Worst experience by rude receiptionist "Merdel" with Southeast Asian accent (don't know the exact name, write according to her pronunciation) and her irresponsible manager Laura.

I called this office for confirmation of my daughter's wisdom teeth extraction with dr. Victor Moncarz. This woman "Merdel" answered my call and was very rude to me. W hen I complainted to her manager Laura, Laura did her best to cover "Merdel". As a manager, could you please decide whether your staff acted appropriately before listening the whole story instead of covering your staff so anxiously Laura? No wonder "Merdel" dared shouting at me on phone, because she knew her manager would protect her!

The other receptionist with South Asian accent (she didn't tell her name) was also very rude when I called the office for making a consultation appointment.

I had to cancel the appointment, because it is dangerous to have a surgery among those mean people. And I pay the good money for good service, not for your shouting "Merdel" and your irresponsiblity Laura. Thank you guys for wasting my time and money.
