Can't think of anything to help improve, other than more people should be like Catherine Muller She talked me through a lot of hard times while I was waiting for my hearing, and went above and beyond. She was my favorite employee, and I was upset when my case was transferred to someone else. I asked for her and even though she was no longer on my case as it progressed, she called me. We are now friends on social media! :)
