A wonderful place to stay. The hotel lives up to the 5 star name with clean rooms, one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever seen and also, located in one of the best spots in Belgrade. Great staff who were bilingual in multiple languages.

Never answer phones at reception! Impatient, poor level cleaning. I spilled coffee on the sheet and just switched sides to the sheet instead of completely changing. The best thing about the hotel is the spa.

Beautiful, clean hotel. I arrived quite early and the front desk kindly let me check-in which I greatly appreciated. To my surprise, the room didn't have a tea kettle. But I called housekeeping and they promptly brought me one. The room was quite large with large windows and a great city view. The bathroom was very large and modern. Bath amenities were among the best I've had in a hotel. Front desk staff were courteous and friendly. I never dined at the hotel, because it was quite pricey (20 euros for breakfast!). The gym was large and well-equipped. I paid with SPG points and Metropol Palace was a worthy redemption for sure. I would definitely stay here again should I return to Belgrade.

The hotel is good and meet the international standards of a five star business hotel. The view of higher floors is splendid. However the spa centre is too noisy and doesn't correspond to the level of the hotel.

Nice hotel, almost in the city center. Many sights within walking distance. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Clean and relatively quiet. And inexpensive.

A very good place to stay , all the attractions were easily accessible from the place , staff were very cooperative , only issue was food though they tried hard but it may take some time for them to adjust to indian taste buds . Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Turn off air condition in the conference hall! It is too much, we were at some meeting and it was too cold. Receptionist was unable to help us.

Hotel theoretically good, but gets lost in details and services. Cozy room, but acceptance desk and slow services and approximate. Too bad to lose altitude for details.

Prijatan hotel. Cena ne odgovara kvalitetu. Premalo ljudi ali je usluga OK. Rooftop restoran bi mogao da se odrzava mnogo bolje posto je poceo da propada. Wallet parking osrednje organizovan cekanje i do 10 minuta za preuzimanje vozila. Hrana u restoranu ok.
Cistoca je 5/5 ali mora da se radi na stalnom odrzavanju hotela.
Good but overpriced hotel. Very clean. Very nice but iztdated rooftop restaurant. Wallet parking - long waiting tine. Not enough stuff. Food is good but prices in the restaurants are very high for this king of hotel.

Excellent place for congress tourism, large shops, good technical equipment, parking place, city center.

I want to be very clear in this review that the staff service was excellent from start to finish. My criticism is with the hotel property itself. I have stayed at other Marriott Luxury properties, such as the Vana Belle in Thailand. The Metropol is not up to par with these properties. Rooms are small and not as well appointed. The food choices were not varied enough for international appetites. The menu in my room needed to be replaced because it was outdated. The bathroom and shower was oddly configured. I've also stayed at the Hyatt in Belgrade and found that hotel better on almost every level, except the service. The Metropol is okay but should not be in the Luxury Collection.

I have waited for a while to really think about what has happened during my stay at this hotel in order to write a review. There are 2 phases of my stay, first phase was when I stayed with 150 people from my company for a convention that we held at the hotel. I stayed by myself in a room which I truly hated. The hotel decided to asign a handicapped room for me and it was super uncomfortable to perform simple things like using the toilet and taking a shower considering the fact that I'm 6'5" (195 cm). I believe the room would have been perfect for a handicapped person and I really appreciate the efforts of the hotel to look out for handicapped people. But still eventhough I had talked to hotel staff a numerous times, they ignored my request to change my room. Because of this I would have given them 1 star, however I had to extend my stay for another day to attend a meeting. Since it was a new booking the staff changed my room which was so beautiful in a lot of ways, I was even more mad that I had to stay in my first room for two days. My second room had a gorgeous park view, a fantastic bathroom (which was not perfectly clean but got the job done) and a comfortable bed. For the second room my rating is somewhere between 4 to 5. All in all, my average rating is 3 stars. I highly recommend the types of my second room.

Had a good stay for the conferenze. The hotel was accommodating and there was plenty of space outside with a wonderful view. The experience was pleasant overall. Would recommend.

overall dissapointed. was there for several nights last week. pool area is nice as well as staff. but restaurant was of unreliable quality.

Quite good Gym, basically fully operative fitness centre (no legpress and no free bar for squats).

[November 2019] I had the opportunity to attend an MBA event at the Metropol Hotel.
Based on this brief experience, I can confirm the following.
Parking: Although I came during rush hour, there were a couple of free parking spaces. I don't know if it's a rule or a coincidence, but it was cool to me.
Prices: Espresso coffee at a bar with a price of 300 dinars seems a little more expensive. But given that it's a 5 star hotel, then it's not surprising.
Service: The bar service is excellent, fast and quality. The other staff I interacted with were kind, so this seems like an ok hotel.
Rooms: I had no opportunity to use.
Food: n / a
Recommendation: n / a

Great hotel - all as advertised. Good location, great staff. Great conference facilities. Would recommend.
