My life can be closer to normal now that Midwest Disability has won my case. I literally can't thank them enough.

You don't get disability any faster than if you did it on your own and now I'm going to be homeless because I have no income thanks Midwest disability !!!

They helped me through every step of the process from beginning to end. When I was denied they dealt with the appeal and eventually provided a lawyer for the final hearing. They fought for me and I was finally granted my disability benefits. I know I couldn't have gone through this long process without them, so I would definitely recommend Midwest Disability to anyone who needs to file for disability benefits.

Very professional and kind. I was disappointed when I wasn't contacted that I would be receiving my benefit but heard it directly from Social Security. and they had already been paid. They did help me and I am grateful. would definitely recommend them.

When I called the first time I was skeptical on Midwest doing all they were willing to do for no charge unless I am approved......I completed everything they asked of me regarding medical records, letters from doctors etc......And then when I was denied they continued to work on my behalf....with follow ups throughout the whole process and patience and professionalism they filed an appeal and the next step was an accepted filing.....I was overwhelmed and amazed of their true dedication to the client (ME) that they made a true believer to their firm.... I can't thank them enough because I truly needed that help for years and was on the verge of giving up until MidWest Disability saved me!

Everyone even local and county employees told us that our SSDI claim would not be approved the first time around and that we would need to appeal. Not only did Midwest Disability get it approved first time around they got it back dated farther than we had expected which means more money for our on-going expenses.

I know the judge was a mess, but I feel you should have tried harder to get my backpack! I sign up in 2016 until 2019,I hurt my back in 2015,I feel I was bullied. You didn't even try to get my SSDI, I actually have enough credit to get SSDI! I have worked too many years as a CNA to not be getting money I have worked for! I also think you should have not got as much money as you did. Sorry but I don't think you put up a good fight! It was like you was working with them instead of me! Annette!

Definitely 5 stars ALL THE WAY!! I'd never done this before and I'm SO GRATEFUL to Midwest Disability my case was denied then approved after my appeal they don't get paid unless you win I felt like they were on my side and were working for me since day one

This place is a farce. They do not defend you, the lawyer calls you the day before and then treats you like a criminal. She did not defend me during the hearing. She only asked two questions to me, and did not defend me to the judge. I had a good day after I had pain shots and the doctor asked me how I was feeling and I told the doctor no pain today. However a week later I was in pain and it got worse when the weather got cold, the shift of weather hurts me and I got 9 pain shots at the pain clinic. If I am not disabled like the Social Security says, would I be getting pain shots? Would I have an equilibrium imbalance? and would I have pain and tingling? These are points I tried to bring up to the judge. And that day I was tingling and shaking I was in pain and felt like I was going to fall. I felt light headed after sitting there and being dragged in the mud during the hearing. But my claim was denied with an Unfavorable verdict.The judge should have looked at everything, not a few good days. Should have looked at the days that I am in pain, shaking, feel like falling, and all the stuff I had to give up in my life. But did not. The entire social security system is a joke. If a immigrant comes here they get everything handed to them pretty much. But if a man serves his country he has to fight for everything and he gets kicked to the curb. It is not right. I am peed. After that I get a letter from Midwest Disability and they dropped my case instead of filing an appeal. I am filing an appeal myself. I am stressed, tired, and feeling like a nobody because of the verdict. It is like I was called a lier. I was slapped in the face after fighting for benefits for 3 years. They treated a veteran like garbage and kicked me to the curb. I had to deal with that while I was in the Navy. I was mistreated and now I am mistreated by a farce of a Disability Office. I would not recommend Midwest Disability. It is a joke!!!

If you want disability this are two people to go to they know what they're doing I was denied and they got me approved with no problem it took me almost a year I got it and I got back pay so they are the best if you want the best do you go to and they stick by your side no matter what I give you 10 Stars if I could thank you very much sincerity George hauptman

I started my process twice before signing up with Midwest Disability. I failed to keep up with my paperwork in a timely manner and had to keep starting over. With MD assistance, they made sure that everything was filed timely and anything I was having problems understanding was explained to me or taken care of by them. They were there from beginning to end for me. Thank you, Midwest Disability, for all you did for me.

Very friendly didn't give up! My case took quite some time to go before a judge! Thank you to Pam for all my frantic comical phone calls. And Chris for reassuring me to just remain calm durring court. And the rest of staff was helpful and courteous. Thank you all

Entire process from 1st phone call to Midwest disability to getting my back pay was very quick made very easy for me.

Everything was a waste of time! I was denied when iam disabled at the beginning they were returning my phone calls! As time went on when I felt that they were dodging my calls that I wasn't going to be approved! They didn't inform me that one of my case managers, that was assisting me had left! I had to keep calling to see how my case was going I'm disappointed, I aslo guessed it's a Midwest Minnesota thing! I have severe back and chronic pain, everyday and I'm older. I just did not get the right Attorney / staff to back me up. Staff was polite that's about it

They just didn't work hard enough on my behalf at all. I am very disappointed ! And a waste of time.
