They were wonderful and easy to work with. I didn't have any issues or problems just some slight annoyances once in a while (like playing telephone tag, or I cant get ahold of the person I need to speak to). They would send me stuff in the mail. I would call them with questions, sometimes I would call them 2 or 3 times a week to make sure I was filling out my papers correctly, or just for clarification.

Everyone was very helpful and explained anything I didn't understand. Even with Covid-19 going on, my hearing went well and received disability in a very timely manor.
They took care of all the details in filing my claim for social security disability. Everything went smoothly and a hearing was not required. Starting receiving payments 6 months after we applied.
They did what they needed to do to get me on disability.
The worse thing that ever happened to me was calling this place. Everything was unorganized I got no help while on a walker, the Judge was condescending and patronizing... I felt attacked. I look over at my Lawyer and he has his head down... As if another day at work, he Said Nothing so he was useless. Needless to say I lost my case and they had nerve to say if I appeal and get another Lawyer some dude Lawyer I Never Met had to get paid? (Manella) I was shocked and disappointed.... Then I felt betrayed. I did my part, but they did not do there's to my satisfaction. They could have been more hands on, met with me, Anything...... I didn't see ANYONE until the court date.
You might do better, but my experience was Awful.... Not just cause they lost, but because they could not win anyways... And I still had to suffer

I was very pleased that they did just about all of the running for everything. The only problem that I had with this company is the feedback I had to call them several times to find out information on what was going on with my case even when my case was finished they did not contact me and let me know that it was completed I had to call to find out. There was also one more issue and that was, I was expecting to talk to my lawyer for 30 min. before court and I didn't get to since my court hearing was on the phone I never received a call from him prior to court and I would have liked to do that. Other than that I was very pleased with them

I have finally been approved to get disability payments after 4yrs back in September 2017. Its now November 2017 and still have not received a penny. The Lawyers made me look like a fool in my hearing because they didnt have any of my dr records for any of my medical conditions. My wife and i had to do 90% of their work. There is no communication unless you call them and get a voicemail and wait a week for a return call. This is by far the worst lawyer group i have ever delt with.

I was not happy at all with my experience. I called and did screening with Marissa, and she did not have a professional attitude at all. I don't know if she is new or what. She called me and told me that they can't take my case and didn't leave a valid reason on why they can't. Put me in front of a judge and you'll see how I will win my case on my own. Anyone that knows me, knows how I can't go anywhere!! Anywhere, without a panic attack or episode.

They followed through with all they promised to and kwptinvwy good contact with me throughout the entire process. Of it wasn't for my team there I'm sure my application would have slipped through the cracks like so many others do. I was told originally my hearing would be heard in December OF 2017! Wasn't heard until 2018! Lawyer representing me didn't even have all my paperwork or working knowledge of my case!
