Old fashion hotel in a new profile. Food could be better.

The staff is very helpful. Food occasionally knows that it is worse than expected. Prices are above average. Sprinkle great biscuits with coffee. Excellent SPA!

Elegant hotel with useful amenities and wonderful SPA services. You have to walk a good bit though to reach the old town center.

Forgot to clean the room, open electrical cabinet, took glasses forgot to return, safe has no battery cover, TV does not work well.
Spa pretty good. Pretty cute facts. There is a coffee machine in the room. Good food in the dining room but the same every morning.

Facility has seen his best days in the past and could need renovation !

After a visit to the hotel we left with a great feeling. Excellent hotel, very high standard, generous staff and always happy to answer questions.
We ate only breakfast, but there were always innovations in dishes, tasty and fun.
The room is spacious, large and comfortable. And the shower is simply a new level.
Really a 5 star hotel, we would be happy to return there in the future

Probably the best hotel I ve stayed in. We were there for two nights and I wish we ve stayed for longer. The room was large and impeccably clean and tidy. The spa, swimming pool and gym facilities were first class. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely reccomend the Metropol Palace to anyone!

Great place if you are in need of venue for organizing events. Excellent and tasty food. Friendly staff is more than willing to help you about anything you need.

Extremely delicious hotel
Very good service, great rooms, good location and good spa. Never revived that the chef himself comes and asks how meat should be made. This hotel must definitely be revived.

Excellent clean fun and above all staff and high level services.

I wasn t in the rooms, but the big conference room is great. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly.

Friendly staff and close to the Tesla museum. About 15-20 mins by foot to the Try Republic the city center. Lots of public transportation options available if needed. Rooms are big and spacious. WiFi is free and speed is good.

All perfect except for lunch. For four consecutive days he had the same menu, such as chicken a la creme chicken grilled schnitzel chicken.

I liked the hotel. The staff is very attentive. Everything you need is in the room. Breakfasts are not bad, you are unlikely to stay hungry. They were passing through. The hotel stayed for two days. Free wi-fi. The room catches well.

3 nights stay in a very comfortable, clean and nice room with big bed, comfortable mattress and nice interior design and lighting. Breakfast was overcrowded but even better the high quality restaurant food. The fully equipped gym and the pool, sauna and jacuzzi made the stay very enjoyable. From the terrace you can enjoy great food or drink with incredible views of the entire city. The staff are polite and responsive. An excellent luxury hotel that makes you not want to go out on the town at a fairly reasonable price.

The hotel is elegant, the surroundings are quiet, most of them are business districts, and there are tram and bus stops nearby, which is convenient.

The ambiance is for 5 stars. However, at the Absolute Evening Meal, the food was 0. There was not even everything on the menu that we received as an offer when we decided on the hotel, and what was wrong was. Barbecue alive. Shame.

I was here at one event. The hotel looks great. The waiter service is great, they do not allow the glass to be empty. Toilets are arranged and well equipped.
I have 2 small objections:
1. Food was not too good (although I tried a small part of what was offered). Bread was relatively poor, as did kebabs. The crispy appetizer and salads were good.
2. The toilet doors are very heavy and it's difficult to open them.

Overcrowded.
Rooms were nice.
The electrical switches are mysterious and nerve wrecking.
The maintenance is lacking in the place; 1 light was broken in room and was making cricket sounds, the spa had broken showers.
It's right next to a kids park.
Costumer service were very nice and attentive
