Metro Town & MTR Review

I went into Metrotown Mitsubishi in May to learn more about the Outlander PHEV and RVR. Jason Zhen explained the two cars in great details, answered all my questions in a completely friendly, non pressurized environment. I told him I was not ready to buy yet and he was fine, he even introduced me to the sales Manager, David Yang, on my way out. Jason was always prompt in replying my follow up questions via text messages and never pushed me buying. The fond experience made me bring my husband and his wallet back to Jason last weekend and we purchased the Outlander PHEV. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. David was professional yet approachable. Jason stayed until 10.30pm on the day we picked up our car, he explained every details of the PHEV and made sure we drove off the parking lot with confidence. He texted me the next day to follow up on my experience and new car. The whole experience was 5 stars!! We had purchased cars from different dealerships in the past and we rated the experience with Jason and David the best! Jason even showed me a text message from me to him in 2015. I had forgotten this but I had gone into the dealership and talked to him about the outlander in 2015, I did not end up buying the car at that time. It was a pleasant surprise when Jason showed me the text message. This again demonstrated the professional yet no pressure sales tactic from Jason. I am very happy with my car and I highly recommend Jason Zhen.

Great team and awesome work! Went in for few recalls. The guys at repair are pros. The sales team is a bit slow on the other side in terms of sales skills which might be because they are very busy or sell high anyways and don t have to salesy ;)

Staff was friendly and courteous. Got my csr in and out in the time originally indicated. The technician did a road test anf thrn put my PHEV on the charger.

For a car dealership I will say that this place is top notch. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism as well as the prompt follow up in regards to the service department. They made sure that everything was to my liking even though I bought one of their used vehicles. I highly recommend them when you are in the market for a car.

Henry was very knowledgeable about the PHEV we purchased.

I was very impressed with their quality service and non-pushy attitude. It didn't feel like we were talking to a salesperson, just someone who likes Mitsubishi cars (as do we). We were able to test drivemultiple models with almost no wait or complication and took the cars out for long enough to get a good feeling for them, unlike other places we had visited where we could only take the cars "around the block." We were in and out with a car the same day and got the exact trim and colour we wanted! So far, great car and excellent service!

Had a great experience with Metrotown Mitsubishi. I had an emergency repair I needed to my muffler. They got me a part at a reasonable price and completed the work in a day. Very happy with the customer service and the quality. Nice guys at the service desk!

Always amazing service at Metrotown Mitsubishi. I was offered a ride when I dropped my car off, and I got my vehicle back ahead of schedule with a car wash and vacuum of the interior. It is worth going out of my way even though this is not the closest service department for me. Highly recommend!

Great people with amazing and outstanding customer service. After looking for a car in multiple dealerships this was definitely the best of them all. They don't judge you on appearance, talk business with reason, are flexible enough to do a fair negotiation and work around the clock for the customer benefit. Henry and James were fantastic to deal with while trading in my previous vehicle. Both were very knowledgeable about the product and arranged a fair trade in value. I did trade for a used vehicle, however their detailer prepped the new car immaculately.

Love the eclipse cross. Sales and office staff were great at purchase. Have had some issues since. AC wasn't charged when I got the car and didn't notice till it was very hot on my way to work. They fixed it but took several hours of my time for something that should have been done beforehand. Also I got the undercoating done and it was full of issues. First they wouldn't book me for a weekend appointment so I had to come in during the week which isn't easy when you work Monday to Friday. Promised me a courtesy car which they didn't have when I got there. So they called Enterprise Rental Car for me and paid for a rental. Fine but had to wait around for Enterprise to pick me up and then go over there and fill out paperwork. A waste of my time which I was missing work for and not getting paid. Then I was told just to return the car back to Metrotown Mitsubishi the next day and pick up my car. When I get there I am told I have to go back to Enterprise and do more paperwork and an inspection. More time wasted. Lastly all week I have been getting emails and texts asking to fill out survey's and post reviews here and on facebook and to the BBB site giving them a review. Once again work during the week and only have time on weekends for that sort of thing and it's annoying being bothered about it all the time. Overall nice people but not very organized or efficient and didn't seem bothered by wasting my time and money.

Just bought my 2016! Outlander... I couldn't be any happier just not with the vehicle but the service I received from Metrotown Mitsubishi, One buyer One vehicle... 4 people at Metrotown Mitsubishi to help.... Francis sales rep who listened what I was looking for and guided me through what options would best suite me, David Yang and Ricardo who helped me getting the color and accessories I needed. Cant forget Ben Lao, finance manager who got me the best rate.

I recommend this dealer to everyone who is looking for Best service and Great Deals.

The service time was spot on and the technical rep was very helpful.
Parts department replacement parts were very reasonable.

Bought a 2016 lancer and love it the sales team was very knowledgeable and understanding i would definitely buy from here again even though we are from out of town.

Service department are very efficient and honest. Some places will try gouge you for work you don't need whereas the guys in the service centre actually talked me out of work I didn't need. Highly recommended.

We started with chats with Ezekiel which progressed into us purchasing a new Outlander 2020 GT PHEV He was very very knowledgeable in the vehicle and what features it had. Love my car. I purchased it 2 years ago and have no regrets. Service is always friendly and usually pretty quick.

They ask my husband $1,000 to reserve a car. The salesman told my husband that is it refundable, and ask him to sign papers without explaining what are the papers he is signing for. He signed a non refundable deposit without him knowing that it is non refundable. The people did not even tell him and explain to him that it is a non refundable form. They mislead my husband and now they do not want to return the 1,000. It is a big amount for us. Because we back out in buying the car after 2 hours they wont return the deposit.

Jason was of great help to my family and I! We had a tight budget on our end to get a new car and he crunched the numbers with his fellow friends to get us the most affordable car. Everything he mentions during the meeting, to testing the car, and to finishing the finance with us were clear and concise.

I would like to thank Jason once more for the help he has given us since we started to look for a car in Mitsubishi, Vancouver. Definitely did not disappoint me!

Wife bought a RVR on Jul 2018, have to admit there s a hiccup on the transaction but Ben the young manager follow up on my case and did a great job to make things right which really impress me.
