Just purchased a 2019 RVR (new) from this dealership. Had the pleasure of working with Allen. I really appreciate their sales approach-they are open, honest and there's no pressure to buy so you feel open in discussing your options and expectations. I cannot say the same about all Mitsubushi dealerships-as I had a poor experience at the Langely dealership. Metrotown was willing to discuss options with me despite not having the car I wanted in stock-whereas Langely outright told me I had to agree to buy the car today otherwise we could not proceed with the discussion. It was a stark contrast to this experience. Allowing the customer to feel like they are comfortable in making their needs known is the first step to a positive relationship. My car also had a cracked windshield that developed the same day I purchased it-not sure when this took place exactly as I drove it home in the dark-didnt notice until I got home and they replaced my windshield for me the next business day. I highly recommenced them!

First went in around November 2017 to ask about the Outlander. Brian was amazingly helpful and i enjoyed the experience and the car, but then i heard about the Outlander PHEV which would be arriving this year. Did some research and decided to wait. I was then dealing with Allen Weng, and he was also very helpful with every detail, from questions about financing to charging to warranty to maintenance! John in financing was also super helpful. It was a good experience. Helpful staff, knowledgeable, very easy to contact. I was mostly coming on Sundays or after work and there were always people for me. Deniz Mehmedi, Jason Zhen, Tiago Lourengo. James Oh - they worked as a team. At the same time I did not feel the pressure to buy. Anyway, it was good. Now my hopes are that service will be able to keep up.

Went during Loyalty days and was impressed with the entire dealership. James was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent service during the buying process. I bought a preowned vehicle from David Wang. I am from Northern BC so had to arrange to fly down, test drive, etc. David picked me up from the skytrain station, test drove with me and helped me through the sale. He was very professional and helpful. I found David and the other staff at MM non-pushy, very friendly and I had a feeling of dealing with honest people. Me and my Daughter Niyati went there to buy an SUV and there we met Allen a very sweet and straightforward guy. He asked what we require and according to our needs he showed few SUV to us and we liked Ford Escape titanium model of 2013 . He showed the car and then he showed all the service records. luckily we got the Black Friday discount as he told us that that we will get $ 3000 discount . Then he asked us if we want we can take car for mechanical check. There mechanic told us few things which he got repaired and also mend the glass small crack for us. We told him that there is no headrest on back seats he said he will ordering it and we will get all this included. He is really a very good person. I recommend him and give him star rating.

Metrotown Mitsubishi Service Department provided us with superior customer service. We were visiting from out of town when our Outlander stalled and we found ourselves stranded in a busy intersection. Our car was towed to the nearest Mitsubishi dealer and the service we received was exemplary. We use the car for business and we weren't looking forward to having to rent a vehicle if ours couldn't be fixed right away. Mike, the Service Manager and the team at Metrotown Mitsubishi diagnosed the problem quickly and installed a part to get us on our way. Everything was covered under warranty. We were impressed. We recently bought a PHEV vehicle from the Mitsubishi dealer in Burnaby. Allen Weng was the salesperson and did an excellent job, was helpful and courteous, and explained to us how the plug in hybrid car worked, and all of the features in the vehicle. As we had not bought a hybrid vehicle before, we were quite new to the process. So the explanations and descriptions of how the vehicle worked, and a knowledgeable salesperson, was really valuable and appreciated!

Every time I ve come, staff has been more than courteous and helpful. Andrew from the Service Department has helped me numerous times offering useful and appreciate advise always with a smile on his face.

I love my new 2014 Lancer Ralliart. After driving a few different cars in the similar price range, I was most impressed and shocked about the power this beast delivers. Its an aggressive looking lancer plus turbocharge engine. Shifting it properly, it will launch with anger without turbo lag. perfect for road rage or to cut somebody off haha. Talking to sales guy Tao and manager David was like talking to friends. I would recommend everyone who wants an aggressive looking car with amazing handling, also good on insurance(4 door) to drive this thing. later.

I usually don t buy used cars at dealerships but given COVID I thought I give it a shot. We went to a few others before we came to Metrotown Mitsubishi, the others were typical dealerships where the used car sales person was very pushy and not very helpful. However our experience with Metrotown Mitsubishi was very different, we were helped by Daniel who was very professional and helpful. We told him what we wanted and what we could afford and he did his very best and negotiated reasonably and got us the exact car we wanted. We would definitely buy our next car with Daniel and highly recommend him.

My only complaint would be in regards to the manager who did the paperwork for our transaction, not sure if he was having a bad day or was not happy that we had negotiated the price that we did, but when we asked why the price on the bill of sale was slightly different than what we had agreed to, he went on to berate us regarding an accident on our car that we weren t aware of. I ll chalk it to COVID stress, but he could have simply explained why it was different vs yelling at a paying customer. The next customer might not be as understanding.

My previous car was dying and I walked into the dealership to look around at what was available, not thinking that I'd actually walk out with a new car that day. Jason, the salesperson, greeted me almost right away and I told him what I had in mind and he showed me the Outlander PHEV and we took it for a test drive. I hadn't bought a new car in 18 years, but visiting Jason and Metrotown Mitsubishi made it a lot less stressful. I visited Honda down the street shortly after my morning visit with Mitsubishi. I may post a negative review about my experience there after this haha. I made up my mind and returned to Mitsubishi, found Jason and said I wanted that car. After two years with my Lancer, I was looking for an upgrade to a SUV. Metrotown Mitsubishi made it very easy for me to do a lease roll over. The whole experience started out with a quick chat online which connected me to Allen. I made an appointment with him the next day to discuss my options. Shortly after that, I decided on getting an Outlander PHEV where Allen and Ezekiel showed me the features of different trim levels. They really focus on asking questions about your lifestyle which helped me decide which trim level to get. I really appreciated that; they don't automatically sell you the top of the line.

Ben helped me with all the paperwork. Lease roll overs take a while and Ben was very efficient at making it happen. Again, he was not pushy at all selling warranties and such. He only made recommendations based on my lifestyle.

Insurance paperwork was also a breeze. I simply said I wanted the same coverage and the agent followed through in no time.

Ezekiel did an excellent job during the finally delivery. He showed me all the important features of my new vehicle as well as answered every question I asked.

My experience with Metrotown Mitsubishi continues to be very positive. I live a couple cities away but always prefer to take my vehicle here for maintenance. I highly recommend checking out the dealership if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

The service department has been taking care of outlander for years. There is a Mitsubishi dealership 20 minutes closer to our home, but we make the trip to Metrotown Mitsubishi because their customers service is second to none.

Jason, the sales representative, and Ben, the business manager, helped me through the process of leasing the vehicle I wanted. The communication from the service department and the sales team has been very reassuring. I would highly recommend Metrotown Mitsuibishi.

In need of a new vehicle and was happy with all the service I received from Metrotown Mitsubishi starting with the prompt online email communication to in person test drive followed by eventual discussion of the price and purchase. Jason provided very detail descriptions of all the features of this new car during the test drive. The location of the dealship also offers a good extended test drive including, hill, downhill, city and highway. Really had a great feel of the car. Jason also break down financial consideration between the different options very well and made the decision of buying quite straight forward.

Best service ever! As I was moving to Salt Spring, I needed to buy a car. My only issue was that I had injured my arm and couldn't drive. Danny Kwok was absolutely amazing. When I first called about the Nissan leaf I saw online, he offered to reserve it for me for a modest deposit. The next day, he picked me up from the train station and did the test drive for me! Danny was very friendly and efficient. We arranged the paperwork fast and then he gave me a lift back to the train. They held my car in their parking while I was hoping that my arm would get better. A few days later , I came in to sign the final paperwork and insurance and met with Ben Lao. He was also very efficient, clear in his explanations and found the very best financing option for me as well as the best protections. To top the excellence of their service, Danny drove my car to my house ( since I still couldn't drive) and that was after his working hours. Another employee followed us in order to take Danny back who also was doing extra hours. This team went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me out, all this with a big smile and great enthusiasm. Awesome as usual. I have an unusual work schedule which only allows me certain times to get my car fixed. Mike at Metro-town Mitsubishi always comes through. I have to wait for my car to get fixed and he tells me how long it may take. He is always on time. If you have a Mitsubishi, evan out of town, I would go and talk to him. In an emergency, such as my front balding running steel belt tires showing, I needed new ones, he got me in. 5 star is an understatement!

I've been looking for a new/used vehicle since August this year and looked at many different brands. I *love* the Lancers, but I had a terrible experience at another Mitsubishi dealership because they were pushy and didn't have a vehicle I liked ... almost giving up hope, I decided to stop by Metrotown Mitsubishi quickly.

Jason helped me as soon as I came in, I told him what I wanted and I immediately fell in love with the used black Lancer SE that had red Mitsubishi emblems! Jason showed me all the features and how the paddle-shifters worked, and let me drive it to fully test out how it handles. He let me test drive it TWICE even, and we made a very reasonable price and he even threw in extras!

Before picking it up, I got picked up from the skytrain via Mitsubishi Shuttle (Thanks Ezkeel!!). That was really nice because I didn't have a vehicle anymore! Ben helped me with all the paper work, he was very patient and clear and answered all my questions about extra warranty/insurance. Jacky helped me with putting on the license plates and showed me how to use the Blutooth.

Everyone was helpful, I would recommend anyone to go here if they want a sexy Lancer! Friendly & knowledgeable staff willing to listen and do anything they can for you!

My daughter and I stopped at Metrotown Mitsubishi on our way home from school. Just to look at the shiny SUV s ? We were approached and offered assistance by a gentlemen Ezekiel. After a short conversation and a few questions Ezekiel introduced us to Mitsubishi RVR. The style and the size of the vehicle really got my attention. Ezekiel patiently answered all my questions regarding the type of the engine, fuel consumption, horse power, torque ,the transmission,suspension etc. Then he answered my daughters questions regarding the features like the sound system,how many speakers, wireless connections like Bluetooth and car airplay, USB ports,how many vents for the air-condition etc.
We were very satisfied with Ezekiel's help and were ready to drive home to think about the possibility of buying Mitsubishi. Then Ezekiel informed us about the factory clearance for 2019 models and the huge discounts. He offered us a test drive to convince us that the vehicle performs as nicely as it looks and to check/try out all the features. I am glad we did. I bought my Outlander from Metrotown Mitsubishi 6 years ago. The buying experience was much less painful than I expected from a car dealership and every time I've brought it in for service the experience has been outstanding. The staff is always prompt and courteous and after the service is done they take the time to explain what was done and bring to my attention anything that may require servicing later.

Wow everything on their lot is scratched and high mileage. They say no commission but the sales guy wouldn't stop calling me after I phoned to ask a few questions. High pressure sales and beaten up "new" vehicles. Don't go here.
