I usually don t buy used cars at dealerships but given COVID I thought I give it a shot. We went to a few others before we came to Metrotown Mitsubishi, the others were typical dealerships where the used car sales person was very pushy and not very helpful. However our experience with Metrotown Mitsubishi was very different, we were helped by Daniel who was very professional and helpful. We told him what we wanted and what we could afford and he did his very best and negotiated reasonably and got us the exact car we wanted. We would definitely buy our next car with Daniel and highly recommend him.

My only complaint would be in regards to the manager who did the paperwork for our transaction, not sure if he was having a bad day or was not happy that we had negotiated the price that we did, but when we asked why the price on the bill of sale was slightly different than what we had agreed to, he went on to berate us regarding an accident on our car that we weren t aware of. I ll chalk it to COVID stress, but he could have simply explained why it was different vs yelling at a paying customer. The next customer might not be as understanding.

All in all great experience with Daniel. Cheers!
