I would not recommend this dealership, I was really disappointed with the service.
My husband and I went into the dealership looking to purchase a new car. Right away the sales rep wanted to know our relation to each other (eg if we were married), which is completely irrelevant to our car purchase. He only addressed his questions about our car needs to my husband (instead of to both of us), then when he found I would be test driving (and not my husband) he asked if I was a good driver and told me that if I got a speeding ticket or any damage to the car then I would be liable to pay. I was shocked, I ve test driven a number of cars at competitor dealerships and was never treated like this. He also wanted to come with us inside the car, while other dealerships we ve visited recently told us that for safety reasons due to Covid they would not come inside the car with us for the test drive. We told him we were not comfortable due to Covid, and thankfully he let us drive alone. The whole experience made me very uncomfortable- from feeling disrespected by his comments and feeling uncomfortable by his handling of covid, and the experience was a huge difference from the excellent service and respect shown to us by your competitors.
Honda you lost our business. Hire sales reps who have respect for women and show consideration fo covid safety, to ensure your customers feel comfortable, respected and safe when visiting your dealership.
