I purchased my used Mitsubishi Outlander 7 seater from this dealership. I work as a customer service manager and I did my research online. I knew what I wanted. James Oh sales person by far exceeded my expectations with his service and professionalism. James Oh made sure that all of our questions were answered. He provided all the requested documents (warranty, service, car proof...etc). I cannot thank them enough for making my major purchase so comfortable and satisfying. Their sales staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They made sure we were well informed about the vehicle and made sure we were making the right choice. James Oh was very kind and very enthusiastic about this. Sales Manager made the whole process very quick and painless. No sales pressure or tried to sell extended warranty.

So far so good. We will continue to use this dealership in the future. Metrotown Mitsubishi great dealership
