i am a longstanding , loyal customer of Midtown, and am blown away by their kindness during this time of Covid 19. I am 67 year old woman with health issues. I was supposed to pick up my snow tires from storage, and I made an usual request. I asked that the tires be delivered to me instead of me picking them up. I know this is not done, but thought i would ask. Without skipping a beat, the service manager agreed and Ernest, who is so good -natured, brought them the same day, and brought them directly to my garage. Midtown went above and beyond, and I so very much appreciate it.
