I have to say they called every 3 months, when it got closer they called every month. A big shout out to Diana. She was on top of everything. I'm sure I drove her nuts with all my worries, but she was never short with me. The only kind of complaint I had is I didn't meet with the actual lawyer until @15 minutes before court started and I kinda felt lost. For instance, the lawyer said they had found a piece of car under the 1/4 of a kneecap I have left, I had no idea. However, he was very kind. The whole court process took @ 15 minutes. And I had my answer within 25 days. There's a lot I still didn't know, such as they take your link card away, which I thought was wrong because I actually can't work, and I won't be able to buy food. Which is not their fault by any means. I recommend them to anyone who needs help.
