Central location within walking distance of the fort, the Tesla museum or the Belgrade shopping area.
The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness and detail in the decoration is exquisite. Although some point in the maintenance of doors and windows fails a little.
The breakfast buffet is wonderful, with coffee table service and a variety of hot and cold, sweet and savory dishes. The restaurant on the top floor offers unrivaled views of Belgrade, especially at night.
The establishment has several very nice terraces and spa and pool service included with the room rate (I have not visited it)
The staff couldn't be more helpful and pleasant. My experience at Metropol has been very positive

Good hotel, many events are organized here, but parking is hell.

The room is ok, but the cleanliness of the cleaner under the bed can not be cleaned. One car park expensive and takes the keys from the car that is unacceptable. I understand that they help with parking while keeping the keys and moving the car when we sleep it is inadmissible. Food acceptable. .Osoblje ljubazno.Locacija super.

This four is just for parking 20 for the night which is the price for many apartments for one person.

It's a lot to come by, but if it's really important you can go. The staff, especially in the restaurant, definitely does not deserve 5 stars.

Comfortable hotel, larger rooms than many other similar hotels

This hotel is beautiful and very prestigious in relation to price, fifteen minutes from the city center. Next to the hotel there are shops, restaurants, and money transfers and a grocery for food and products

Not much of an experience, more of an external observation. Appears to be a luxury hotel.

Hotel was Good in general.
I ve stayed in the kings deluxe room and it was pretty big and comfortable. Light in the rooms are poor which is very anoyying.
Staff could greet more (say good morning, good evening and such) but they are pretty polite and helpful.
Spa looks good but was too crowded and loud for me (many kids screaming jumping in to the inner pool and such) and also the jaccuzi is really small, fits around 6 people at the same time, the jaccuzi at my home is bigger.
Breakfast was ok, the variety is not big, you can find scrambled egs, sunside up egs, bacon, two type of sausages, some veggies, beans, fruit from a can, and bread and orange juice. There is no cappucino station so you will have to ask for it from the waiters who are not around too often.
Location was ok, not too far from every where. You can walk to places (around 15 minutes) or order a taxi through the hotel.
Although, i would like to point out that i don t recommend walking alone during night time in the streets because i nearly got robbed next to the hotel twice in three days.

Elegant hotel located in Belgrade downtown. About 8min to City Center by taxi, it is a good place to relax, I recommend breakfast here, great gym and spa, nice terrace with wonderful view. Everything almost perfect, except every time they took all glasses on my room and leave me without anything to drink(seriously) lol

All good BUT a huge problem with AC. Your room will be either too cold or much too hot and no-one will be able to do anything for it, or making it worse. Big concern. And I heard it's been so for months. At least.

Renovated hotel with a new owner and management provides superior services. One of the most prestigious hotels where I personally stayed and made sure. The staff is professional and friendly. That is why the grade is high.

I had the opportunity to attend an international tourism summit held at the premises of the hotel. The staff was more than helpful, and I owe a special thank you to the concierge Katarina, for whom I have only words of praise - professional, concise and a pleasant person overall. The hotel is considered as a sort of a historic landmark, and seeing it after so many years renovated and welcoming travelers from around the world was an unique experience. Will be more than glad to visit again!

5 stars hotel with 5 stars prices and 1 star service. Waited for the waiter for 20 min, and decided to pass...or maybe they just had a.bad day...still when you have exceptional prices one should expect exceptional service.

Nice hotel located not far from the city center. Although it is quite old the room is well maintained as well as the public areas. Breakfast is good and other facilities are also very good
