They helped me a lot with something i knew nothing about.

Midwest Disability was professional from the start. They were thorough in their explanation of the process of a disabilty claim. They were patient when I was struggling to fill out certain forms, offering help if needed. They were prompt in returning my calls with the info I asked about. Best of all, my claim was approved in about 8 months, which was @ least 8 months earlier than I expected.

I highly recommend Midwest Disability for anyone trying to get SSN disability. My case went to a hearing but once their my advocate handled everything perfectly and I was approved in a very short period of time. I rec'd more back pay them I thought I would ever get and the fee for their service was more than fair. I greatly thank these guys for getting my life back on track and stopping a heck of a lot of stress.

I have left numerous messages with my acting representative/attorney and have not received any return calls for over the past six months, this following a court hearing and a judges findings? Left off questions with an associate in January and February and over two months later have not received any response or answers to my concerns?

Had a friend refer me to Midwest Disability. I qualified by answering some questions. Got some forms thru the mail. I filled them out & sent them back. The firm contacted me & filed claim for my disability. They don't give up & they keep in contact with you! My case was won. I'd refer others to Midwest Disability!

When my contract job ended just as the pandemic hit I decided that was a sign to go ahead & file for disability. I decided to go thru an attorney instead of doing it myself. I couldn't afford to try by myself & be denied. When I contacted them they were professional & understanding. They were great in making the paperwork easy to fill out. Always helpful when I called with questions.

You guys would mail the paper would I would sign and return it .it didnt take long re get my benefits

From the beginning till my hearing the employees were very nice and attentive any questions I had they answered anything they needed for my case they got they were real helpful in any paperwork I had to fill out and they kept me informed step by step how things would be done.

Firm lost my brothers file's. Did not follow up timely, and would not speak to him when he went to discuss his case. COVID is no excuse to not work a person's file for over a year. In the meantime my brother is helpless, no recourse, and on the curb, to be homeless. This firm should be absolutely ashamed of their performance in his disability case!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Sorry I'm writing you for my different email address today, but my name is Holly Hollis and I just want to say what a great firm Midwest disability is they managed to perform a miracle two times for me and I'm forever indebted to them. I honestly do not know what I would do had I not contacted them. If you're looking to get you some help some serious help and you're not getting it on your own you definitely need to contact Midwest disability for help. I was in the lowest place in my life fighting and battling to get help and healthcare I could not pay or forward for any of my prescriptions anymore I was losing the fight. My my depression had sank so low that I seriously couldn't take it anymore let me just say this, I almost gave up. They're so professional, friendly, reliable, caring, I could go on and on with the list. I seriously hope that whoever reads this and they're looking for the help that they need with getting their disability or SSI and that they contact Midwest disability I guarantee you that you will get the results that you need. I do not know where I would be right now had it not been for them but it would not be a good place let's just say that. Overall it was very happy with the outcome and the way that the staff handled my worries and givinggiving me giving me confidence to continue pursuing my case. In the end they won the case for me. What it wasn't really happy about was the fact that nobody me after the case was finished.

Got denied disability twice, was at the stage where I had to appear in person to a judge, so I talked to these guys. They hooked me up with an awesome attorney in Chicago that helped me win my case. Honestly, I would have been denied without him because I don't talk well, he helped a lot.

I was very pleased with the assistance Midwest Disabilities provided. They were very helpful and patient and kind. Your claim may take a while but not Midwest Disabilities fault. The whole experience with the Social Security Administration would have been very difficult.

Took 35 months and two denials but it finally went thru

From the first contact the morning after I filled out the information on the website. They were upfront and honest about my chances. They explained everything about what they were doing, how long it may take. Over all very good to work with.

Run away from these people you can do better6on your own.they dropped me the day before my hearing.

I had been trying for two years to get my disability approved and no local attorneys would take my case. Midwest Disability accepted my case within a day of receiving my completed application. When it came time for my hearing, my attorney said this ALJ has a poor approval rate, which had me concerned that I would be denied again. Due to the work that Midwest Disability put in before my hearing and the great job my attorney did the hearing, I got my disability approved. They said it would take up to three months for the judge to make a ruling, but she made her decision in 10 days! I know if it had not been for Midwest Disability and my attorney, I wouldn't have had a favorable outcome.

The Representative was extremely caring and professional. She handled My case very respectfully, and gave attention to more details than I even knew were pertinent.

There was not an instant when I was not made to feel that My situation and My case mattered. I am so pleased that, for Me, it didn't take that long.

It was worth the effort using Midwest Disability to take on my case after being denied for Social Security Disability Benefits.

They are a great group. Did everything they said they would. Went very smooth.

My husband called about getting disability for his back this morning. Someone named Max answered the phone and, not sure if he was having a bad day, but his tone was very unfriendly and flat and he seemed annoyed that we were bothering him. He also gave out some obvious sighs of annoyance. It's kind of off-putting when you're already in a bad situation and you're made to feel like a pest.

They had no clue what they were doing.
My lawyer didn't say anything the whole hearing besides one sentence.
3 years of my case was wasted to these guys.
Just to drop me after telling me over and over again that I had a VERY strong case.
