My daughter and I stopped at Metrotown Mitsubishi on our way home from school. Just to look at the shiny SUV s ? We were approached and offered assistance by a gentlemen Ezekiel. After a short conversation and a few questions Ezekiel introduced us to Mitsubishi RVR. The style and the size of the vehicle really got my attention. Ezekiel patiently answered all my questions regarding the type of the engine, fuel consumption, horse power, torque ,the transmission,suspension etc. Then he answered my daughters questions regarding the features like the sound system,how many speakers, wireless connections like Bluetooth and car airplay, USB ports,how many vents for the air-condition etc.
We were very satisfied with Ezekiel's help and were ready to drive home to think about the possibility of buying Mitsubishi. Then Ezekiel informed us about the factory clearance for 2019 models and the huge discounts. He offered us a test drive to convince us that the vehicle performs as nicely as it looks and to check/try out all the features. I am glad we did. Thanks to Ezekiel the same afternoon we bought the 2019 RVR SE at a huge discount of $3000. His patience,technical knowledge and professionalism made all the difference.
