The atmosphere and whole ambiente inside is refering to the old style hotels. The rooms and room accessories are good. The location is exellent.

Was here at the conference. Luxury hotel in center of Belgrade. Luxury, comfort, but at the price.

Too many problems in the limegrove Spa, everything is broken, no ac or any kind of ventilation in the locker rooms, smells bad, no toiletries, it is not luxury as they claim, no vent in the swimming area and too dark so you cannot se the cleanliness of the water, steam room smells bad, some staff are nice but there are arrogant ones, only one single toilet to be used by all guests who come to spa, members who exercise there and staff??!!!! You usually expect to wait in line for toilet. Female locker room door is constantly open so you cannot change as there is nowhere to hide. Men regularly come to female locker room to take shower, browse around and steal female towels and bath robes. Men behave horribly in the gym and all other areas of the spa and when reported to front desk, the female staff that work there are OK with it???!!

Pleasant hotel near the center, close to the parliament buildings and the Czech embassy. Sava. Price reasonable, breakfast well equipped. Some rooms lacked some things (eg coffee machine capsules)

Hotel Metropol has always been looked upon as one of the most elegant and suffisticated establishments in Belgrade. I haven't personally stayed there but I did attend a reception in their banquet hall, and the food was exemplary!

I recommend that you do not give the card to take away the advance that they return at the end of the stay because they did not return my money to the card after a year, and a few colleagues told me that they had the same experience with Metropolis. And after a few calls and conversations with friendly staff, which was always confirmed by the fact that my money was not returned to the card, they did not solve the problem, and the last one sent me to bring me to my bank so that they can contact their bank, as if I were something to them, and not to me. It's not a very high amount, but it's about unbelievable unprofessionality!

It's a very convenient place in the city center, right next to two large parks! Extra rooms, friendly staff!

The hotel was clean, Breakfast testy but normal food. Ups the sauna ,Jacuzzi, pool and open until late.

This is the most dirty hotel i have stayed in so far.

I spend around 100 nights in hotels a year due to my job and have stayed in a lot of hotels all around the globe. But this hotel is just disgustingly dirty. The attached pics are just a selection, i could easily post a hundred more.

The staff is super nice but this cant make up for the run down and dirty state of the place.

Great value. Easy location. Satisfying breakfast. Spa could be better kept, if pool was heated and steps into pool and jacuzzi we're not slippery. Sauna was lovely.

Everything was to our liking, starting with the hotel's elegant and harmonious interior design, the serviceable staff always there to help with a smile and good will, the diversity and very good food , the room was clean , comfortable beds, bathroom equipped with all those small nice and pampering bottles of soap, shampoos ,etc..... new water bottles everyday ! For the smokers, there are design areas where they can smoke !!! The SPA is perfect with all the facilities, a big pool, great jacuzzi , saunas..... very , very nice GYM -

The hotel is great, but the rooms are ... but the hotel generally does not put groups of Israelis into the main dining room, they open another dining room in a different hall.

There's not much to say about this place ... The name alone says it all

Metropol Palace is wonderful,comfortable,luxury hotel.
We stayed for 4 night and everything was perfect.
The room, the stuff very friendly , the pleasure spa and beautiful and tasty food.
Good Wi-Fi speed.

Would back to this hotel again , when will be next time in Belgrade.

P.S would be good if tv will be more interactive , possibility to surfe in internet from TV.

Update 28.7.18 was there again . The previous time was perfect but this time unfortunately disappointed of the room only.
The room had scratch on the wood floor and bed smell , big disappointing. Hope the hotel will take attention
