BEWARE OF STAFF HERE (Surgeons EXCLUDED). Don't come here unless you want to have the following post surgery: Pain and severe bruising and inflammation at IV site immediately after surgery & up to 4 wks later. Scratches on both arms post surgery. The receptionist, nurses, office manager & rest of staff were unsympathetic, incompetent, unprofessional & made me feel like I did something wrong. I was interrogated by the staff at my post op follow up. I was asked by one of the nurses right before my surgery: "oh, are we being emotional??!". I showed the "nurse in training:" where to put IV but she ignored me and it was painfully and quickly inserted into my forearm. DON'T come here, unless you want to suffer both physically and emotionally like I did.
