the worst! waited 3 weeks for an appointment, submitted health information a day after booking the appointment, confirmed with the office via email if anything was outstanding and was reassured all was good. arrived, no xrays on file (had 3 weeks to secure from family dentist), then just to be rejected stating medical information was just reviewed that same moment and they had concerns. well what were you doing for 3 weeks?! why ask patients for medical history in advance then not bother looking at it and refusing services the moment they show up? the the doctor asks the patient what kind of freezing they would like. the patient. absolute disregard and disorganization. if you are referred here by your family dentist, ask for a new referral!
