Just purchased a 2019 RVR (new) from this dealership. Had the pleasure of working with Allen. I really appreciate their sales approach-they are open, honest and there's no pressure to buy so you feel open in discussing your options and expectations. I cannot say the same about all Mitsubushi dealerships-as I had a poor experience at the Langely dealership. Metrotown was willing to discuss options with me despite not having the car I wanted in stock-whereas Langely outright told me I had to agree to buy the car today otherwise we could not proceed with the discussion. It was a stark contrast to this experience. Allowing the customer to feel like they are comfortable in making their needs known is the first step to a positive relationship. My car also had a cracked windshield that developed the same day I purchased it-not sure when this took place exactly as I drove it home in the dark-didnt notice until I got home and they replaced my windshield for me the next business day. I highly recommenced them!
