Great Experience! We got our new car from Metrotown Mitsubishi. Our salesperson was Ezekiel, who was really helpful. We got the best price in town on the car we bought, beating all the others we had seen at other car dealerships. Strongly recommend this dealership to buy a car. All the safety measures are being taken, masks, social distancing, and the place was really clean, with constant sanitization. Affordable prices and the staff was the best! Overall the most incredible experience ever! Keep up the excellent work Metrotown Mitsubishi

Best service from these guys. Always honest about what needs to be fixed and very transparent about what is done. No pressure or up selling like other shops I have experienced. For mechanical service, I only bring my vehicles here.

Had a really good experience at metrotown Mitsubishi. First time buying a new car and on a budget. Been shopping around but haven't found anything satisfying within budget. Our sales rep from metrotown Mitsubishi explained everything in detailed to ensured we don't over spend on additional add ons that's not necessary. Would be nice if we can afford it though. All I can say is they have a great and honest young team who looked Out for us and we are very happy we came here. Thank you for making my first car purchase easy!

Received good and professional service from the service advisors for my recall. Unlike some Honda service that I have been to. Just the most unprofessional service that I have ever got. Makes me not want to purchase a Honda ever again, no matter how good their vehicles are.

Mitsubishi has excellent customer service! Our sales rep, Jason, was fantastic! He very knowledgeable and helpful. He knew what we were looking for and recommended the outlander. We love it! It saves a lot on gas. It is very practical and has the fantastic option of charging it at home. Jason was very thorough with the test drive and answer all the questions we had. After we purchased the car, he even connected with us to see how things are with it. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Jason really valued us as customers and displayed extraordinary service! Thank you!

Its my first time to buy a car from Dealer shop.I thought it will be trustful but it wasn't!And it was like a nightmare to me!Be careful to the hard selling from their sales person.They just want your money. I felt like just paid through the nose and bought a lemon now!Otherwise,I was trying to cancel some optional insurance which the business staff advised me to buy when I was buying the vehicle,because It cost me about $2000 more for the purchasing and later I found out it not necessary for me.So I went to the dealer for the cancellation and spent about an hour there ,trying to ask them to help me .But the answer I got from them was they cannot do anythings about the cancellation for me,and told me to call the insurance company.However,the answer from the insurance company was that I can ask the dealer for the cancellation for sure!I don't know why they didn't want help me at the first time.So I were asking to talk to the GM there for the reason ,but it has been 3days past and nothing from him! Mitsubishi is facing a big scandal for faking the fuel consumption test data.Never buy a car from there!So terrible experience there!

I booked a viewing for a vehicle, and as I pulled in at the appointed time my vehicle was out on display and ready for an inspection and test drive. Despite the car I looked at being a Subaru rather than a Mitsubishi, the salesman had made a fair good attempt to become informed on the features of the car on very short notice. In addition, he didn't rush or pressure me even the smallest iota. I found that to be quite a pleasant change from other dealerships.

When it came to the negotiation, the manager (and eventually the manager's manager) ended up getting involved. This particular gentleman didn't seem too happy to be doing business with me, but in the end we agreed on a price that I liked.

Complimentary coffee was a nice touch too.

Long story short I begged Brad the salesman for a test drive of the cheapest car in Canada a Mirage and he declined and gave me every excuse in the world and said he was busy and to come back the next day blah blah blah.He figured out that I was not going to buy that day.That's all I will say despite the rest of the b.s.I went to Newtype Mitsubishi on Bridgeport road in Richmond that very day and met the kindest salesman ever and he offered me a test drive himself without me even asking and he explained everything very well to me and gave me great advice regarding my 2 trade in vehicles.It was a delight.I will be picking up my vehicle very soon from there.Shame on you Metrotown Mitsubishi!!!

Had a great experience with Jason at Metrotown Mitsubishi! He explained all the features of the Outlander PHEV very well and let me take it on a thorough test drive before I made my decision which was not hard with such an impressive vehicle. He went above and beyond you make sure I was satisfied and even followed up after I took the vehicle home to make sure everything was going well with my new vehicle.

I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a PHEV check out the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV at Metrotown Mitsubishi and ask for Jason!

I have been dealing with Mike Marcuzzi (service manager) and his team since we bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee 13 years ago when this location was a Jeep dealership. Since then we also bought a Mitsubishi SUV and have brought both vehicles here to service over the years. Mike and his team are prompt, professional and detailed from beginning to end, no matter if it s just an oil change or a bigger service. Everything is explained carefully up front and the work done is top notch. The price quoted has never been exceeded but has been lessened when circumstances permit it. My father is elderly and the SUV that he drives has been kept in great shape by Mike always being on top of things when my dad can t. I honestly can t recommend Mike and his team enough ... I know that we are ALWAYS in good hands. Thank you guys for the bigger service that was just done !

I was searching for a new car, and out of all the dealerships I have visited, this one never failed to deliver in terms of customer care, finding the right vehicle, and incentives. They even call you to follow up on how you feel about your new vehicle purchase. I would recommend Metrotown Mitsubishi for those who are looking to buy very affordable vehicles.

UPDATE: The owner called me the next day to apologize for the bad customer service and made sure it was a lack of training from the management. Overall, I m pleased with my experience.

This review is for the business manager Ben. I had a great purchase experience when I bought a used car at this location. Although I think they charged me a huge premium on the car, I was greeted with respect, care and no pressure. At the time Ben sold me a three year warranty worth +$1100. A few weeks ago I came in to cancel it due to some personal reasons. However, as soon as I brought up this cancellation issue, he started to react negative and unresponsive to my questions, and started to push me away by saying you should just go home and submit the cancellation form yourself , when the warranty policy that I pulled out CLEARLY says that submit the form through the dealer you bought it from right in front of his face. I told him that you were wrong and that I even called the warranty company to verify this. But still, he kept saying the same thing. Luckily, I insisted that he was wrong and not to leave until he could solve this problem. Finally, he kinda caved in and wrote the cancellation form with me. Throughout the entire conversation, Ben kept telling me that I was not gonna get much refund back because of some 78 rule, in a way to make me go away. However, in the contract it CLEARLY says, again, that it is based on a pro-rata method, which is not just $100 refund that he claimed. I don t know if this is because he would lose his commission if I cancel it or just because of his lack of training on warranty policies. Either way, he made me feel very unpleasant and pressured. When I were about to leave, I asked if I could grab a business card so that I could call back and he gave me a card of another manager James... Why? I guess he just didn t want to deal with me anymore. Very unprofessional.

Yesterday I paid a visit to the dealer and luckily the real James met with me and made sure that I will get around $870 back by cheque. If I were not to stand my ground when I dealt with Ben, I would have just gone home and never got this much money back. I m not saying Ben is a bad person, but as a customer, I would not recommend him. Mitsubishi management, if you see this, please make sure you review the warranty policy with him and help him improve on customer service. Ben, if you see this, I want to let you know that I am very disappointed. However I m open to discussion. Feel free to reply below. Thanks.

Well operational dealership driven by professional management is something rare-to-see these days. Sales people are really good, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Bought from them a pre-owned car and get full car history and technical inspection report. It is worth the money they charge. Highly recommended.

I found a 2012 Nissan Maxima that I was interested in online. We contacted the Sales Manager, Tiago Lourenco, at Metrotown Mitsubishi where the car was. We live on Vancouver Island, the dealership is in Burnaby. The Sales Manager arranged to have us picked up at the ferry terminal and take us to the dealership. I took the car for a drive, loved it, the purchase was easy and very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. Very pleased with my purchase and with this dealership and their amazing staff!

I took my 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander to get checked...

I took my 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander to get checked as I was hearing a loud thump every time I accelerated from a stop. Initially it was not heard by the mechanic but Andrew said to drop by if I heard it again and they can have a look. I brought it back a couple of days later because the sound became louder and more obvious. It turns out that there was something wrong with the suspension and Andrew was kind enough to schedule me in to get it repaired under warranty. Metrotown Mitsubishi has great customer service and Andrew was very helpful.

Best dealer around Vancouver area hands down. Their Sales and Service teams are always up to the task, very friendly, have best coffee machine I've seen to date... :)

Had appiontment for oil change and check engine light on. Was suggested to do a 44 point inspection. Was told an hour, went for a walk. Came back, 1 hour later. Truck was still outside waited 15 mins, then finally asked whats going on .
Got_ sorry running behind. Would have expected a follow-up report.After 2 hours finally ready. Was told unable to do engine light test. Just reset it. Got a free car wash card. $7.00 Whoopie!
Half way home engine light came on. Stopped at Lordco, bought PCV valve. Came home, replaced, engine light went out.

Recently bought a used endeavour and found a couple of things off. Ezekiel had no problem getting me into the shop, and personally overlooking all of my concerns.
The replacement parts and servicing was all on the house. I am super happy with the customer service.
I would highly recommend vehicle shopping here.

I bought my PHEV almost 1 year ago. I tested it before but I decided to buy it last year. Jonathan from sales really helped me through out the whole process. He was very patient and understanding . He was always ready to answer all my questions . In fact he threw in a little bonus by purchasing all weather mats out of his own pocket to sweeten the deal. Great gesture and great customer service going above and beyond.

I just bought my car and need to follow up a lot to know about the dealer. So I hope that they will make me comfortable if I will have a problem. But still I'm wondering about the winter tires and they reduced the money for the winter tires but they did not give me any good deal as they said that they would give me if I buy my car on Thanksgiving day.
The winter tire money back is done for most of the new car deals but that's not the one they mentioned for thanksgiving day.
So I'm not satisfied with that.

I've been bringing my Lancer in for service for the last 2 years and service has been outstanding. Their service reps are always friendly, personable, informative and detailed. List of Pros:

PROS
- Friendly Personable Service
- Prices are reasonable
- Always check up to be sure we can schedule
- Always check with me before doing any additional work, deliver accurate quotes on the spot
- Never feels like I'm being sold something, or asked to do work that isn't necessary
- Free Shuttle Service from and to work

This was so refreshing in relation to the former North Van location, which always felt overpriced, didn't ever give me details about changes they needed to make, and an overall impersonable experience.

I would not hesitate to recommend Metrotown Mitsubishi, keep up the great work!

I LOVE MY MIRAGE GT!! This was by far the BEST experience I have had buying at a dealer. David Wang was my sales guy, has a great sense of humour and works his butt off to ensure you are comfortable and receive the best price possible, especially on your trade in! David always followed up with me via text weeks after my purchase, making sure things were all good! How awesome did I feel? This is what customer service is 100% about.

I never ever once felt pressured , rushed, swindled and dooped. Everything is transparent, up front and smooth.

Test drives are excellent in this area, due to the multiple terrains from hills, highways, regular streets etc, it gives you a great feel of the car going through these types of conditions.

I'm ECSTATIC for my sweet top of the line Mirage GT , I cannot believe this thing gets 650-700 kms per tank, and costs about $40 to fill, and thats filling up in overpriced Vancouver!

Tiago is the sales manager, TOTALLY chill and honestly works with your budget and trade in price, he is the real deal folks.....an excellent fit to the dealership and very approachable . Thanks Tiago for following through with me!

My last car buying experience at Barnes Wheaton GM in South Surrey was HORRIFIC and that memory stuck with me and with the car I bought from them, however trading in my old car and getting into this new Mirage GT has such a great happy memory attached to the entire experience.

NO pressure in the business office at all!!! They have their pitch for additional products to sell you on, like warranty stuff, undercoating, paint package, but all you have to say is no thanks, just once, and they drop it. NO pressure at all period.

Over all experience is an honest 9/10. 10/10 If there were no doc fee's
( like all other dealers charge...)

Ohh, did I mention I saved over $6000 on my purchase? Plus my trade in? Yea...I'm super happy.

Fantastic job guys, keep it up, this is exactly what and how a business is supposed to run!

Metrotown Mitsubishi is in a league of Its own when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE. From the moment I stepped foot into the dealership to the moment I drove out, my experience was really just amazing! I had the pleasure to have JONATHAN assist me in finding a car, and let me tell you; over the course of ___quite a few DAYS ___ all I got from JONATHAN was answers, reassurance, and a totally calming aura. Never once did I feel pressured to buy, or settle for anything I didn't want. Not even from RICARDO? (Gen. Man.)

I shopped around, visited a few other dealerships, and my sister who was with me, would call JONATHAN now and then to consult with him, or have him clarify some things JONATHAN was ALWAYS.FULLY.THERE. eve if it wasn't about one of his cars. He would text/call to check on us, and would keep on unobtrusively building rapport, all while gaining our trust.

My sister And I both have a daughter each (3, and 6) Jonathan was even an amazing child entertainer. Made them hot chocolate, brought them cold water when he heard the drinks were "too hot", opened the back doors of the car and trunk so the kids could sit there while I throughly inspected the car... And at the end when we got down to business, Jonathan used the computer on the next desk, to play cartoons (with my permission) so the kids would chill for a bit(and let us focus #clever ) Me and my sister were WOWED! Even more so after having a few bad experiences at other dealerships...
The other manager TIAGO seemed like a totally humble guy as well, he even got out of his office and put the plates on my car. He also asked if I Had any questions with anything in the car.

After such consistent, great service received,
All I have left to say is, go see JONATHAN at Mitsubishi Metrotown. He'll go the extra mile for You

I am a long term customer of Newtype Mitsubishi in Richmond before they close,
I brought my old RVR to Burnaby Mitsubishi for maintaining for the first time.
*Thanks for Anson Wong, he adviced me the service my car needed, he is way more professional than the Newtype Mitsubishi. He knows the products very well.
While my friend and I were waiting, we were looking at the new car in the show room to kill time.
*Thanks for Jason Zhen , he spent a long time to introduce the cars to us, even though he knew we were just wandering around. After he took us for test drive etc. We end up brought 2 cars from him that day. Thanks for his great service.
