I have received on of the worst customer service experience from the people at the front desk. I was actually planning to purchase a car buy next week and went to see and make my mind on what to purchase. As I passed by they asked the typical question "what can I do for you?" I explained that I would like to take a look at what they have. After a few minutes of looking between different cars, and when I was ready to get some information from a salesperson, I approached the closest person to me in a Honda uniform asking if I can get someone to give me some more information. He lead me to the front desk where I over heard the lady setting on the left saying In a very sarcastic and VERY Rude way " oh yeah, now he wants someone? Whatever." She then realized that I was behind her and give me that look as if I have been wasting her time for the past week with that look of, I doubt you would buy any car. Well, now for sure I wouldn't. But I really would like to ask, how have you been chosen to be the first person that any potential costumer will have to Interact with as they walk in. The salesperson I got didn't really care. She provided very basic information. Kept on saying make your mind then will talk. As if I can make my mind without the nessesry information she suppose to provide. I stayed with her for less than 7 mins and left the dealership very sad about the costumer experience I recieved. I will not be going to this dealership again.
