Bogdon is the hotel manager that everyone imagines from Hollywood. Impeccably mannered, on top of everything and sharp. He really saved the day and cannot recommend this place enough!

The new modern hotel in my opinion is the most beautiful in Belgrade with a very nicely decorated lobby and interior and the overall exterior. Ideal location in the city center. Staff and service are at the highest level.

Prices of two cafes, exaggerated, more expensive than Paris. Service extraordinary. The toilet is perfectly clean. The atmosphere is pleasant.

The staff is very nice and attentive 8/10, decoration 8/10, location as well, 8/10 but too cold at the lobby, the spa is closed and also the GYM, (renovations in July?!?!) and the 7F Japanese restaurant below the expected level!

Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of Belgrade. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are also modern and well appointed. Really enjoyed food here as well and would recommend.

I have come to the nine square hotel for 5 years now. I slept here three times always clean rooms good service. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is polite, but there is one special bartender: the upper class is called Lazer. He is always sociable. and it will be nice to make a company for people who come themselves. As for other staff, there are several points that I do not like:
1) for the money that is left in this restaurant, you constantly wait for the order.
2) people do not want to replenish their balance at all, please excuse me in this hotel I leave 2500-4000 a month and as I understand people should take care of their customers, but there is no such thing.
3) recently, the atmosphere of the restaurant has become rather austere, it's not pleasant to sit, girls of easy virtue come non-stop who take pictures, I see myself in a couple of photos, it's not pleasant enough.
4) apparently the staff is not enough, as you come to sit at the bar and the bartender flies away somewhere. I saw a couple of times how the bartender cleans the floors, I am not pleased to look at a hotel from 5 stars for such a number of disadvantages.
Therefore, I give a grade of 3, I hope everything will change the way everything used to be of the highest class, but now it is probably not the same.

Looks very unassuming from the outside but wait till you get inside, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, perfect attention to detail, friendly service and a state of the art room all wrapped in a Hermes design, makes it a delight to stay in the Square 9, I'll be back for sure.

My husband and I stayed at Square Nine last summer for two nights for our wedding. From a design perspective, this hotel is phenomenal, as well as the amenities. We unfortunately began our stay with a less than pleasant experience. Upon checking in before our wedding, we found out that we had been downgraded, despite having booked the room 4 months in advance. We were told that we would perhaps be able to be upgraded, but would have to wait until the next morning (wedding day).

Additionally, later that evening, we found out that the hotel did not take care of pressing my wedding dress and my husband's suit as they promised they would.There was some sort of miscommunication between the staff and they began to panic trying to find a dry cleaner that would be open at 6:30 on a Friday evening.

Ultimately, we got upgraded the following morning, just as all of the ladies were arriving at the hotel to prepare with me, so it was a bit chaotic. They did end up having our wedding attire pressed, though they lost a piece of my clothing.

Everything almost worked out except for the fact that we were ultimately charged for breakfast, even though we had that included in the price of our reservation.

We do love this hotel, but the level of service was below par, even if everyone was very friendly and did try to rectify the situation. It just seemed like there was a of miscommunication, misunderstanding, and confusion on the part of the staff. That doesn't seem like the quality found in a 5 star hotel.

Tried the Square Spa Experience here for spa usage and a massage and loved both of them.
The spa is beautifully designed, relaxing and offers a salt water swimming pool, steam room, sauna and hot tub. Surprisingly it was always very quiet which adds to the refreshing atmosphere.
I can also definitely recommend the massage done very nicely by one of the friendly spa staff.

Beautiful hotel! Food in both restaurants is great, the Sisley spa is one of a kind and amazing, with the chlorine free pool and the perfect Sisley cosmetic products. The quality of sleep is great!

Rooms are ok ie. in proportion to the prices, the kitchen is solid, the personal is a little unhelpful and wc.ei a little "feel" the ambience is excellent, the wine list has to be better than the selection of domestic fruit brandy ... RECOMMENDATIONS certainly

Really good sushi bar (top floor - Ebisu). Great service, good sushi and nice deserts. Nice view from the balcony (great to sit outside in the summer).

Ebisu is the best Japanese place in town. Try the aburi!

This is what I call 5* service with aura. One of the staff reminds me of the hotel manager in 'Pretty Woman', but chubbier.
You will enjoy the open terrace during the day and in the night the terrace bar restaurant on the 7th floor, but you may need a jacket if there is a cool breeze or request a blanket.

One of the best hotels in Belgrade. Everything is done here with taste. Decoration of hotel and the rooms is fantastic. The food in the restaurant is super. The view from the rooms on the street side is unbelievable. Definitely for every recommendation.
