Priceline Pharmacy Review

My favourite pharmacy to visit! The staff are friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and sympathetic to your concerns. They are non-judgemental and fill scripts quickly. You leave the store with a warm and fuzzy feeling inside.

Great customer service from the ladies at Priceline, Cairnlea. Won t go anywhere else.

Absolutely pathetic service this week from the pharmacist. Ladies out the front have always been lovely to me but when I visited recently to pick up a parcel, I was told to go to the back which I did. Spoke to a male pharmacist who appeared south Asian. He told me that he would send someone to grab my parcel for me. I waited maybe 20 minutes and saw staff walking around and didn t seem busy. Gave up and went to the front counter where a lady had to go and grab my parcel for me. If you re not going to send someone to grab my parcel for me, don t tell me you did. I could ve waited much longer had I not raised a complaint.

The Owner of this branch rang my husband on Sunday threatened he with bad and dirty language saying that she was going to send the police to my place because he did not pay a purchase on Friday.
When he checked his bank account the transaction was there.
She just can not call without checking and being sure before.
After this the only thing she could say was sorry, but the damage was already done.

Pathetic pharmacist!! I would stay away from this pharmacy
