Very dissaapointed with the scheduling. I was asked to come half an hour earlier for my appointment to fill in the paperwork and then waited for an hour and half for my appointment, spending two hours in the waiting room! While I understand the surgery on previous patient might take longer than expected, it would be really appreciated if the receptionist informs the patient about the delay and aproximate wait time. Or call prior to my appoitment so I don't need to waste my entire afternoon in the waiting room. Unfortunately I have already experienced the same, few months ago with my daughter. Just to be mindful that patient's time is also very important. Very unprofessional. Did not see the doctor and left after two hours with no apology from the medical office.
