I just wasted a lot of money and time for an appointment that they cancelled without any warning, I wasted around 2,000 dollars here

Had my wisdom tooth pulled with zero pain and zero swelling great staff and great doctors highly recommended.

TLDR: Great staff, rude/arrogant dentist.
Came in for a consultation for TMJ. Staff were very friendly and explained things I was unclear about. Dr. Sener - the dentist who was to fix my TMJ - came in to check on my TMJ (it was a consultation). After 5-10 mins of checking my jaw he told me I had symptoms which I said I did not have (I don't clench my teeth and my jaw was not sore). When I told him I did not have those symptoms he got very rude and told me to "go study dentistry then". All other staff members were explained things I was unclear about kindly, the dentist was rude. Clearly Dr. Sener does not have much experience or is not good with TMJ, read other reviews (such as the one by Negin Talebi). Doctor did propose that I would not pay for the consultation without me asking, and staff were kind, thus the 2 stars. May come here for tooth extraction, reviews for that look to be ok. Don't come for TMJ.

My husband has been treated in this clinic by Dr. Geoffrey Duviner for two wisdom teeth removal. One was a complicated one with the need for common anesthesia and surgery. Dr. Geoffrey Duviner is a great doctor, very attentive, explained everything about the procedure and possible scenarios. The procedure went very well, my husband was invited for 3 follow up appointments at no additional charge. We are very satisfied with Dr. Duviner. Other stuff at this clinic was also very polite and nice.

I had wisdom teeth removal which was closed to the nerves and impacted by Dr.Sener. I was scared before I had removals done due to my previous very unpleasant experience from other clinic. I suffered 1 month of severe pain after removal. However, that did not happen when Dr.Sener was in charge. It only took 5 min each tooth as if it was easy procedure for him. I had no or very minimal inflammation or swollen, as he was precise when pulling out the tooth without disrupting neighbouring areas. I dont even need prescribed pain killer or over counter pain killer because I had 0 pain.

Dr.Sener and his nurse was professional with good customer service provided from receptionist. With Dr.Sener in charge, I feel ease to take out 10 more teeths. I highly recommend.

Just want to take the time and say a huge thank you to Dr. Farber and his team for a successful wisdom tooth surgery. I had all four removed, two of them were in a difficult position, and the recovery was very fast. I was completely pain free after the third day. I opted for the general anesthesia and I don t regret it at all. Highly recommend the professional work of Dr. Farber. Also thank you to the staff for checking in on me a week post-surgery.

Very dissaapointed with the scheduling. I was asked to come half an hour earlier for my appointment to fill in the paperwork and then waited for an hour and half for my appointment, spending two hours in the waiting room! While I understand the surgery on previous patient might take longer than expected, it would be really appreciated if the receptionist informs the patient about the delay and aproximate wait time. Or call prior to my appoitment so I don't need to waste my entire afternoon in the waiting room. Unfortunately I have already experienced the same, few months ago with my daughter. Just to be mindful that patient's time is also very important. Very unprofessional. Did not see the doctor and left after two hours with no apology from the medical office.

Mostly I'm disappointed because of the price. My dentist sent me to this clinic knowing that they perform specific treatment I brought my x-rays and list of required treatment. Specialist from the clinic just took a look and confirmed they can make required treatment. All in all it took less then 5 minutes and I was charged 150 cad?!?!?
Absolutely unfair price for such a visit.
Ask them how much they going to charge you before to do anything with them!

Dr. Jeffery Farber came of us a condescending bully. My dentist referred him for a follow-up from extra tissue left since my wisdom teeth removal, but my dentist called the issue 'cheek biting'. I told him up front that was a lie, as cheek biting was not an issue, not before the extraction screw- up anyway. He was offended and attacked me by blaming me for the dry socket (though I followed instructions and I wasn't there for a dry socket issue). Yes I vape Cannabis due to insomnia and was instantly judged for it. He insinuated I was lying about my part in the dry socket.

The sheer judgement and shame that came from him for not taking 'perfect' care of my teeth and gums was judgmental and lacked empathy. Treated me like I was a liar and less of a person because I caused my dry socket. I had to stand up for myself and argue with him.

Two stars because reception and other staff were ok. I've no issues with the fact that he couldn't help me get rid of the excess tissue. Before you defend his behavior, like the other reviews below, please remember:

Unlike people in your profession, our lives don't revolve around oral care, neither do we judge people for not practicing good care. Neither should you. You don't know what people are going through, especially in the middle of a pandemic.

Have some respect and empathy. No matter how long you've been doing this.

This is a really old review that may/may not be applicable anymore but nevertheless I wanted to share. I got my wisdom teeth (all 4) removed by Dr.Duviner 8~10 years go. The surgery itself was good. There was nothing that was out of the ordinary, staff were ok and Dr.Duviner was friendly. I was put under for the surgery and went home feeling fine. The problem happened after surgery. Even though couple of days passed I kept getting infected in my gum area, even though I followed the after surgery directions pretty carefully. I called the office to ask if this was due to the wisdom teeth extraction and was told it was not due to the surgery and suggested I go see my regular dentist. So afterwards I saw my dentist who told me it had to be the surgery- since there was nothing that seemed out of ordinary. I called the office again, and they finally booked me an appointment. After taking another look and a xray, they discovered that a tiny piece of my jaw was broken off and was lodged in my gum and that was the reason for my repeated infection. They apologized and told me I was 1 in a million odds patient. I had to come in again to have that piece removed. Which they offered free of charge..but I mean they should. After that removal, everything was fine and I haven't had a problem since.

I just wished they took my infection more seriously and had me in to see Dr.Duviner earlier. Instead of outright refusing to take responsibility in the beginning, causing me pain and money seeing my dentist for a follow up. I understand problems do occur but the care I receive after the surgery was a huge disappointment.

It's definitely been awhile since my surgery and I hope if something similar happens again, the staff will take better care of their patients and take the issue more seriously.

Worst experience by rude receiptionist "Merdel" with Southeast Asian accent (don't know the exact name, write according to her pronunciation) and her irresponsible manager Laura.

I called this office for confirmation of my daughter's wisdom teeth extraction with dr. Victor Moncarz. This woman "Merdel" answered my call and was very rude to me. W hen I complainted to her manager Laura, Laura did her best to cover "Merdel". As a manager, could you please decide whether your staff acted appropriately before listening the whole story instead of covering your staff so anxiously Laura? No wonder "Merdel" dared shouting at me on phone, because she knew her manager would protect her!

The other receptionist with South Asian accent (she didn't tell her name) was also very rude when I called the office for making a consultation appointment.

I had to cancel the appointment, because it is dangerous to have a surgery among those mean people. And I pay the good money for good service, not for your shouting "Merdel" and your irresponsiblity Laura. Thank you guys for wasting my time and money.

If I could rate this place 0 I would. This dentist office is by far the worst place an individual can visit. The receptionists are absolutely rude, unhelpful and lazy. It was mainly due to them that I ended up cancelling my surgery because of my initial horrible experience during the first visit. Although the dentist seemed kind and professional enough, I was required to wait an additional 1hr and 30mins to my appointment time for a nearly 5 minute consultation. A complete waste of money, I'd advise you to find another dentistry.

Dr. Eric Ebrahimi extracted my WISDOM TOOTH exceptionally well. He wiggled the tooth out without shattering the badly damaged empty cavity area. No facial bruising or swelling. They called to check on me after a few days. Great job Dr. Ebrahimi. Thank you so much for your professional advice and extraction. I'm amazed there was no facial bruising or swelling. Thanks a million for a job well done. I don't even need pain killers for my face and jaw. Shocking truth. No after pain. Jeff B

I'm not sure how the previous Google reviewer had a bad experience, but if you are looking to get your wisdom teeth removed I 100% recommend this place. I had to get my wisdom teeth ASAP and they were so kind and flexible to book me an appointment the next day.
The receptionist were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped me claim my insurance and had no problems dealing with them.
Dr. Geoffrey Duviner is an amazing surgeon, even though I was completely knocked out during the surgery and had no idea what he was doing to my teeth...he did an amazing job and made my recovery process very smooth. He gave me all the prescription drugs I needed to have a speedy recovery. He even called me up later that night of the surgery to see how I was doing. Fantastic surgeon, very compassionate and kind.
In addition the office is very well maintained and clean and looks brand new.

Here's so many negative comments about the place about attitude & unprofessional at the clinic.
I have to bring my child there and may get surgery for his teeth but those comments made me scared should I go there or not the cecretary at my Dentist already book appointment for us

the worst! waited 3 weeks for an appointment, submitted health information a day after booking the appointment, confirmed with the office via email if anything was outstanding and was reassured all was good. arrived, no xrays on file (had 3 weeks to secure from family dentist), then just to be rejected stating medical information was just reviewed that same moment and they had concerns. well what were you doing for 3 weeks?! why ask patients for medical history in advance then not bother looking at it and refusing services the moment they show up? the the doctor asks the patient what kind of freezing they would like. the patient. absolute disregard and disorganization. if you are referred here by your family dentist, ask for a new referral!

Had a great expense with doctor Sener who removed 3 wisdom teeth not the greatest staff or nurses that could for sure improve but interms of the doctor he was great made me feel comfortable explained me the procedure In detail and follow up instructions even booked a follow up visit at no cost . He is a amazing doctor who is knows what he is doing polite professional and courteous to his patients the nurses reception etc I can t say the same thing about , not all of them but I feel some are very unprofessional.

I had a wisdom teeth and a broken root in my mouth. Dr. Jeffrey Farber took them out within 1 minute. I don't feel any swelling, any pain, nor bleeding in my mouth. Excellent work. 5 STARS FOR SURE

The WORST customer service on planet earth!!! Front desk stuff is ridiculously rude and lazy. When referred to them takes them years to call back to schedule an appointment. Unless you follow up nothing will happen. Even though the doctors are fine, rather find a different clinic. Not worth the time and money.

Thank to Dr. Jeffrey Farber for a successful extraction of a molar with curved roots. My recovery was very fast. No pain after 24 hours, numbness was gone before 24 hours, and I am able to get back to my daily chores on day 2, or 48 hours after surgery.
I am happy that I took the option of IV sedation. Dr. Farber is an excellent specialist, and I have no hesitation in recommending him. Thanks to the nursing and reception staff. Many thanks also for following up with me post surgery.

Excellent place.. recieved a referral to this location and had an appointment within hours. Fantastic staff.. friendly and professional. The surgeon was terrific. Don't know what the problem is with the other reviews. Highly recommend this place.

BEWARE OF STAFF HERE (Surgeons EXCLUDED). Don't come here unless you want to have the following post surgery: Pain and severe bruising and inflammation at IV site immediately after surgery & up to 4 wks later. Scratches on both arms post surgery. The receptionist, nurses, office manager & rest of staff were unsympathetic, incompetent, unprofessional & made me feel like I did something wrong. I was interrogated by the staff at my post op follow up. I was asked by one of the nurses right before my surgery: "oh, are we being emotional??!". I showed the "nurse in training:" where to put IV but she ignored me and it was painfully and quickly inserted into my forearm. DON'T come here, unless you want to suffer both physically and emotionally like I did.

A very efficient office from the reception booking and greeting to the extraction. Procedure was done on time and professionally by Dr.Sener. After effect was minimal..2 Tylenol was sufficient.

Today my son had his 4 wisdom teeth removed and he is doing great, minimal pain no swelling. He kept telling me that his dentist and nurse were both amazing! Thank you to Dr. Sener for your expertise and explaining everything thoroughly to my son which made him feel very comfortable!!!

Dr.Sener is a very inexperienced doctor at least when it come to TMD/TMJ. Upon visiting him and paying out of pocket for consultation and the arthrocentesis procedure, I had to visit many pricy surgeons to figure out that he actually went too deep into the nerve which caused the left side of my mouth to be paralyzed for 4 months and caused me great sadness, anxiety and depression as well as a lot of money. When I went for the follow up concerned about my mouth and open-bite (which happened after the procedure) Dr.Sener told me it was normal and failed to even acknowledge it leaving me without answers and anxious. My teeth also fail to touch eachother after the procedure and I am left with an open-bite which I was told may be the cause of the arthocentesis done by an inexperienced doc and has also caused me great despair without any real solutions. All in all I think its really unfair to have an inexperienced doctor perform something so pricy and life altering to only cause you so much financial, emotion, mental and physical problems when you already have an illness. Very disappointed and hope that this doesnt happen to anyone else, it has truly been depressing especially since the damage of my open-bite may be life long or require surgery at such a young age. Dr.Sener however had a great attitude at all times and seemed very nice, its his lack of concern to not perform something so severe that he s inexperienced with that has me frustrated.

Lost my buisness due to unprofessional and very rude attitude of receptionist. I had to call the sister location for better understanding of appointment procedures and extractions quotes. The other reviews are 100 true. Got attitude within the first 3 mins of the phone call.

Very accommodating and polite staff. Surgery was done quick and everything looked clean and tidy.
Dr. Ibrahimi looks like Jim Halpert and has a very calming vibe. Great surgeon, quick to explain and takes on all questions. And very attendant and prompt in the follow up. Highly recommend.

Dr. Ebrahimi is simply AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! I am so glad that I had him as my surgeon for my complicated wisdom teeth removal last week (YES, they were growing sideways and YES it was so complicated that my dentist said it was exceeding his expertise).

BUT I had Dr. Ebrahimi who literally did such a good job that I had no pain, no swelling after my surgery. He was super patient and helpful prior to my surgery, explaining the whole process, risks of the surgery (since my teeth were growing sideways, it was highly probable that it could affect my lower lip sensation, BUT ofc none of this happened bc of Dr. Ebrahimi) and the aftercare. He is a great surgeon who truly cares about his patients. Thank you so much! Dr. Ebrahimi :)
