women or black because the only people that get Government assistance are women, illegal / legal immigrants from certain countries, or people with more melanin in their skin that don t need it but, if you re a disabled man suffering for years you won t get any help unless you are a criminal.
I guarantee you most of these reviews are fake considering they don t have any reviews on Facebook and only have nine likes yet this makes it seem otherwise .

I was treated with dignity and respect at all times. When I would call for information or with a question I was given the time I needed and never felt rushed . They would make sure I understood the answers to the questions I asked or what the next step in my process would be and approximate time it may take. I couldn t have asked for a better group to help me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

They are really professional about helping you get on ssi. I don t think I could have gotten on ssi with out them

Use a lawyer, right from the beginning. These guys did a good job. I got my full disability, though it took a couple of years and went to the hearing level. They made the hearing easy. Things weren't perfect, but it sure was nice having them in charge. Be sure to double check the dates on everything - they had to keep correcting an error on Social Security's part. They really do get their payment from any back pay from Social Security Disability before you get your back pay, but it is NEVER over the $6,000.00. You will not pay anything else and nothing up front at all. They really put in time on my case, and I had a good chunk of back pay coming, and I still got most of it. Oh, and getting to my hearing was supposed to take up to a year more than it actually did, so don't give up, but no promises when it comes to government timing.
Should be 4.75 stars.

Can't think of anything to help improve, other than more people should be like Catherine Muller She talked me through a lot of hard times while I was waiting for my hearing, and went above and beyond. She was my favorite employee, and I was upset when my case was transferred to someone else. I asked for her and even though she was no longer on my case as it progressed, she called me. We are now friends on social media! :)

Lazy, lazy, lazy! Worst law firm in the state! Don't use this firm if you are disabled and trying to apply for SSD because they will just try to get you on SSI which is a lesser amount and then you are screwed! Call any other disability law firm, but NOT Midwest Disability, P.A. bad, bad results.

I had zero knowledge of how to apply for disability. Midwest Disability stepped in and made it so easy! I had already been denied, after my insurance company tried to get disability for me. Was never informed on how my case was doing. Was given a person of contact there. Was never informed when my contact person was changed. I feel that I did most of the paperwork as far as getting medical information and doctors releases. Was not very happy. But in the end they did get me my disability.

I dealt with Midwest Disability for a year and I have no complaints. From beginning to end every one involved was very nice and professional. They took their time with me and was prompt in returning phones calls. I'm so blessed they handled my disability claim and will refer this company to anyone I know needing these types of services. They did an awesome job. They contacted me quite frequently. Even when nothing was happening in my case to let me know that they're still on it. Anyone something needed to be new or I change Dr I sent them right away and they said it right to disability so I didn't have to. My caseworker was so friendly and nice and helpful. These are the attorneys you want to handle your disability case. They helped me through this very difficult time. You can t do your self. When it was time for court I was well represented and confident about my case. I am more than pleased with my decision to use Midwest Disability ,P.A. as my representatives in my disability case.

Not sure where to start.. My wife of 28 years past away, then 3 months latter I totaled my motorcycle. From that I was diagnosed with ADD, PTSD, TBI and severe depression. I could no longer work and did not know where to turn. Someone said I should call Midwest Disability so I did. ( Best decision I ever made) I called them they were so understanding
They sent out some paperwork to fill out. I filled it out they said they could help me to make sure I understood what I was filling out. All I had to do was keep track of my doctors appointments. I had a lot of them. They had me sign a release so they could access my records which made it much easier on me. They were very upfront with me it is a long process and said it's not unusual to be turned down by SS several times. They did all of the leg work and I could call them whenever I didn't understand something. Because of my injury I called them many times. They always made me feel empowered. The nice thing is you don't have to put up money for a retainer they only get paid if you win, and that is a percentage with a maximum cap. I had no one I could turn to, but thank God for Midwest Disability they were always there for me. Things don't happen overnight with the government. They drag it out forever. I think they are hoping you give up. If I didn't have Midwest Disability I would have given up. They were always there for me encouraging me to look long term which kept my spirits up. YOU CAN NOT DO THIS ON YOUR OWN DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. You need a company that specializes in this. We were turned down twice. Then we had our turn in front of a Judge he ruled 100% in my favor. I would recommend Midwest Disability to anyone who has become disabled. They would check in with me periodically to see how I was hanging in there. They always reassured me they were on top of things
At first I was scared to death knowing I would have to fight SS. But actually I didn't have to fight them I had a legal team to do it for me. When you win SS figures out you award from the first day you file. So if you have become disabled call Midwest Disability ASAP you will not be sorry. But do remember this is a slow process.

When you are disabled and start this process, things are not easy, right. #MidwestDisability shame on you. Please look around folks, companies can pay for a robust social media presence these days. I have to say they called every 3 months, when it got closer they called every month. A big shout out to Diana. She was on top of everything. I'm sure I drove her nuts with all my worries, but she was never short with me. The only kind of complaint I had is I didn't meet with the actual lawyer until @15 minutes before court started and I kinda felt lost. For instance, the lawyer said they had found a piece of car under the 1/4 of a kneecap I have left, I had no idea. However, he was very kind. The whole court process took @ 15 minutes. And I had my answer within 25 days. There's a lot I still didn't know, such as they take your link card away, which I thought was wrong because I actually can't work, and I won't be able to buy food. Which is not their fault by any means. I recommend them to anyone who needs help.
