Good hotel in city center heaving good rooms and restaurants, Gym and heated pool. Coach parking is not available. Coach can park on the main road for less then 10 mins to load

Nice hotel. Room decoration a bit dated. The coffee machine did not work. The bed was comfortable. The sound proofing of room need improvement. The breakfast buffet was good.

We received a large and upgraded room that was very comfortable. The ventilation in the room on the face We tried to keep the door open so that it would not work. The breakfast is really excellent and all the service and hospitality. The spa in the open spaces was not good and warm, and I also got an allergy to the cream that applied to my face during the massage. The massage itself was exfoliating and massage was excellent, and the showers and toilets were equally.

Turn off that spotlight in the restaurant at the top of the building that has been on for two months, if not longer.

From Josip Broz when the Youth Center was converted into a then very luxurious hotel to the FEST of the seventies and eighties when it was something like the Cannes Croazette.
All recommendations and wishes for a longer life.

It was my first time stay at this hotel at Belgrade. The people are awesome courteous, well cultured and the food served are of its best quality and taste. Though its bit old building, they maintained to the highest standard neat and tidy. From bell boy to top, all speak good English which is not common in Europe. In terms of service, you will never disappoint and will leave with cheerful memories.
One day I woke up early due to time lag and was not able to operate the coffee machine. I called the room service at 4am, an attender came in less than 3 minute and shown me how to operate it. Once she finished the coffee machine ready, she was courteous to ask me, "shall I make a coffee for you?" . Such care is in born in the culture of Serbians. Very good people, all the best for the country.
Highly recommended for family holiday, business & all occasions. See you all again.

If only they realised that the Hilton was significantly more likly to get customers because of the better ventilation and less cigarette smoke.

Recently refurbed and under a new manager. This is the place to be.

Very luxurious hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff ...

Very nice hotel at a busy road (some noise in street-facing rooms) with comfortable beds, grand bathrooms and a great rooftop terrace. Staff is friendly, free water was available in the room and the gym excellent.
The one thing they really need to improve on was breakfast: Staff was uncoordinated and overwhelmed (I did not manage to order coffee in 30 minutes) and the food was underwhelming.

Excellent hotel and location. Large terrace facing the park. Nice place for a meeting or drinking morning coffee with friends.

Service can be better, but prices are really abnormal, and hygiene is not at some level.

Getting there to drink coffee is more expensive than MontMartre or Shanselize !!
