Nice old hotel in the center. It reminds of old times

A 5 star hotel I think would offer other services. We were accommodated on the 1st floor, Saturday evening on the ground floor was the wedding, until 3 o'clock we could not sleep. The day after I arrived the waitress took all the towels, but didn't put any more. The room smells very moldy

Excellent locations, modern rooms, friendly staff. It's a shame that the renovation has lasted so long. There is something to be proud of

On the first day of my accommodation in the room, I placed another guest (s) in my room :-) My room within 1/2 hour and released it to another guest. When I called at the reception, the girl on the desk, probably in a panic attack, pointed out that I was supposed to be on the 5th floor, which is pretty stupid to open a room on the 7th floor !?
They quickly corrected the work and gave it another room, but for a hotel in this category, this is almost unacceptable.

Great place to stay with wonderful SPA. Also very kind and professional staff. Highly recommend!

in relation to the price of services of unsatisfactory quality. Delayed or cold. For lunch at each conference is too long. food is completely average. everything is, of course, extremely luxurious, in the most beautiful place in Belgrade, with a beautiful view and a beautiful terrace, but it is all inherited and what they are doing now - for this money insufficient. For example, Turkish coffee is 400 dinars.

It's not a palace ....
Neither by service ... nor by food ...

Exclusvelly place with good stuff in the midle off city where you can go and come with any kind off traffic(car,train,bus,rail),what ever you like or having the best conection with.Since most off the citizens are lossing temper with traffic jams especially in the Boulevard,where traffic jam is ussualy cite but this is also a part off the city you must not avoid iff you like to feel the spirit off city.I think that the best way off acknowledging the spirit off the city is using your own leggs and walking down the most wisiting streets,ful off childrens,people comig home,going to the offices.I would sugest that you should wisit the part whose name is At Vuk' s,the major University place off Belgrade,because it is principal centar off town in every maner.

Other stars can be taken from the hotel's name. Prices are indiscriminately high for the provided quality of services and food. Two congresses at the same time. Lunch time on both at the same time, from 14 to 15 hours. At 14 hours and 30 minutes, the apparent lack of food that the staff was unable to solve completely. The colleague looked for a dessert consume. First got dirty. After a while there were no spoons, she got a standard spoon. The entire dessert can fit in it. Opema conference room ok ok.

Step inside and you are in luxury. It is a beautiful hotel, great staff offering every amenity you could ask for. Fitness center, 4 star restaurant, bar and so much more. Walking did a to St Sava, Tesla Museum, St Marks and all the other highlights of Belgrade. Highly recommended

Still very nice and elegant. There is no lounge anymore, a loss for sure.

I think I was just unfortunate with my room in that I couldn't get a stable temperature was just unfortunate when you're there for several nights.

Apart from that, this was a nice hotel food was nice, the gym and pool is a good size and the staff very friendly.

I am very pleased with the service at this hotel. The view was beautiful from my room as well, the room was big, everything was clean. The price per night is totally ok compared to what you get.
As for breakfast, there are no words to describe, a large selection and delicious 10 ++++ :)

Hotel is located at in the best location in the city ie. wide city center and every touristical sites are very near by walking!
This is renovated hotel after serious fire in 2002 which is considered as the most dangerous and serios fires in all hotels in Serbia. Now it is new hotel, with very nice rooms and beutiful view on both sides.

So, location is great, interior space is very good but food should be better for one luxury hotel.

The casino next to the metropolis I do not like to lose money, nothing happens appliances, I do not recommend anyone to gamble, even in casinos such as fair play and granf casino on NBG

Friendly staff, good level hotel, fine cuisine, good location

We booked Spa and 2x 60min massages. Friendly personnel and both ladies are good therapists. I enjoyed swimming at the very clean and not too cold 25m indoor swimming pool and liked their steam bath. They also have a very nice relaxing area where you can spoil yourself with some fruits, tea & coffee.

Luxury is a misnomer. Did not see any luxurious thing except for the lobby. Everything else is below standards starting from the small elevator with its squeaking screeching and rumbling noise with a 7 Richter shake on starting. The room is awful with poor and old furniture and devoid of any luxury features. I don t know who gave it the name of a luxury collection... may be somebody who was just released from the Shawshank prison.

Comfortable. Good opportunities for congress meetings, lectures etc. Service is rather miserable. We've waited for garderober ages, and nobody of staff was upset.

Lovely staff, beautiful facilities, awesome service and the food is to die for.
