My previous car was dying and I walked into the dealership to look around at what was available, not thinking that I'd actually walk out with a new car that day. Jason, the salesperson, greeted me almost right away and I told him what I had in mind and he showed me the Outlander PHEV and we took it for a test drive. I hadn't bought a new car in 18 years, but visiting Jason and Metrotown Mitsubishi made it a lot less stressful. I visited Honda down the street shortly after my morning visit with Mitsubishi. I may post a negative review about my experience there after this haha. I made up my mind and returned to Mitsubishi, found Jason and said I wanted that car. He was great at up-selling me on things and knowing when to back off if I wasn't interested. I drove out with my new Outlander PHEV that night. Thanks for everything, Metrotown Mitsubishi.
